In the middle of the operation, a large branch which was being lowered scraped the edge of my roof, damaging the shingles. With my own eyes I saw the accident happen. I complained about this to Eli, but though he had not been there himself he claimed his workers had not caused the damage. He threatened to take his men and equipment home, and leave my yard full of tree debris. Faced with an impossible choice, I agreed to have him continue the work. When I spoke with the company owner, Mr. Emmanuel Pedroza, he too refused to take responsibility for the thousand-dollar cost of repairing my roof. This company may know enough about cutting trees, but it does not back up its promises. Eli had said they would treat my roof "as though it were a power line," being careful not to touch it. Instead, his workers carelessly let a branch brush my roof and break its shingles. Employ this company IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT LOSING MONEY.

I am not the first person this has happened to, including, I just found out, a family member in Eastern Iowa who hired him and had to pay out of pocket when he dropped a tree limb on a city power line and also their fence. He did not pay to repair his damages. Highly suggest asking for proof of insurance before you hire someone and calling the insurance company to verify - insurance documents can be forged and if something seems shady best to check it out. Please make sure you hire a reputable company for the sake of your property and your neighbors'

They sent some, not the new guy, not the guy who had been there awhile but the actual OWNER of the company came by. Quoted me, I agreed and after telling me they weren't busy I waited over a month for them to schedule me. When the crew arrived they said they would require extra equipment and the price would need to be DOUBLED! I called and talked to Frank and he said he would look into it, not honor the quote that HE gave me but just check on it. It has now been another month and they never called, left messages with them and never returned my call. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
