I recently bought a dress here. I noticed the associate working was not super friendly, but didn't bug me as much until the 2nd time. I made a mistake by not trying to dress on and also took the tag off since I was about to wear it. I called today to see if I could just exchange it for a different size (no refunds allowed), but was told if the tag was off it was a no-go. I explained I didn't wear the dress anywhere and had the tag. I understand policy is policy, but what bothered me most was how unfriendly the associate was...again. Also, maybe a little grace on the exchanges...especially items that are obviously unworn and just a different size is needed. Good customer service goes a long way, Wildflower Boutique! read more

Cute little eclectic boutique with all kinds of offerings. Perfect to wander through while waiting for our table at Snooze to be ready. They have clothes, gift items, and more. Downside is it seems to be a little pricey, but you are supporting local which is nice. read more

I had a great experience at this little boutique. I came in on a Sunday morning while waiting for my table at Snooze. The location is great because they get a lot of traffic from Snooze. The boutique is small, but well thought out. It is easy to find a rack with your style on it because everything is separated by color and fashion style. There is a variety of clothing, candles, accessories local trinkets, jewelry, and more. It is a fun place to walk through. I didnt come in looking for anything specific but ended up leaving with shorts and a dress. The employee working was friendly and not over-bearing so I felt like I could really enjoy my shopping experience. Overall, I really enjoyed Wildflower and will definitely be back! read more

This place is wonderful! When I walked in the girl working was so warm and welcoming. I loved the vibe I got from the shop. The smell of her candles warmed air and the rustic look makes you feel at home. The selection of apparel was awesome. I easily found multiple dress and too much jewelry to purchase! Wildflowers boutique is a cute little store in the triangle that offers a variety of clothing, jewelry, and small gift options. Similar to a Francesca's or a blue elephant, there are only a limited number of each item available. Prices are also very reasonable. Most clothing items are under $100 a piece. Watch out for the protruding mirrors-you know they make you look fabulous & and any returns are for store credit only. Parking stinks, but there is a garage right behind the store. If all else fails and you don't like anything you try on (because you know we all have those days!), just go across the street to Maudie's for a margarita; that'll make you feel better :) read more

THEY SHOULD REALLY IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd never been here but since it's a local business, my bf and I decided to stop by and support. I asked the saleswoman about the promotion because for some reason I thought it was only dresses on. She replied with a smart tone " I mean everything on that rack is on sale". She could've just explained the promotion to clarify any misunderstandings or walked me to the rack. After we purchased several items (pricey for 2 candles and a t-shirt=$87) , my bf said Thank you and she didn't even bother to reply or anything. She just handed us the bag like whatever. Just walked in here since I live at the Triangle and needed more ideas for Christmas gifts and I was very disappointed. I walked in and one employee looked at me 2-3 times and said nothing, while the other employee at the register was on her phone for the first 10 minutes I was in there before she finally looked up and said "hi". The clothes and jewelry in here are anything but unique. These are clothes and accessories you could find at Forever 21 for half the price. There is truly nothing remarkable about this place... especially not the employees. Don't waste your time in here. You're better off going to a truly original Austin boutique somewhere else. I give this place a few more months before they're forced to pack up and move out. Will never be coming back. read more

I really like this place. I paid it a visit when I spotted their sale rack right outside their door. This boutique has some pretty sweet finds and deals in their sale section. Inside their store they separate their sections: one side is for maxi dresses, a large selection of camis, they had some cute longhorn orange outfits, and various dresses and blouses strewn in. Their jewelry section is really unique and if you buy two set of earrings you get one free. Their dressing room is nicely decorated and there were chairs for that boyfriend/husband that you managed to drag shopping right outside the curtain. I really liked that they had a nude cami in their dressing room just in case you got a sheer top. They decorated the dressing room walls pictures of their clothes along with a super cute picture of Channing Tatum telling me "You're Beautiful"... I absolutely loved it. Their sales clerk was super nice and very candid about any opinions I asked in regards to what I was trying on. I tried on some really cute shorts, but they bunched at the front... not too much but she mentioned that it looked slightly odd. I really appreciated her honesty and I liked the shorts so much, I bought them anyway despite their flaw. Anyway, I really enjoyed my visit to this shop and would definitely return. read more

Prices are great, especially since it is located at the Triangle. This place is a hidden gem, not surprising still a little under the radar for they have only been open a few months. This is the first place I go to shop for my friends and family, cause it always gets me kudos on style. I see big things happening for this shop in the future and hopefully pushes the Triangle to accept more retail shops. If trendy is your thing make a trip! read more

Wildflowers is a great place to shop local and find quality cloths at a reasonable price. The owner and employees have always been super friendly and helpful when looking for new outfits or offering advice. When I have been they have always had a great sale rack out as well as a deal like buy 2 get the 3rd free on jewelry. I'm also addicted to the candles they sell (Swan Creek Candle Co. Candles). They smell so wonderful and seem to really last. Sometimes I don't even light them and I can still smell them. I also have been very pleased with my clothes from there. My favorite shirt from there has been washed many times and still looks great. Wildflowers is truly a gem in Austin and I look forward to my next shopping trip. read more

I will preface by saying I live very close to this boutique (in the complex), so I always wind up checking it out on my way home. My willingness to do so comes from curiosity and my love of boutiques in general, but I will say that Wildflowers has to be the worst in the Austin area. To begin, this boutique has the worst customer service of anywhere I've been in Austin. The only two times I've been in there, the saleswomen were both extremely sub-par. The first time, I was not greeted or acknowledged whatsoever until I asked a question. When I finally got to the dressing room, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get a (particularly complicated) dress on and off. When I expressed this difficulty to the saleswomen, she told me no one else had that issue and took it from me to put back on the hanger. It's too bad, because I probably would have bought the dress, but by that point I was 1) embarrassed and 2) not going to buy something someone wouldn't show me how to put on. The second time, I walked in and asked where the new shipments were located, as I had been in the store recently. The saleswoman looked at me with THE most disgusted, annoyed face and said, "New shipment? It's everywhere. We don't have a 'new shipment' section. You'll have to look around," and went back to looking at her phone. Sorry, lady, it's YOUR JOB to help me find things. Last but not least, the clothing is extremely overpriced for what it actually looks like. I found a dress that I own (from another boutique) for nearly $20 more. read more

I love Wildflowers Boutique. I have popped in before heading downtown and found a cute outfit that was perfect. I've also stopped by with friends and they have gone wild buying up cute dresses, belts and jewelry. A fun place to shop, accessorize and meetup with girlfriends before grabbing a drink at Maudies. In fact, one of my girlfriends swears by Anthropologie dresses and said she thought Wildflowers had just as cute dresses BUT she could buy a few each month as opposed to just one from Anthropologie. read more

First time I went in left my number to discuss a product with the owner and was assured a call back. Later that day I went back to see if the owner was around (I was told she came in around closing time). The staff had managed to "lose" my # in the matter of about 2 hours. There was a different sales assistant there this time (a pleasantly plump woman) who basically told me the owner would have no interest in talking with me about the sale of an item. If I were the owner or a local business I would be more than happy to talk with my patrons and definitely want to make decisions of that nature for myself.
