Out of all, Tyson gave us the BEST SOLUTION of what to do AND also said he would paint it just to look nicer after the job was done ;). Tyson's rate was not the cheapest, but was reasonable. We chose to work with him because of his knowledge and great solution skill. Other contractors said there was no way to fix it and that we'd have to remove it all (break through concrete) and put another gate in (one of less value). After we made the decision to go with Tyson, I had to go on a business trip. I trusted him all the way to get the job done while I couldn't be present to check. Long story short-- I had to make the payment online and everything worked out nicely. When I got back from trip and saw his work, WOW, I'm so impressed and really like how the "new" gate looks.
