We spent some time talking and he was happy to look at another of our trees. This time the news was much better and he gave some free advice. The wooded…read morearea of our lot had been neglected by previous owners for close to a decade, and invasive vines had taken over. Some harsh weather over the past couple of years also caused numerous trees to break, fall, or weaken. Jonny is an excellent communicator, and laid out a multi-phase process to restore the forest so that we can start to develop the next generation of trees and maintain a mature forest. Vines were cleared first, followed by felling dead/dying trees, then final clearing so that material taken down can decompose naturally in the forest. He always checked in as he and his team progressed on the job, making sure they were hitting the targets we wanted without getting too far (to a point of no return). They were courteous, kind, and thoughtful about their approach. They also were able to complete the job within a few weeks, allowing us a chance to get a head start on planting already this season. We also benefited from their services to shape a couple of trees in our front yard that were due for a trimming. We will most definitely go back to them for any tree needs.

Our yard is always left clean, wood stacked from the felled tree, and little imprint left. One thing: Mick is not someone who spends a lot of time on his phone. Don't leave him phone messages. Texting will get through to him but maybe at the end of the day. The reason is, he's working. That's a plus as far as I'm concerned-- he works and doesn't spend time checking his phone.
