Great ambience and playlist. Service Zach, the bartender, was super friendly and made the experience even better. He was a one man show! Now he has help! Before Zach was doing everything making drinks, getting food orders, bussing. Also he makes and bakes the food! Drinks & Dessert The drinks were awesome! Happy hour literally its 1hr lol. The drinks are balanced, creative, and delicious. They don't serve full food, only snacks and desserts, but the dessert was a nice touch. The focaccia was delicious it's more of biscuits really fluffy rather than your Italian style focaccia. The dessert are fire! Zach makes them and i love the creativity and they uses fresh in season fruits! Overall Great drinks, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out! Perfect place for dates, small group get togethers, and great conversations. The best in Clarksville. Their cappuccinos are exquisite. The only place in this area that I noticed people coming alone for a glass of wine. The Vine is the only wine bar and wine flight place in this city with a lot of future promise. The wine selections and appetizers are not the most spectacular yet satisfactory. They were low on flights of wine during the holidays. Prices are fair. If I needed to get out by myself for some fresh air or just wanted to read a book in privacy with a glass of wine, this is the place I would select. Cheers

There is additional seating downstairs with a view of the wine cellar, not much seating but some. Very nice decor and comfortable atmosphere, I would go back if I was in the area.

To begin, we were pleasantly surprised that our table for 10 was ready as soon as we arrived, expecting to wait a bit for such a large party. Once we were seated, our server Oliver immediately came over to explain the tapas menu and get our drink orders. Tapas are priced $7-$20 à la carte, or you can order different tasting menu tiers based on what your group is hungry for. We ordered the $35 tasting menu (tapas only) and it was more than enough food! We tried the whipped sheep cheese, flank steak, garlic mushrooms, shrimp, patatas bravas, salmon, and more! We also ordered a pitcher of red sangria for the table that was delicious. The incredible food and the attentive service made Barcelona the perfect meal for a group of old friends to catch up. After visiting Barcelona, your wallet might not be happy, but your heart sure will!

Absolutely love this place and have been multiple times, the only reason I can't give five stars…read more.. is reservation system. Incredibly frustrating. What is the point of making a reservation if you are going to be seated 45 minutes after your scheduled reservation time? But if a guest checks in even slightly after their reservation time, they can be removed from the list, charged a fee or, in some cases, even banned from the reservation app. The expectations should go both ways. Unfortunately, the host experience made the situation even more frustrating. I watched the red haired host at the front desk seat people who appeared to be friends ahead of parties who had reservations. I even heard her say, "There's no manager tonight, I'll seat you guys now. They're putting silverware down." Meanwhile , we were still waiting well past our reservation time. Our only saving grace was our server, Shauna. This restaurant needs to hold onto her. She was an absolute light, and her personality, attentiveness, and recommendations completely saved the vibe of our night. She deserves recognition for the experience she provided. We will absolutely come back for Shauna but the restaurant as a whole could really benefit from a new host rotation and a serious look at how reservations are being handled. Don't let your hosts run a little high school hierarchy of seating their friends before reservations and returning locals. If you're going to take reservations, we honor them.

Interestingly, mead was common across ancient cultures around the world including those in Asia, Europe and Africa. I have never tried mead until I went to the Trazo Meadery. It was a very new and refreshing experience. I ordered every kind of mead available - two flights of eight different types of mead for $14. My thoughts on each flavor: *Wildflower : forgettable *The Mesquite Mead: smoky earthy woody aroma with the taste of smoked apples - My second favorite! *Orange Blossom: Too sweet! BUT this is the most popular mead! *Wildflower on Bourbon Mead - Taste of Vanilla and Oak with a floral aroma and hints of smokiness. Aged in a bourbon oak barrel - my favorite! #1 *Avocado: the least sweetest The Wild Card of the Mead! Very unique and dry! Smokey and a hint of licorice! You either hate it or love it! My third or 4th favorite. I keep changing my mind. *Brazilian Acacia: too sweet *Eucalyptus: too sweet - the sweetest. My least liked of all the meads. *Wildflower On Rum: my third or fourth favorite - smokey and smooth Lee Ann was my server. She was very friendly and helpful. I love the simple decor and local art work displayed on the walls. The Trazo Meadery was a very unique and new experience. I highly recommend this place for people to sample different varieties of mead at a good price.

The curse of Rumours continues!…read more I don't know that any business can survive this address. My first BW review of the year and it seems to have come as a surprise. Whispers abound as to whether the issue at VG was a rent hike or whether the owner just lost interest. In any event, it's the same sad story at the corner of 12th and Woodland. And that's too bad because VG acquitted itself nicely. On a Friday in mid-spring it was the exact right place I wanted to be to catch up with a friend. That backyard has been the stuff of legends for every iteration for a reason. If you've been here for a while, you know the score: walk in the front, smile, be greeted, ask for a table outside. That's just what we did. But before that we got drinks. Being a wine bar and being happy hour and being a Friday we went all in on the house red sangria. Served in a pleasantly large goblet, this goodie jar of wine and fruit did the job of quenching thirst and spurring conversation. To add to the libations, we settled on a series of bites: whipped feta (with sourdough -- and every bit of decadent as described in other reviews), olive tapenade (a briny, mound of oil, citrus and herbs) and (skinny) fries with parmesan & white truffle oil. Right?? What a perfect way to end the work week and begin the weekend. We had wonderful service from Abby and stayed on premises well into sundown. There was a steady crowd throughout our visit so I don't think a lack of business was the COD. Whatever the reason, it sort of boggles the mind that a wine bar concept can't stick around in a neighborhood and location that seems to crave it. That curse might be real.
