4/13/26 I had a birthday coupon from First Watch and we stopped by to have brunch. Our server Kaylee was adorable! She met us at the door, took us to the table and got our drink orders. We looked at the extensive menu and my husband chose the Trifecta. His entree had a Waffle, Bacon , 2 eggs and he added cheese. I had the Traditional with Bacon, and scrambled eggs where I added Cheddar Jack Cheese. It also came with whole wheat toast points. I chose fruit over potatoes. Kaylee checked on us so very often. She had made suggestions for what I would like and she was exactly on target. It was very relaxing and we had a great time. I was in much need of breakfast since arriving early in the area for an appointment. I was seated once I arrived, luckily they weren't busy yet but had a steady stream of customers coming & going. My server Ella was immediately at my table to take my drink order, which was a coffee ( flavored creamer & sugars options were already available on the table) & a water. I ordered seasonal Carne Asada Hash with a side of million $ bacon. Let me tell you.... This was a lot of food. The hash was loaded with potatoes, steak, eggs, pico, avocado. We love First Watch restaurants, this is another great one! It was very busy and they said we could sit at the communal table, an elongated table near the entrance with 10 chairs. So we did and so glad we did. Had a great time visiting people headed to a rodeo, a student on spring break with her mom and a couple businessmen headed to visit a factory. We were told that not a lot of FW restaurants have this type of table. Food was ordered and it came out fast. I had the power wrap. A delicious turkey wrap with mushrooms, egg white, spinach on a sun dried tomato basil wrap. I thought it was great! My SO Parmesan prosciutto & egg special on sourdough bread. It was special! My husband and I have begun to eat here on a weekly breakfast date on the weekends. We get breakfast on Sundays before the NFL football games, which starts our "sports-viewing" off right. We really enjoy our dining experiences here. The staff are always friendly, helpful, informative and efficient, no matter how crazy-busy they are. It seems that the entire staff runs like a smoothly-oiled machine. Once we are seated, the server usually comes to ask our drink preferences almost immediately. Everything else happens in a timely fashion without much wait-time. Of our many visits, we have never had a dish that was unappetizing or negative in any way. Good spot to grab a bite...usually busy until closer to 1...not too bad if you eat it outside. Inside is crowded and loud, but regardless, food is fresh and good. They have specials each month, and this month is cinnamon spice...I tried the hibiscus drink and it was pretty tart, but since I'm not a fan of cinnamon I had them hold the cinnamon sugar spice on the rim...it probably would habe helped. The servers are ok, when they are busy, if you are outside, it may take them time tonget back with you. This place was recommended by a co-worker and it lived up to the hype. The food was outstanding, fresh, and mind blowing. The whole pancakes are very large, tasty, and eye candy. Got the Banana one and tasted like Banana pudding. The kale juice was out of this world for a healthy drink, I could drink this everyday. My wife loved her whole pancake and morning meditation juice as well. On a scale of 1 to ten, she rated them both a ten. The place was very busy and were seated in ten minutes. They slack with to go orders. We are done with this place. They're so wildly inconsistent. Sometimes our potatoes are cooked sometimes they're still a bit raw. To go is a joke, it's usually over salted and missing ingredients. Just spent $24 on a market hash and ended up tossing it. They need better cooks and management. read more

