Here is a timeline: -we arrived shortly after 3:00pm, was immediately seated -placed our order at 3:10pm or so -got our salads at 4:00pm -left at 4:15-4:20pm It all started off so well. The outside of the restaurant looked really cute, very relaxed atmosphere as soon as you walk in, and we were met with friendly hospitality. But right after we placed our order, any hint of service ceased. We ordered, as pictured below, 2 salads. SALADS. Nothing else and it took nearly an hour to get our food. Our server, throughout this 50 minute period, did not check on us once. We finally had enough and asked, only to be met with a dismissive "your food should be out in a minute." A different lady, possibly a manager or supervisor, brought out our food and had the audacity to stop and chat with one of the other servers, while holding our hour-long salads. As you can see in the picture, the toast that came with one salad was burnt. My steak, which I ordered as medium, was overseasoned and overcooked. The lady who brought out our food was the one who finally noticed that we were out of water and brought a pitcher over. She and the server then proceeded to check on us 4 different times, seemingly out of guilt, but never acknowledged what happened. I fully understand that mistakes and breakdown in communication happen, but at least have the decency to acknowledge it and apologize. I chose not to make a scene because other patrons in the restaurant do not deserve to be disturbed. No service equals no tip seems only fair. read more

Who knew that a little restaurant in a converted house near a traffic circle could be so warm, welcoming, have a great menu with lots of choices, and serve delicious food quickly with a smile. I have eaten here every time I visit Agassiz / Harrison Hot Springs. I look forward to trying something new each visit. The service is always great here. They serve pop in very large cups with small ice which is something I have come to love and crave. Personally, I'm not a fan of their fries, they are more like potato wedges, but some people like that kind of thing. The beef dip was really good and my sister loves the cranberry turkey club. I also had the french onion soup once and it was delish. One thing I will note is I find the design and layout of the menu to be distracting and hard to follow, but I might just be inept. OH and I once had a caesar (drink) here and it was absolutely terrible but I won't hold it against them and I would honestly give it another chance, could have been a one off. read more

We stopped by after a weekend camping in Harrison and this place did not disappoint! Everyone's food was so good, such big portions, and well priced. The yam fries were delicious. We loove the teriyaki chicken burger but I believe it was a special so hopefully they have it next time we stop by. My husband and I split that and the thai chicken salad to get some greens in and it was very good! One of our friends got the turkey cranberry sandwich which also looked very good. I have dined at Wildcat many Sunday lunches. Food was very good prices OK The main reason that I will NEVER go there again is they stole 50 dollars from my account without my knowledge and stated it was their tip. The Blonde thirtyish cashier declined to give me a receipt but I insisted. She then cleared the tip amount and showed only the dinner amount. Later I heard from other seniors of it happening to them. Stopped in for a drink and an appetizer of wedge fries. The long island iced tea was on special that night for $5. I don't think it was as potent as it should have been but still good. They had a handful of beers on tap, but some unique ones that sounded interesting. The wedge fries were good, they came with honey mustard and garlic mayo. The fries were nice a crisp cooked how I like them. I would come back for dinner here sometime if I'm in the area again. read more

Prices are high food quality is mediocre. It used to be fantastic. Service is good, patio is fantastic. Last time I got Prime Rib on a Friday it was essentially a large chunk of fat with 2 bites of meat. read more

Back again after the long Covid shutdown. They are open, spacing in place for distancing diners. Servers very pleasant, and deliver food in a timely manner, while using spacing and caution when taking and delivering orders. I've had their grilled salmon burger twice, (salmon like it just came out of the water), my friend raves about the beef dip, as does my wife. I value this place and certainly recommend it. Inside is pleasantly decorated, and whether you eat inside, or on the large patio, the view of the outside is grand. Make the trip on the old Yale Road through Rosedale. And enjoy the ride, and then a lovely meal. read more

We eat at this lively family-friendly restaurant a lot, and have never been very disappointed. Not every dish is a hit, but the burgers are amazing. The place can get noisy, especially at weekday lunch, but the service is friendly and the setting pleasant. Parking is off Yale Road, but a steep drive. read more

