    Carne Asada Tacos

This place is a solid stop if you need to fix that Mexican food itch. The waitress was a little green but very pleasant. Started with the Queso Blanco which was creamy and had fantastic flavor. Then had the Al Pastor tacos and the Carne Asada tacos. Both had good flavor and I would totally order them again. If you're downtown this is a good stop.

Visited here with friends and had a good time overall. Server seemed a bit uninterested in her job duties but we overlooked it because we'd heard such amazing things about this place and the food did not disappoint. Would visit again for sure. Best tres leches cake I've ever eaten in my life!

What I ordered- Chicken Tinga Taquitos, Traditional Guacamole and frozen margarita.

Visited this restaurant based on Yelp reviews and sadly, I wasn't impressed by the food as most. Luckily, I arrived 15 minutes before wild hour ended. Complementary chips and a green salsa were offered. The salsa needed more salt . I ordered a frozen margarita, chicken tinga, guacamole and street corn. The presentation was nice but the seasonings were not present. The food was very bland and I regret not asking for salt and pepper. I did request hot sauce for some level of spice . Stephanie was our server and she was very helpful and offered recommendations. Overall, if I were to return, I'd request salt and pepper for the guacamole and street corn, and a side of the cilantro sauce for the chicken tingas.

Nice atmosphere for a quick bite to eat while at lunch downtown. There were plenty of tables available and the service was good. I was not super impessed with the food. The verda salsa was citrus forward and thick. The queso blanco was what you would expect. I was not impressed with the taquitos, they did not have much flavor and half were overcooked.

This is a great Happy Hour location. 1/2 off of appetizers which made them between $5-$8, cannot beat that! We enjoyed the guac, ceviche, queso and tostadas. We will be back!

This restaurant should have 5 stars on Yelp. We had the absolute best experience our waiter Nino was fantastic and help with menu choices. I took him up on his recommendation of tacos and was not disappointed! My husband had the chicken enchiladas I had the wild tacos Our son had chicken fajitas The beans and rice were so tasty The salsa and queso were so fresh and delicious. I had an agua fresca drink so good. I met the manager Michael he was incredibly friendly! The food was fresh beautifully plated and delicious. Half of the experience for our family is the service and Nino was so impressed and attentive. Also the decor beautifully done!

This is an excellent Mexican restaurant with a rad interior atmosphere - cool murals, Day of the Dead dolls and a stylish modern looking bar. Their appetizers (chips and also rice) were great, and their tamales (the pork tamal) was also excellent. Also the one way you can tell that they are authentic is that they have horchata, which one of the servers had made for me so excellent service. Their unsweet iced tea is also nice. Definitely recommended if you are in Ft. Worth! We had a dinner for the 8th Annual IP Scholars Roundtable at Texas A&M School of Law and this is one of their favorite places to always go to.

It was just ok. I would only give it 2.5 stars but rounded up to give them benefit of the doubt. The air conditioning was not working well tonight and most people were fanning themselves. Yes, it was warm inside and not comfortable. The chicken tacos didn't have much seasoning on them and the chicken was dry. The street corn was not sweet and a little overcooked so the kernels were shriveled. The flavor reminded me of field corn for cattle. The black beans and cilantro rice were good. The chips and salsa were good. The salsa has nice heat to it and a decent flavor. I was really hoping that wild salsa was going to be my go to place for Mexican food when visiting downtown Fort Worth. I guess I'll just keep searching.

If you don't like tacos you're nacho my type. Taco about a party in my mouth! We have been stalking this reopening and happened to come on Taco Tuesday! 5 dollar margaritas, 3 dollar tacos, and 5 dollar shots. I think I've died and gone to taco heaven. Not only was the food and drinks inexpensive they were amazing! We started with the half price ceviche that was delicious. Had about every taco there was to offer but the barbacoa (award winning) was the best! The cilantro rice and black beans were very good. And the chips and salsa was wild :) The service was top notch. From the hostess to the waitress to the managers that checked in on us frequently we always had what we needed. This is a beautiful spot. Great to dress up or have brunch. We also felt comfortable in more casual clothes. Pro tip- parking is validated

Phenomenal Mexican food. Enjoyed my steak fajitas. Good steak , taco and extras. Good bean and rice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Waitress was very attentive. Liked warm atmosphere. Nice touch of ice pop when leaving.

Came in for a birthday celebration and was immediately greeted with great hospitality. The food was excellent and drinks were spot on. Alyssa & Donovan were very attentive. The GM Leah even came over and made sure everything and everyone was taken care of and comfortable. Definitely planning some future get together a here. 10 out of 10.

Shrimp ceviche, lamb shank barbacoa, and the old fashion!

Food was okay. Nothing spectacular! Just Tex-Mex mediocre tacos. The horchatas were delicious, but more of a dessert than an actual drink.

The noise level was extremely high...we literally had to yell just to have a conversation with each other. Service was also very slow. It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar. We ended up leaving within about five minutes. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype for us....between the noise, long wait times, and how we were treated, it just wasn't enjoyable. For comparison, the bar next door, Archibald, felt much more welcoming. Maybe regulars have a different experience, but as first-time guests, we were not impressed.

We poke our heads in (accidentally going through the exit door. the front door is well camouflaged) and just found a wonderful very chilled out bar. Haven't been to a speakeasy in a long time. It was dark lighting with ambient black lights and string lights to keep it dim but you wont struggle to see through. Music was not super loud and the chairs were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was laid out to just have drinks and lounge while talking with friends. No food, which is fine. You have plenty of options on the same block for that. This place is just for drinks and conversation. The seasonal menu was awesome. It iss a bar so they of course can make anything you request if you don't want a specialty cocktail. I got my favorite, a moscow mule but they had a brazilian mule on the specialty menu. I never had that before and ordered it on the spot. It was grapefruit vodka with lime, lots of fine pellett nugget ice (the really good kind) with ginger beer and condensed milk. My god it was great, they told me how they made it because i never saw milk added to this before. It was a delicious limeade that almost was slushy like, creamy and with tangy vodka. Plus they actually served it in a proper copper mug. Best mixed drink ive had period and a cool twist on my favorite standard moscow mule. The place is now going to become a frequent haunt for us. Its very laid back, relaxed, with fantastic ambiance. It doesn't get jammed packed and is not meant to get wild in. We went there around 7pm on a friday night with about 8 or so others already there with their drinks. It did pick up later with 15-20 people in there but still spacious and comfortable. It genuinely was just a nice bar to have drinks and conversations with friends. Nice music that isn't too loud so you can talk with normal voice levels. The bartenders we had were super nice and charismatic. The drinks were not expensive, a respectable 13 bucks for my mule. If you have a bill over 40 dollars they automatically add 20% gratuity to it so keep that in mind when you are tipping. And after 8pm everything had 20% gratuity added to the bill. But the service is so damn good that you will probably still want to tip on top of that anyways. I loved it so much i actually made a yelp account just to post a review. TLDR super cool speakeasy type joint, cool aesthetics and laundry theme. Not loud, good for drinks and chit chat, cool well crafted specialty cocktails that don't break the bank. Good bartenders. Good times. Cozy seats that encourage you to hang out and talk even with folks you haven't met before and dim without being dark lighting. Clean bathroom too and quick charismatic service. Hit this place up for sure even just for the novelty of it. It was a wonderful surprise bar for a date night. Pro tip for this area in general. all paid parking, some place validates some do not, i am unsure if they do here but there is paid parking right out front and also a paid lot literally across the street. But i don't even bother. About a block and a half away northeast is a big shopping complex with a target. i just park there for free and walk. its a short nice walk and doesn't cost 20 bucks.
