Its atrraction at restaurant

Tourists beware. Looks can be deceiving. We stopped at Wild West Junction during our family trip to the Grand Canyon. From the outside, it looked like the perfect spot -- fun Western theme, charming decor -- but from the moment we walked in, things felt off. No greeting, no welcome, just blank stares. We had to ask if they were open, and were told to grab our own menus and seat ourselves. Once we sat outside, the cold energy continued. People nearby kept staring at us like we didn't belong. We were just a family with kids, trying to have a good time -- but we felt judged the entire time. Our server was the only bright spot -- she was polite -- but the food didn't help. My wife's burger was undercooked even though she asked for well done. The mac and cheese was ridiculously salty. Ribs were dry and needed hot sauce to be edible. The fries and tots were the only decent part of the meal. We paid nearly $70 for a disappointing experience and food we barely ate. I still tipped $7 because I'm not going to stoop to the level of how we were made to feel... but honestly, I wish I could get my money back. This place depends on tourism, yet made us feel completely unwelcome. We won't be back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually appreciates your business.

Fun little old fashioned place to stop and stretch your legs. The Saloon has a good variety of food and friendly staff. 1. Get a cup of chili...it's delicious. Not spicy. The whole family likes it and we all have different tastes 2. I got the loaded baked potato without meat and it was delicious and filling. 3. Hubs got some Mac and cheese with brisket and he really enjoyed that. The brisket was a great flavor and not overly Smokey. 4. Daughter got medium rare New York strip and it was the steak she has been craving for a couple weeks. Highly recommend this place.

Visited 2/19/2022 Gave this place a try because it was my lady's birthday and she wanted Prime Rib. Sadly Rods Steak House was closed and this was the only place serving Prime Rib on a Saturday Night. Unfortunately the cook way way way Over-salted everything. Won't be trying The Prime Rib Again. Now for the good. The Fried Shrimp although a bit overpriced was 5 Full Stars and among the Best we have ever had. The MixedDrinks also, Jack & Coke we're done very well. 4 Stars. The real mashed potatoes and the Country Gravy were excellent. Wish I could give this place a better rating but not this round. We will visit again for Appetizers and Cocktails and maybe a Burger A did only give 2 Stars because of the disappointing Prime Rib Dinner. Perhaps the steaks might be better. I sure did Miss Rods Prime Rib and Sautéed Mushrooms. Try Try Again

Mark and Debbie have been so accommodating especially with my wife's dietary desires. The food is absolutely delicious! They had a great menu with vegan and vegetarian options. There is a rotating breakfast menu each day (3 different) and Mark the owner cooks most of the scrumptious foods including home made ice cream served for desert. We stayed in the Rosewood room which is unbelievable. The room was very clean, very comfortable, and every detail well thought out. Their enthusiasm of their home, cooking and knowledge of surrounding events Combine all of the above it was very memorable experience and a great way to celebrate our 15 year anniversary.

It's nonstop work - from the early morning prep for gourmet breakfasts to the meticulous cleaning, thoughtful decorating, and personalized hosting that makes guests feel truly welcomed. It's exhausting, but when done right, it's magical. That's why we're so thrilled to share our experience at the Sheridan House Inn. This B&B doesn't just meet the high standards of the industry; it soars far above and beyond them. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident. The accommodations are among the best we've ever encountered - luxurious, spotlessly clean rooms with premium linens, comfortable beds that invite deep sleep, and thoughtful amenities that show the owners truly care about guest comfort. The Inn itself creates a warm, inviting environment that's relaxing yet elegant, the kind of atmosphere that's hard to achieve but makes all the difference. And the food? Outstanding. The breakfasts are gourmet masterpieces - fresh, creative, and delicious, prepared with obvious passion and skill. But what truly sets the Sheridan House apart and elevates it above and beyond any other B&B we've ever stayed are the exceptional dinners they offer. These are not your typical B&B fare; they're multi-course Michelin-style quality meals that are memorable, beautifully presented, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The location in the charming town of Williams is another huge plus. Williams is a great place to visit - from exploring the historic Route 66 vibe and gateway access to the Grand Canyon, to unique shops, railroads, wildlife parks, and hiking trails. The hosts go all out without making it feel forced - they're genuinely hospitable, anticipating needs and sharing local insights that enhance the stay. This level of dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Is it worth the money? Absolutely, and then some. In a world of cookie-cutter hotels and average B&Bs, the Sheridan House delivers great value through an unparalleled experience. If you're looking for the best bed-and-breakfast getaway - especially in the Southwest - it'd be hard, if not impossible, to beat this one. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Debby & Mark, for keeping the spirit of true B&B hospitality alive and thriving.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care, character, and attention to detail in every corner. The owners are incredible, the customer service is top-tier, and even the little touches (like the note left on the bed) made it feel personal and unforgettable. Yes -- it's the oldest hotel in Arizona... but it is by far better than any chain hotel I've ever stayed in. This boutique hotel has class, charm, and a personality you simply can't manufacture. And if you love a little mystery, you'll appreciate that some rooms are rumored to be haunted -- which honestly made it even more fun. It's nestled in a beautiful little town where everyone is welcoming, and it's just a train ride away from the Grand Canyon. Private parking, a stunning ballroom, and rooms that each have their own unique vibe and flair -- this place is special. My room was cozy, loft-style, and spacious, with one queen bed, three twins, and two bathrooms. This is absolutely the way to travel. Highly recommend.

Everyone we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One of our favorite touches was the shared space with board games, it felt refreshing and encouraged quality time together as a family. The whole place is beautifully designed, with a cozy "back to the basics" feel that really lets you slow down and enjoy the moment. Our room did not have a TV, which we were informed of ahead of time, and it wasn't an issue at all since we don't typically watch TV while on vacation anyway. The secure code access to enter and exit the hotel made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, thoughtful, and memorable experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Parents appreciated choice of light and dark roast coffee, make your own waffle, oatmeal station, rotating sausage and bacon, and premade omelettes. The kids loved the juice, muffins and lucky charms cereal. There was easy and flexible seating. Everything was well stocked at breakfast and clean. The kids and adults also enjoyed the small pool (4.5 feet) and hot tub but they were closed due to pH issues our second night. Plenty of pool towels. This hotel clearly made to be convenient from families as includes a small store with chips, drinks and microwave burritos and mac and cheese. We got some deli meat, cheese and fruit from nearby Safeway one night, and we enjoyed early bird specials (4 to 6 pm) and kids' menu at Red Raven the second night.

It was mostly quiet, but we did have some people on our floor that were a bit noisy in the halls periodically. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd choose to stay here if ever in Williams again!
