Not believing I mailed a letter to the Dolphin Dr address in addition to my multiple phone calls to cancel service. After our first quarterly treatment I noticed another $160.50 charge on our credit card. When I called the company they said that they were sorry we were told it was a one time charge. Upon reviewing the contract it shows the total as $160.50 but in the fine print it says this is a charge that is reoccurring every quarterly service. It was presented to us as a promotion and that the $160.50 would cover all of it. They have the contract set up so you see the price as $160.50 but they don't tell you or point out its every quarter. For that you would have to read the fine print on their tablets. If they would have stated that the entire service over the life of the contract was $802.50, I would have told them to kick rocks!! Be very careful if they show up in your neighborhood! Ask for their tablet and take time to read the fine print on the contract. Or tell them to get lost!! Wish I could leave NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst businesses I've ever had contact with. My upstairs tenants had wasps…read morecoming into their bedroom; they said they had killed four or five hundred of them, and the wasps -- yellow jackets -- were extremely dangerous because one of the tenants was allergic to bee stings. I chose Denny's because they would be able to come sooner than other companies. They were supposed to come yesterday morning, but it was raining hard out, so I assumed they would wait till the rain stopped. Wasps generally don't fly in a rainstorm, after all. But it was sunny and warm in the afternoon, so I called Chris, the guy I'd spoken to at Denny's. He said that he had come in the morning, as promised; he'd walked around the house and seen no sign of wasps so left. He didn't bother to knock at my door or go upstairs to talk to the tenants; he just left. And on the phone he was belligerent, telling me it was my fault because I'd told him (as my tenants had told me) that the wasps were on the outside, and because the tenants had not bothered to call him. He did not offer to come back, now that it was sunny. He just argued and told me it was all my fault and he did not want to deal with me and I should find someone else to do the work. I have done so. Other companies are conscientious and will do a much better job for you.
