They collected my name and contact info over the phone, then emailed me their appointment confirmation, and they even got the inspection completed within the short window of time that I provided them. Once the inspection was complete, they emailed the report to me and I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough it was! They explained what they found and detailed the areas they weren't able to check very thoroughly for various reasons like permanent furniture structures being in the way. Hopefully I'll never need to treat our home for pests, but if such an unpleasant day ever comes along, I know I'll return to D&R.

Never having had to deal with bed bugs before I wasn't sure what to expect, I have since read up on it. A1 to their credit was very friendly and said that after the second treatment if I had any more bugs they would come back for free. In hindsight I realize their treatment was very cursory. They did move the bed and sofa and spray under it. But they didn't move anything else and I didn't watch while they worked in the other room. I would estimate that between the two visits they were here for maybe an hour, which cost me $642. on Jan 25 I found more bugs and texted them that I needed my free visit. I was told that week he could only come on Tuesday. I work on Tuesday and Wednesday and told home I was available any other day besides those two. He asked if I could wait a few days so he could book another job in the area, note they are not from CR. Now it's May 19 and I have never heard anything from them. Note that meanwhile I have thrown out all my bedding, many clothes, vacuumed a bunch, washed and dried all my clothes (on high heat just in case). I have bought the pricey covers to encase m mattress, pillows, and box spring. i sprayed and used silica on the room myself in hope of doing something... but the bugs are here and I am quite upset about it

Next visit there were no bugs in traps so he said they would scale back to maintenance visits and it would be cheaper going forward. My most recent visit was for outside only. I live in a condo, called two days before and gave specific instructions as to which ground floor unit was mine, so they service the correct one. Day of service I see their truck leaving and he never did anything outside my condo. I call the office and they argue with me, telling me he was there and serviced the unit. I tell him he absolutely did not because have been sitting right inside the patio door and nobody has been here. She keeps telling me I am wrong and he was there for a half hour but says she will have him come back. He comes back. I meet him and show him my unit. He says he did a different one. I told him I called two days before and told them the specific unit information. He said they never passed it along. I truly believe he was telling me the truth and do not blame him. Interesting part is that they said the visit would be outside, checking for any places bugs could get in and servicing those areas. She told me he was here for 30 minutes (servicing the wrong unti) and he did mine in about 5 minutes, so I know it was not thorough. I then go back and look at my past billing statements. They have been charging me the same price since I started. It never went down at all. When I pointed that out, she told me I was not understanding how they bill things. I told her I understand being screwed over and used the example of going to McDonalds, buying/paying for a Big Mac, going again a day later and ordering a cheeseburger but getting charged for a Big Mac again. Needless to say, I told her I did not want to use their service anymore. She told me I have to send written notification, which I did and saved because I do not trust them at all.

This was another 500 dollars and I had to be the one to point out obvious entry points he was going to overlook. Not to mentioned that twice he failed to show up to do the work, or even notify me that he was not going to show, for appointments. When he did come back the effort made on the potential entry points was minimal and in some areas did not completely block the holes. In the end I spent over $750 and it was worthless.

They came to do my lawn aeration a month ago, and did less than half the yard, then took 3 phone calls to get them back out to redo it. Promised their tree and shrub package would save my half dead bushes (after looking at them). Now two years in half of them completely died and needed to be pulled. And they refused to cover under their guarantee stating they were too bad off to save. The yard consistently has dandelions, clover, crab grass. You are literally just handing over your money with these people.
