I contacted Mathew about the incident and he was more worried about the cost of damage than he was about customer service, He would not come see what happened and he refused to pay for any of it! I ended up getting my attorney involved and going through his insurance for a portion of my loss. This franchise should be shut down as far as I'm concerned.