I have been here multiple times and every time is amazing. The food menu is extensive and if you're with a group, everyone wil find exactly what suits their fancy that day. Traditional breakfast/ lunch is a solid staple, but their grain bowls with quinoa is usually where i end up. I also love their juices (kale and morning are yum!) and get those often. This location is well positioned amongst the hospitals and the highway. it is a good place to meet folks for a coffee or a light meal. On a weekday, you will be seated quickly. The service is prompt and timely. The coffee is hot and they leave you the pot to give yourself refills. They have international creamer packets on the tables. I appreciate that the menu lists the calories for each item, and if you are on their website, you can get a breakdown of the macros as well. I have ordered a variety of things here, my favorite is the Triathlete. It is an omelet with mushrooms, onions and peppers. It is a filling and tasty option. When you are done with your meal, you go to check out at the check out desk and can even buy the first watch cookbook. The atmosphere in this First Watch is comfortable and cozy. I had never been to a first watch. This is an excellent place for breakfast, brunch or lunch! Staff were really friendly, nice and professional. The menu is huge, so I still have to try many other items within the menu. I had the chimichanga and it was delicious along with country potatoes. The chocolate chip muffin was amazing as well. Yes, I was tempted by some tasty pancakes, waffles, and bacon, but I was so happy to see just as many appealing options that wouldn't cancel out my recent effort. I ordered the Tri-Athlete which has roasted Crimini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and green chiles in a cage-free egg white omelet. It was accompanied by fresh pico de gallo, thick slice of whole grain toast, strawberry preserves, and a small bowl of mixed fruit that included pineapple, honeydew melon, purple seedless grapes, and blueberries. I also ordered a large cranberry juice and black coffee. The coffee was hot and strong. The cranberry juice was in an unexpectedly large glass, so I'd probably ratchet back to a smaller serving next trip. I was so happy to see all of the nutritional information available in great detail. It took a lot of the guesswork off of my hands since I'm currently trying to log all of my intake. This place was very busy for a Monday mid-morning, but I found a parking space after one circuit of the lot. We were also seated in less than 5 minutes and service was wonderful. We had plenty of coffee and relaxed conversation and never felt rushed during our entire meal or for a bit of loitering afterwards. The seating was comfortable and noise level was at a medium level, which was to be expected with a full house. Our server was great and the hostess was, too. Our problem was with the food and a very loud person in the kitchen who kept yelling loud enough that we could hear every word in the lobby. My husband wanted the avocado toast. After our server took the order she came back and said they were out of avocado. Okay, that happens, he ordered something else. I wanted the biscuits and gravy and that part of the meal was really good. However, I found a black hair in my scrambled eggs, and after that I lost my appetite. I did show it to another server and she was very kind, offering to have new eggs made or get me something else, and they took that meal off our receipt. The wait staff is fantastic, but the kitchen leaves a bit to be desired (this isn't the first time I've found a hair in my food. I also once found a piece of tomato in a pancake.) I love stopping in at this first watch location for a weekend brunch. Service is always great and their menu is big enough that anyone can find something they want. They're coffee is some of the best that you can get at a non-coffee shop and I love all the little creamer options at the table (especially the pumpkin spice one!) I ordered the ham and gruyere omelet with potatoes and gluten free toast. The food came out quickly and hot, and I just feel like the flavors of everything is great. I also love how I can get gluten free toast with no upcharge like so many other places have (it's not my fault I have celiacs). Overall 10/10 recommend this place, but definitely join the waitlist before you get there because they're always busy! read more

Came here a little past 9:40 on a Thursday and it was hoppin! Parking lot was almost full but I found a spot pretty close to the door. My friend was already here and had a table so I walked right in. This location still feels open and I love the light fixtures. I ordered a chocolate pancake. Yum! Fluffy! I still think the pancakes at Highland Morning are better but this is definitely pretty good as well! One friend got avocado toast with over easy eggs and sweet tea. The toast is thick and she loved it! She thought the tea could've been sweeter and was not impressed with it. Another friend got the cinnamon chip pancake breakfast. Her pancake was chocolate chip with cinnamon which she thought was a bit sweet. It also came with scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. My other friend got the market veggie sandwich which had pesto, mozzarella, zucchini, spinach, and mayo which looked really good! The waitress said she enjoyed it as well and recommended it. Service was quick and I loved our server! She was sweet and cracked me up without even trying! She was all smiles and was probably a little tired having been up since the place opened. The staff was on top of it though because the service was good and the food came out pretty quick. We were initially told there would be a 15 minute wait, but it ended up being less than 5. I wanted something a bit healthier so I got the Tri-Athlete and a side of chicken sausage. It was very good. The veggies in the omelet all went very well together. I ate the chicken sausage and preserves with my toast and it was delicious. Definitely good fuel for a workout. Would highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite. read more

We came on a Saturday morning after a failed attempt at going to Wild Eggs (parking was *crazy*), but we had never tried First Watch and were excited about brunch after seeing the photos. We were lucky enough to be seated right away (and at a booth at that!), and other staff members checked in on us before our server arrived. I was torn between the chickichanga and farmhouse hash but ultimately went with the former. It's a combination of chicken, chorizo, cheese, and egg, topped with sauce and sour cream; it also comes with a side of home fries and fruit. I think the sauce and cream somewhat overpowered the taste of chorizo, but it was still eggy, filling, and delicious. You can also occasionally throw on some hot sauce with your bites for a nice kick. I also ordered coffee expecting to have to pay by the cup, but for around $3, you actually get a small carafe to pour, which is awesome. I'd definitely consider coming back to try some of the other menu items if we're in the area. read more
