I purchased a shotgun through their website based on the advertised price and availability, only to discover afterward that the pricing was incorrect and the firearm was not actually available as represented. Feels like a SCAM to get you trapped into purchasing from them only, because you can't ask for a refund, they force you to get in store credit. I went into the store to ask for an update and instead of honoring the advertised price or providing a full refund, I was told that due to a "new website" and "new purchasing system," they could only offer in-store credit. From a customer's perspective, that explanation is not acceptable. Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their advertised pricing and inventory information are accurate. Customers should not be expected to bear the consequences of internal system issues. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I wanted to give you guys a second chance. I canceled my online order, took the in-store credit, ended up paying more money and tried to get a shotgun that was ordered in store from "their warehouse/supplier." I have been waiting more than two weeks for any meaningful update regarding my order. At the store, I was told by their retail worker Carson that it would be ordered without too long of a wait. After two weeks wait, I called in to check and was informed that the firearm is considered a special order and must first be ordered from a supplier, despite the website indicating a delivery timeframe of only 4-5 days and showing available in warehouse as I checked on their website (removed now after I told them about this issue, see attached photos). I have attached other prices that were listed on their website as well. This is false advertising/misleading prices to gain in store credit customers. The repeated explanation has been that their new processing and computer system prevents them from providing updates. Had I known that the firearm was not actually in stock and that there was no reliable timeline for delivery, I would not have made the purchase. Sportsman's Warehouse doesn't have these issues. I wanted to go to a place closer to home and give you guys a try, but I regret that now. Taking payment for a product advertised at an incorrect price, offering only store credit instead of a refund, and being unable to provide order status information for weeks creates a very poor customer experience. At this point, a full refund would be the appropriate resolution. I hope management addresses these issues, improves communication, and ensures that website pricing, inventory status, and delivery estimates accurately reflect reality so future customers do not experience the same problems.

Ace Uniforms is good, but it lacks the gun sales and is focused on the law enforcement community. West Coast Firearms opened recently on Ruffner in Kearny Mesa, at the location of Honey Badger Firearms. It has an outstanding selection of tactical gear and firearms, in the tradition of its original store in Temecula. The pricing on guns is great. If he doesn't have it, the owner will order it for you. The owner is extremely knowledgable, experienced in obtaining the gun you want, and practices in the paperwork process/laws applicable to this communist republic of California. He's also there every day the shop in San Diego is open! Flashlights, parts, upgrades, cases. They're all here. My business is going to West Coast Firearms. Yours should too.

After 20mins we left and went to Fine Firearms to make our purchases there. Come to find out they MUST UP MY FSC CARD and it's a hassle now to purchase.
