So yummy! Was on my way to get dinner and this cute place caught my eye. Not just the look of the place but food was fresh and really good. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to tell me his favs and suggestions and steered me in the right direction. Thank you! Went with the carrot crush as a wrap and made it half way through my wrap without even needing the sauce. Can't wait to try more soon :)

First time at Wild Roots and it was SO good! I got The Pacific Protein in a wrap and it was very fresh with simple ingredients. Eating healthy is important to me and I love that they have no seed oils. I'll definitely be back!!

I'm so glad we finally have a place in South Bay to pick up fresh healthy meals! I had the spring rolls and the sauces were homemade and so good. My picky son got the kids rice bowl with chicken instead of beef. He ate every bit of it and loves the miso sauce. Wild Roots was so accommodating and was happy to make substitutions. This is for sure going to be a regular stop for us.

The Olive Branch Wrap which is available as a salad as well.

Our first time here and absolutely enjoyed the food today! I had the olive branch wrap with Mediterranean dressing very fresh and really good. My wife had the Catalina spring roll which had super fresh ahi tuna she's a fan now! It's nice having a fresh alternative from everything else in the neighborhood so kudos to wild roots. Their service is excellent too, we'll definitely be back.

    Golden Coast Bowl

Several gluten free (I have celiacs), seed-oil free, organic options! Surprised the bowls were as filling as they were when I first saw them. Got the Golden Coast and Coconut Coast bowls and both were sooo good, my 3 and 5 year old inhaled their food. The purple haze smoothie was perfectly sweet. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining the different items. Definitely a to-go place as the seating area is small, but well spaced out. Been here twice and will make it a regular spot for us.

Delicious and healthy food. Great menu. We stopped for a sandwich before a movie at AMC. Will definitely return.

My order did not take long to make because it seemed like it was 5 minutes after I sat down I my food was read i smiled politely and went to my car and drove home. The fries were still nice and hot and the 1st bite into my sandwich melted in my mouth the bread was so soft it was kinda like it Hawaiian bread but it wasn't and the meat was so tender and tasty. I'm mad at myself for not taking a picture before I ate it all I wasn't even thinking about a picture because it was just that good this give me a reason to go back , and the prices are affordable I think the sandwich and fries was like $20 so I can wait to go back again!!

This was also my husband's first time trying this place out and he got the Western sandwich. He also enjoyed it. It is a bit on the pricey side with a sandwich costing $13-$15, not including sides or a drink. There was only one person working at the time we went. She was very nice. We waited a little bit for our food; about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant was empty and very clean. They also were selling shirts at a cheap price. I think this is an underrated sandwich spot that I would stop at if I am in the area. It was pretty good in terms of taste and quality, and it is a good little spot to visit. Definitely recommend, but be advised of the price and sides needing to be ordered separately.

The moment I pulled into the driveway I can smell the good stuff being made. I decided to order the bacon avocado burger with some chili cheese fries. OMG!!!! My burger was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back with my family. You can't go wrong For $20 bucks. I highly recommend this spot if you don't want to wait in those long In n Out lines.

I ordered the California chicken sandwich along with fries with no salt in a separate bag and every time I said fries in a separate bag, she said no the chicken is already marinated and I said no I would like my fries in a separate bag as I'm driving back now just trying to get a little taste from running errands all day. The fries are extremely soggy full of grease. No crisp to them whatsoever very disappointed once again this place comes highly recommended. Sorry have to change my review. I won't be coming back. I will say the young lady in the window was very kind, and when I informed her about the fries, she immediately got a bag for me, and then I noticed the individual who took my order lean back to see who asked for another bag for their fries, mind you I said it multiple times in the beginning, but it's all good. I understand things happen however soggy fries. No thank you state of Gaffney Street.

Monster Kimbap in Lomita is such a great little find if you're looking for something fast, fresh,…read moreand satisfying. It's located in a small local strip plaza. The parking can get a little tough during busy times, since there's only street parking or a small little lot a couple of stores down. The ambiance is fun and cute. It's definitely more of a grab-and-go spot than a full sit-down restaurant. Most of the food is already prepared and ready to pick up, which makes it perfect if you're in a hurry. There are only two small tables, and we got lucky enough to snag one during our visit. They also sell different varieties or Korean snacks and drinks within the store. There's also cute merchandise such as teas, baseball caps, and little trinkets. When we arrived, there were only a few food items left to choose from. We picked up the tteokbokki, beef kimbap, and a bulgogi rice bowl. When we went to pay, the owner surprised us with a free soba noodle salad, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture -little moments like that really make a place stand out. They were so nice and friendly there. Everything was also delicious and comforting, especially the tteokbokki which had just the right amount of spice. We'll definitely be back, but next time we'll come earlier, since by the time we arrived, there were only a few items left. It seems like they sell out quickly, and for good reason.

Initially when I walked in, I was…read moredisappointed that the food was pre-prepared, but it didn't deter me enough to not support a local business and give it a shot. I'm happy I did, I could immediately tell the ingredients in my tuna and cheese kimbaps were really high quality. The veggies were all crunchy, the rice wasn't stale, and overall it was really tasty. I especially enjoyed the mustard sauce, how genius to make a sauce out of the Korean yellow mustard. When I read the title, I initially thought it was like yellow American mustard which sounded kinda gross, but I'm happy I tried it because it's like a top 5 tasting sauce for me now. It's sweet and yummy if you don't mind that wasabi or horseradish type of heat. Only downside was the kimbap wrapping. I feel like it was a little sloppy and not tight because I had more than a few pieces unraveling. The flavor though, made up for it. Store was pretty bare, I wasn't really getting the convenience fast grab and go vibe. It was pretty sparse, and for not having tried many of these products before, maybe some extra info or even samples would help me make the jump to try something new. I think the price point is just high enough where I decided to pass on trying other things. Service was nice and friendly but pretty basic when it came to guiding customers through the store idea. Honestly, I felt like I was buying food at a flea market. I would definitely come again as the kimbaps were delicious.
