He is personable, provides a lot of information and is just a pleasant person all around. They may be a small shop but you can get just about anything you want. First time shopping at Wilde Built Tactical, process was very easy since you have to buy the firearm thru their website. Set up an appointment to process DROS and then another appointment to pick up your firearm. Every visit they try to keep to 30 minutes. Due to COVID and their limited space only two people were processed at a time. I called ahead to verify they had the gun in stock before going online, I enjoyed their customer service and pointers during the process of handing over my weapon. Been waiting for either a G26 or a G27 Gen 3s to stock up. I've nearly checked & signed up for notifications with every website. I'd like to thank WBT for sending the email stating that they just stocked up on a few G27s Gen 3. But not just plain black, but in OD! I was lucky enough to place my order in. Soon as you purchase through their website you immediately receive a confirmation through email. I also followed them on INSTAGRAM @WBTGUNS and they replied very quick through DM as I thanked them for the email notification. During this pandemic people need to understand that business isn't conducted the same way prior to COVID. DOJ background checks are extended due to high risk staff and high demand in purchases. New rules, and guidelines. Small essential businesses have to follow suit in order to stay afloat. And if you weren't as selfish, instead of painting a bad rep on their business and complaining of the wait time put yourself in their shoes, and their family. Terrible experience with these folks. I purchased a Sig Mk25 from their website in May. Waited to be contacted for an appointment to start the DROS. I was never contacted. After a month I sent a FB message with no response, then an email with a canned response saying I should wait up to 6 weeks. Finally, after 2 months, I sent another message only to be informed that my gun was never in stock and when they ordered it, a MA compliant version showed up. Then they refunded my money. Meantime, I had bought magazines, aftermarket grips and a slide to upgrade the gun I thought I'd bought. Now I'm out a few hundred bucks with stuff I can't use. No communication throughout the process. I get the craziness of the C19 world, but it's no excuse for such poor treatment of a customer that spent over $1000 with them. BTW, the stuff they claim is "in stock" on their website may not be. It obviously wasn't in my case. read more

Came in today for a repair and the gun smith immediately met with me. He was patient with my minimal amount of knowledge for AR platforms and gave me the best price out of 5 other Gunsmiths in San Diego county. I had to write a review on WBT, something I have never done and actually created an account on yelp for this reason alone. With the recent spike in gun sales, the inventory crisis on firearms and all things related, I have to say WBT is first class in customer service. Look I will be honest, I had to wait a bit for the POF I ordered, a small price to pay to get exactly what I wanted and not have to settle for what was in stock at the local gun shop. WBT answered every time I reached out to them when I checked status on my order, not only did they respond honestly and truthfully, but respectfully and I basically harassed them everyday....but even went out of their way to reach out to me to give me updates. The AR I ordered nobody else in the state stocked or would even order for me, guess who did....WBT did and guess who delivered seamlessly through a local FFL, WBT did....Without a damn doubt I will be using this great company and these great folks again, again and again.
