I asked a friend for a recommendation and they suggested Alias The Buman. I called right away and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions. After booking an appointment for a couple days later I received a text reminder of my appointment. The appointment was only a two hour window. If I recall correctly they showed up 15 minutes into that two hour appointment. Cody came out and was really polite taking off his shoes even though I didn't ask. He asked a few questions and told me how ants get inside and what he was going to do to help solve my problem. He patiently let me explain all my concerns and assured me things would work out. He sprayed a safe application inside and out all around my condo unit. Letting me know if we saw any more ants in the next 7-10 days he would be back out for free. I noticed an improvement immediately! By the next day the number of ants we saw was drastically decreased and by day 3 we did not see any ants. As of this review we are almost a week in but I am totally happy with the service. How long it lasts is to be determined but he did tell me to expect this to keep things under control for a couple months. Great people to work with and they were very up front with what they will do and what I can expect from their service.

Within a few hours I received an email back about when they could come (several dates/times) and take a look at the problem. They also explained the treatment process. Within the week they had a technician to our house. Appointment could have been sooner had my partner and I's work schedules allowed. Part of the treatment involved coming into our home, so one of us needed to be present. There's also a 2-hour arrival window, so you, the client, must be flexible. The technician arrived and treated the problem areas. We've been spider free since (about 3 weeks). The cobwebs were getting to be a bigger problem than the spiders and we haven't seen many since he left. Alias also completed a pest inspection for us before we moved into our home this spring. Never having had to deal with bed bugs before I wasn't sure what to expect, I have since read up on it. A1 to their credit was very friendly and said that after the second treatment if I had any more bugs they would come back for free. In hindsight I realize their treatment was very cursory. They did move the bed and sofa and spray under it. But they didn't move anything else and I didn't watch while they worked in the other room. I would estimate that between the two visits they were here for maybe an hour, which cost me $642. on Jan 25 I found more bugs and texted them that I needed my free visit. I was told that week he could only come on Tuesday. I work on Tuesday and Wednesday and told home I was available any other day besides those two. He asked if I could wait a few days so he could book another job in the area, note they are not from CR. Now it's May 19 and I have never heard anything from them. Note that meanwhile I have thrown out all my bedding, many clothes, vacuumed a bunch, washed and dried all my clothes (on high heat just in case). I have bought the pricey covers to encase m mattress, pillows, and box spring. i sprayed and used silica on the room myself in hope of doing something... but the bugs are here and I am quite upset about it

Then they put in the report the toilet leaks and pictures of the water and ceiling. I don't understand why they wouldn't have taken a quick walk around the house when the water was turned back on like most people would have done and they did not note in the report it happened when they were there!
