In perusing the selection for a project, there must have been a couple dozen varieties lined up nicely in the racks, with the warehouse holding the bulk stock. In terms of service, top notch. After we checked in at the front desk, Zack met us at the warehouse door and showed us the species racks, gave us a brief description of what they had and left us to browse, checking on us every couple of minutes to see if we needed anything. After we made our choice, he was right there to take us to the back warehouse to make our board selections from the pallet, which had quite a lot of quality pieces. A couple of minutes doing that, getting a ticket with the particulars, having the boards loaded in our vehicle, paying at the front desk and we were good to go. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable too.

I didn't notice their mistake until after the rocks had been delivered and spread. It cost me a lot of labor hours dealing with their mistake. I initially visited and did research for carpeting brands/styles and color. I was up north and visited the Clackamas store for a greater selection of wood products to try and match existing wood floor surfaces. Because of the distance, waiting for samples and other things there just was not good progress made and I needed to move in within 30 days. The other day I was about to lose my mind as over two weeks had gone by without a viable solution. So, I switched strategy to replace all the wood instead of matching. I called the store and Kathy answered. When I explained my plight, she said "come in tomorrow and I will help you". I didn't know that the store here could work with getting materials where I needed them up north. Anyway, I spent 3 or more hours with Kathy. At the end and thru several fits and starts (out of stock items-namely), I walked out with my materials ordered and in progress. YAY! But, wait! I started having panic attacks about the product ordered and wanted to try to order something else. I called her the next morning, early, and asked if it could be done! She said "it looks like it, let me check and I will call you back". Lo and behold, I am now receiving my new, preferred wood option and am a happy camper! Kathy deserves all my gratitude as I tried to navigate a solution which seemed impossible (and stressful). She was extremely patient with a novice at flooring and helped keep me calm.
