Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there! They made it sound like it was an ongoing problem. They also put in the report the thermostat cover in the garage was broke...they broke it!! Very questionable business

Called John and his wife and they were at my house first thing Monday morning. I brought John downstairs to show him what was going on, and where everything had happened and he gave me a very reasonable price if he were have to snake from my laundry room out to the street, UNLESS I had another drain somewhere in my basement. I recalled feeling a dip in one part of my carpet, so we cut a little hole and sure enough, there was the drain. John got to work, chiseling away at the concrete that was around the plug, and got it to open up. Then he had me flush all my toilets, and run my shower to make sure everything looked okay.
