Next visit there were no bugs in traps so he said they would scale back to maintenance visits and it would be cheaper going forward. My most recent visit was for outside only. I live in a condo, called two days before and gave specific instructions as to which ground floor unit was mine, so they service the correct one. Day of service I see their truck leaving and he never did anything outside my condo. I call the office and they argue with me, telling me he was there and serviced the unit. I tell him he absolutely did not because have been sitting right inside the patio door and nobody has been here. She keeps telling me I am wrong and he was there for a half hour but says she will have him come back. He comes back. I meet him and show him my unit. He says he did a different one. I told him I called two days before and told them the specific unit information. He said they never passed it along. I truly believe he was telling me the truth and do not blame him. Interesting part is that they said the visit would be outside, checking for any places bugs could get in and servicing those areas. She told me he was here for 30 minutes (servicing the wrong unti) and he did mine in about 5 minutes, so I know it was not thorough. I then go back and look at my past billing statements. They have been charging me the same price since I started. It never went down at all. When I pointed that out, she told me I was not understanding how they bill things. I told her I understand being screwed over and used the example of going to McDonalds, buying/paying for a Big Mac, going again a day later and ordering a cheeseburger but getting charged for a Big Mac again. Needless to say, I told her I did not want to use their service anymore. She told me I have to send written notification, which I did and saved because I do not trust them at all.

They've been charging me hidden fees and my mice problem has actually gotten WORSE. They gave me the run around, said the branch manager was too busy to speak to, and are going to charge me a ridiculous fee to cancel (after saying it's just not possible). I'm not just an angry customer. I wish I could go back in time and warn my former self to never sign up for these guys. I can't, so I'll warn future customers instead.

When he did come back the effort made on the potential entry points was minimal and in some areas did not completely block the holes. In the end I spent over $750 and it was worthless.

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever had contact with. My upstairs tenants had wasps…read morecoming into their bedroom; they said they had killed four or five hundred of them, and the wasps -- yellow jackets -- were extremely dangerous because one of the tenants was allergic to bee stings. I chose Denny's because they would be able to come sooner than other companies. They were supposed to come yesterday morning, but it was raining hard out, so I assumed they would wait till the rain stopped. Wasps generally don't fly in a rainstorm, after all. But it was sunny and warm in the afternoon, so I called Chris, the guy I'd spoken to at Denny's. He said that he had come in the morning, as promised; he'd walked around the house and seen no sign of wasps so left. He didn't bother to knock at my door or go upstairs to talk to the tenants; he just left. And on the phone he was belligerent, telling me it was my fault because I'd told him (as my tenants had told me) that the wasps were on the outside, and because the tenants had not bothered to call him. He did not offer to come back, now that it was sunny. He just argued and told me it was all my fault and he did not want to deal with me and I should find someone else to do the work. I have done so. Other companies are conscientious and will do a much better job for you.
