Wild Eggs makes some good breakfasts. I'm a fan of all their stuff -- everything is good. You owe it to yourself to get one of their signature everything-muffins. You should also get a delicious Bloody Mary. Be ready for a wait. They are often packed with customers, but there waiting area has coffee, so there's that. The staff is great. Once seated, they'll get your drinks and order quickly. They know their stuff and are fast and friendly. They're cool about accommodating special requests, like egg whites only or no onions or whatever. read more

Nice experience. Stopped here for a bite to eat before continuing are road trip to Nashville because it had good reviews and the hotel recommended it. There was a bit of a wait for a seat but it was nice outside so that was expected and fine. Our server was pleasant and gave us some good suggestions, popular customer choices. It took a little longer to get our food but it came out hot and looked delicious. My son had the kids pancakes and the egg and sausage meal with fresh fruit. The pancakes were delicious, light and fluffy. I have the surfer girl with egg-whites. Needed a little more seasoning for my taste but would order again. read more

Best pancake I've had in a really long time. We came here for a nice brunch and loved it. Sat outside in the patio area. That would be my only negative here. It was a bit windy today and the area was a drive thru spot for the whole complex so it was a little hard to have a decent conversation. Overall great breakfast spot. Enjoyable, quick and reasonably priced. read more

Always love the food, this location is slightly dirty, and broken down tables. They are currently resigning the menu and dropping some old favorites like: huevos rancheros, pork chili, and bowling alley burger. Sad face. I don't like this location as much as downtown or Landis Lakes. read more

This place was amazing! From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful! We waited 35 minutes for a table on a saturday morning...and it was well worth the small wait! The food...OMG, the food! It was perfection! There was 3 of us and we each ordered something different and shared it...along with a homemade cinnamon roll (which was the best I have ever tasted!). We all loved everything! This place is a definite must!! read more

We stop here EVERYTIME we pass through Louisville (and coming back too) and Wild Eggs and staff never disappoints. Best breakfast ever (and I'm honestly NOT a breakfast geek). Lunches are just as good. Service is friendly and just a great place to go. read more

I love Wild Eggs. It is a great sport for breakfast, lunch or Brunch. I live within walking distance of the location in Westport Village and my husband and I love to take a Sunday walk to the Village for a nice breakfast. If you go on the weekend be prepared for a wait and try to avoid the after church crowd if you can, unless you are okay with an 30-60 min wait time. The good news is several of the shops in the village are open and you pager will reach pretty far, so you can shop while you wait. I usually get the Egg Bennie and have never been disappointed. If I am craving something sweet I go for the pancakes or the french toast. As a bonus they server alcohol. Ever had a mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice? Let me tell you- it is worth it. I have never been disappointed when eating at Wild Eggs. read more

Great food, great service! Friendly staff and they're always accommodating. Favorite breakfast spot hands down

Honestly I freaking love Wild Eggs and come frequently. This is my first AND LAST time to this location. It's a hot hot mess. I was quoted 30-40 mins and waited nearly 1hr 20 before I went all Karen and got a table. Service was slow, my food was cold and order incorrect. Idk what's up here but they need to get their act together. read more

Had pretty poor service today. The eggs were runny, bacon burnt, toast burnt, and the sliced fruit in the carafe of water still had the label on it which tells me they didn't clean the fruit before cutting it. The half a Belgian waffle was good as usual though. The waiter immediately said their computer system was down when we arrived and stated that the kitchen was a mess so we'd have a long wait time, and then we heard another waiter announce the computer system was back up a couple of minutes after we sat down. This is the second time we've had food issues in the last month. Going to give it another shot and if that's bad then we'll move on to another breakfast place. Maybe the owners need to focus on still providing great food instead of too much on expansion plans. read more

Even though we checked in earlier, we still had to wait. Very busy, but plenty of staff. Our waitress/server took our (5) orders. It took awhile to get our orders, but it was a very busy staff. Everyone seemed to enjoy what got. My Eggs Benny was ok, not enough Hollandaise sauce. I asked for the poached eggs to be runny, it was not. I was moderately satisfied, the others felt the same. Will I wait an hour to be seated next time, no, not worth the wait! read more

FANTASTIC! Best breakfast I have had in recent memory. Everyone had something different and all delicious. Breakfast nachos (heaping pile of yumminess); surfer girl omelette, French toast, everything muffin - so good! Coffee was amazing, the owners went to Mexico to find this roast. Just goes to show their attention to detail. The fresh squeezed OJ is awesome too. Service was great as well. Totally worth the wait which was 45 minutes the Friday after Thanksgiving. read more

I love Wild Eggs but I feel this experience had potential to be a lot better. We came here on a Sunday knowing it would be busy so we called. Over the phone, I asked, "Does your location do call ahead?" And I heard the lady ask the manager if they "do call ahead today". They said "no not on the weekends". Whatever no big deal. We got there and was told a 30 min wait which we were expecting. Didn't mind. What we did mind was that parties were coming in telling the restaurant they called ahead and they were told they next up. I looked at my partner in dismay. Why were we told on the phone thats not being offered? I do not like that they were able to and we weren't. Not a great start here. We sit down. I ordered something plain. Eggs your way and I added a side of sausage. When I bite into it, the sausage is cold and chewy. My eggs even with the pepper lacked flavor and were also lukewarm. I'm very disappointed. read more

Wild Eggs is still one of my favorite breakfast places around Louisville. All of their food is delicious. Only downside is the long waits, but can you blame people for wanting to go here, nope, it is worth the wait. Their mimosas are a little expensive compared to other local brunch places, but that is my only complaint. read more

The aroma when you walk thru the door let's you know you mouth is need for a treat! The food was tasty and the service was good.

