My family of 6 (4kiddos) were in a tough situation, Mike and everyone and Neil's tried to make us feel as if they were helping us by taking 750$ down that we didn't have to give and getting us into a 2010 Ford Taurus, the AC doesn't work in the car and I have a 3 month old baby so they told us they were going to fix that for us we just had to "schedule with they're service team", a couple days after purchasing Mike asked my husband to come in a resign the paper work because he signed the paperwork for the wrong vehicle the first time, my husband noticed they never gave us the car fax or the recalls for the vehicle after asking Mike multiple times for the car fax to be emailed he had him print it out when he was there signing, which he then noticed they sold us a car with Bad breaks 10% on the front 20% on the back mike and Sarah reassured us we can get the breaks fixed as well all we had to do is schedule with the service department yet again, 12 days after buying the vehicle the check engine light comes on, after that the same day it starts flashing so my husband drives it straight back to the dealership as we have only had this car for 12 days and they're 14 day contract states if something goes wrong with the car they will "fix" it. They give us a loaner that reeks of cigarettes so bad I can not have my 3 month old daughter in the vehicle, my husband goes back to ask for a car that is safe to put our family in as we have 4 kids, they give him a car that doesn't even register someone is sitting in the passenger seat so the airbag doesn't turn on. At this point we are heart broken and frustrated my husband talks to "Neil" himself and basically says if the car can't be made a sad for our family he would like to unwind the deal and give the car back. Being the crooks they are he is told if he would like to "voluntarily repo" his car he can do that forfeiting out 750$ deposit that we didn't have to give in the first place with no way to get another vehicle for our family, he is also told that since they're is not "commitment in writing" regarding the breaks he has to check with Sarah and Mike to see what was committed to even tho I was sitting right there and heard everything. Almost any dealership you go too will allow you to unwind The deal if the car ends up not being a good fit most dealerships are shading but they are not out to completely fuck you out of your money and leave you worse off then you were when you showed up there. People who show you a smile and hide behind the idea of lending a helping hand who later turn their back and basically say we're going to take your money and your shit out of luck...
