Employees will walk right past you and when you ask for help they tell you to check in. There is no service to check in, the wait time is always 50-60 minutes to see something out of the case. Buying ammo is a hassle with them since you can wait hours. On our last visit we checked in and told employees that we were just asking about a pistol in the case. 2 employees working with one customer. After 20mins we left and went to Fine Firearms to make our purchases there. Come to find out they MUST UP MY FSC CARD and it's a hassle now to purchase. We are officially boycotting and will never be back. We were already home when 3 HOURS LATER, we get a txt that we are next in the line. Many shops in San Diego are more friendly, knowledgeable and better equipped then this place.