Woke up craving a surfer girl omelette and stuffed French toast. So I ordered togo and came back home and treated myself to the best damn breakfast in bed (mimosas included) that a girl can have. Thanks Wild Eggs! You ROCK!!! read more

Great place for a fancy breakfast. Can be a little pricey, but the quality of the food and portion sizes make up for it. Arrived around 10:30 on a Friday morning. My wife and I were seated right away. Started with a couple waters and their Bloody Marys, which are very good if you have never had one. She got the Western omelet and I got the hot brown. We also got a side of bacon, a blueberry muffin and grits of the day. Everything was delicious! Service was on point and very friendly. Not our first time eating here and definitely will not be our last. read more

Came here for breakfast...although, it was a bit of a turnoff that we were told it would be around 30-45 minutes; I think they are told to tell that to everyone. They certainly aren't worried about getting people to come in and I could see why, their service and food was good. There were a lot of empty tables, but they were probably short staffed. After 20 minutes, we were seated. I looked at the menu while waiting for our table so I was ready to order as soon as we sat down; I got the eggs bennie (toasted muffin+canadian bacon+poached eggs w/ hollandaise) , which was just the right amount of flavor and it was perfectly filling, yum! My sister got the Smokin' Hash (corned beef hash w/potatoes), which came with an everything muffin! I definitely recommend it, it's so good! I was perfectly satisfied with my breakfast. read more

The Veggie Bennie Florentine is my favorite item on the menu! I order it every time I visit this restaurant. The poached eggs rest on a bed of spinach with the perfect amount of paprika and other seasoning. The Proud Mary drink was a great pairing with my meal. Let it be known- the drink can be spicy since jalapeños and spicy pickles are included! Our server, Nicole, was very attentive to our needs during our Derby Day brunch. She made sure that our drinks were full at all times and checked on us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed. read more

An upgraded Waffle House. Nothing bad but nothing great. It's a good place to go where everyone can find something they will like.

This is always my family's back up plan when a restaurant falls through. Amazingly huge menu with great service. Always get the bennies or breakfast nachos! Very tasty and huge place which is never not popular! 10/10 would and will go again read more

Love love love this place! It is from here on out always on my 'to-do' list when in Louisville. Started with the house made cinnamon roll that comes out in a mini cast iron skillet. This can be split between 2 for sure. Or just get your own, it's one of those things that is TRULY worth the calories and indulgence. We split between 5, I wished for more and will have to dream about it. My Mr. Potato Head breakfast was delicious and I wiped up every bit of it. The chicken and waffles were ok, not my fav but also I understand there is many good choices for that locally too. One note on service-exceptional!!! We requested a side of honey mustard and no joke our waitress came out and made one on the fly. Mustard, mayo, honey. Boom - done. That was above and beyond customer service and noted accordingly! Can't wait to be back. read more

Regular old eggs, hash browns and ham was just what the doctor ordered. In a great location where you can keep yourself amused by adjacent shops while waiting for a table at this popular location. Coffee was perfect black and needed no cream or sugar. Service was quick and pleasant. My only concern was the potato latkes I got in place of the "everything muffin". They were too greasy to enjoy and the edges were inedible. Hubby preferred the muffin option and I jealously agreed after he gave me a bite of his. read more

Best buttermilk pancakes I've ever had in my life. The grits of the day are hot or miss but it's worth trying every day to get the hits!

One of my favorite places to eat when in Louisville, but miss the 'clean' look of the employees. Not that a T-shirt isn't ok, but stained yoga pants and looking like you've just rolled out of bed to come to work is unacceptable. Hope that management realizes the need to maintain a professional look, even when being casual. read more

What to say about this place that hasn't been said? It's amazing! We go every single time we're in Louisville and they never disappoint! I try something different every time I go! A decade-long favorite. Never get tired of them. The kalamity katy Benedict is my go-to.

Absolutely amazing! Everything on the menu is to die for. You can't go wrong at Wild Eggs. Get there early! There's always a wait.

We have visited this location twice and both experiences were good. We were seated at a broken table on the first visit and they moved us immediately. Both visits were on Sunday mornings about 930am. This is a good time to go as it is not too busy. We made reservations for both visits and were seated immediately upon arrival at our reservation time. Food was good. This place was DELICIOUS!!!! I've never been to a place like this. I'm from Ohio but my fiance and I were in the area for vacation and was told this place was a must try. He had the country fried steak and I had a build your own omelette with ham, cheddar cheese and mushrooms. We both got skillet potatoes and muffins. We were sat right away but we also came in around noon so not sure what it's like during normal breakfast times. Server was very attentive and brought us a pitcher of water immediately. The freshly squeezed orange juice was probably the best I've ever had. We will most certainly be returning before we head home!!! read more

Always a solid choice for breakfast and brunch. From their waffles, to crepes, pancakes and bennies; lots of choices and all good. I was excited to try Wild Eggs because everyone raves about it and was not disappointed. We came for Sunday brunch around 10:30 and the wait was about 30-40 minutes. Our waiter was friendly and the food arrived promptly, despite it being busy. I ordered the wild eggs benedict and tried a bite of my friend's pancakes. Both were delicious. The eggs benedict had an interesting twist, with a grilled tomato/mushrooms instead of the usual ham. The egg was poached perfectly and it all melted together very nicely. My friends' orders of pancakes were massive- definitely enough for 2 people to share. Looked light and fluffy. There is outdoor seating, which was perfect since it was a beautiful morning. read more