My gf and I were Hangry....hungry and iratated. We were greeted by a pleasant host and a friendly server which eased the tension. Her name was Jess and she was great. A few KMs past Chilliwack before Bridal Falls from #1 Hwy Exit 135 off # 1 head North. at the round about go west 2nd driveway. The girls that run this place know how to make the place rock. Great place if you're traveling and are looking for a place to refuel the body. More of a pub type atmosphere and food but huge portions of great hearty comfort food in a fun bright lively space. Not the greasy spoon type joint you expect in a little off the beaten track. Menu must haves: SEAFOOD THAI BOWL...Prawns and scallops in a coconut red curry sauce served with rice. PRIME RIB NIGHTS FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS starting at 5:00 The ultra, ultra hungry ....and brave should try the ROWDY ROSEDALE BURGER. With a recommendation from a friend we decided to come to this establishment. Please remember this is a subjective opinion. Never the less I can say that the food was just ok. I had a burger know n as the Smoky ( I think ) it was soggy and it was supposed to be served on a fancy bun, sorry the bun was plain and a bit dry a Sloppy mess with fries I could have got at any number of restaurants in the city. My wife had prime rib with mashed potatoes carrots , soggy cauliflower and Yorkshire pudding just ok. My son had a steak salad that was in his opinion Ok. Truly I could have gone to a number of places and had better food. To top it off, the washrooms were flooded with both bathrooms out of Commision. They were telling people to go to Tim Hortons and use theirs. What could have made it a whole lot better would have been if the waitress staff smiled a bit more and spent less time chatting. Also I figure at the prices which are a bit high they could offer free refills. It's the worst thing you can do is to charge people for each sofa refill they have. Maybe your experience would be better I hope and to the staff, smile more check your patrons to make sure their dining experience is going fantastic and stop chatting when there are people watching. Awesome place to come to eat food the food here is great, it tastes good, I especially like the French fried potatoes done French style and golden brown and the burgers that are grilled to ultimate an immaculate perfection the buns are of the white flour variety, and the garnish was a delicious dill pickle. Happy New Year! We were a large group (13) today of retired bankers who met for a traditional New Years Day luncheon at the Wild Cat Grill and they lived up to their great reviews! It was a perfect venue for us to sit, relax and catch up with our "family" from the Bank without being rushed in any way. I had a Thai Chicken Salad which was wonderful - huge portion- some of which I brought home! Great service - thanks to our lovely server, Brina who worked very hard to look after us all in a timely, very polite and friendly manner and from what I heard - everyone was very pleased with their meals. We went wild cat girl this evening and the food was pretty good but the service was not so good the waitress we had was busy talking another table more than once look like she was visiting with them we didn't get our dinner rolls that come out before your meal until after served our meal we had to ask for Silver where she never once came back to ask if we wanted anything more to drink when we left I noticed you check the table for a tip in which I put a small tip under the cups she grabbed the newspaper and that was it off the table then I noticed when we walked out the door to check the receipt for a tip who would have picture well if her services good but felt neglected she also forgot the Caesar salad for my father in law that he switched out instead of fries so even though the food was good and the service is s***** it makes for not a pleasant visit read more

The steak was perfectly done medium well, topped with delicious blue cheese and a wonderful dressing on the side! We were with a party of 25, and all of our meals arrived so quickly, it was awesome! I came here hoping they would grill up a cat for me but I found out the don't serve cat at the wild cat grill...then why is it called the wild cat grill? I mean if your advertising wild cat grill don't you think I should be able to come in here an ask for a puma Berger or a bobcat sausage or a tiger steak, or a leopard meat infused pasta meat dish.. All in all my expectations of trying some wild cat for the first time were quashed, deeply disappointed, so I just had the chilli, that was not made with any wild cat meat, for this I take away 1 hugely important star. I cannot fault the server or probably even the cook but whoever purchases the food does a very poor job at choosing fresh or quality supplies. The steak was very fatty, very greasy , the shrimp was rubber, potatoes dry and the veggies were very soggy looking to be from a pre frozen "stirfry" type mix. The meal came with a quarter head of cauliflower that was also quite soggy with a processed cheese on it. At 28 dollars for the plate I wouldve done better at ANY other restaurant in town. The server was gracious when my drink was made incorrectly and the cook sent a friendly apology when my husbands steak was undercooked. When I mentioned it was our anniversary we were suprised with a free cake. Such a wonderful guesture but again very poor quality. I will not be returning and am sincerly disappointed as it is a cute and unique restaurant by appearance. read more
