Parking is the standard small town curbside parallel parking. There is a small gift shop with some interesting signs (see photo). I HIGHLY recommend this local business.

We stopped by to order some pies after hearing great things (and yes--the pies do live up to the hype). We're visiting from California, so we were excited to try it out. The man who took our order was genuinely kind and made us feel welcome--10/10 for him. While waiting, my kids sat down at a table near the pies (I get it--not ideal on our part). But the hostess's reaction was... intense. Instead of a quick, polite redirect, we were told to leave in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Even the guests she was seating noticed and commented on it, which says a lot. Look, I completely understand rules are rules--but delivery matters. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when you're dealing with families. So overall: amazing pies, friendly ordering experience, but the hostess might need a hug... and maybe a refresher on customer service. We'd love to come back for the pie, but the experience definitely left a bit of a sour taste.

I would not recommend this place during the Polar Express season. Maybe on a slower night it would be tolerable.

Some of the other drinks were a bit hit or miss, but nothing that took away from the experience. The staff really stood out -- from the hostess to the servers, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It's a brewery with a restaurant inside, and it was exactly what we expected. If we're in the area again, we would definitely go back.

It's about $5 for "endless fountain drinks," but honestly you'll probably only want one because it just didn't taste very good. Overall, it's a cute, clean little Route 66 spot and a fun stop for the experience while passing through Williams.

That is what made CruiserCafe attractable. We would travel a couple hundred miles off course just for that. Last time we were there, no Beef Back Ribs. No ribs, no detour to Williams.You are just like any other restaurant.

Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.
