Got take out from Cascade Curry in Concrete (aka/formally know as Cascade mountain restaurant, it's right next to Annie's Pizza) and it was FANTASTIC! Generous portions, each dish came with a large portion of basmati rice. The spice level was excellent, my husband got mild Butter Chicken and I got two spicy vegetarian dishes, Dal Makhani and Kadai Paneer. Everything was fresh and authentic tasting. Highly recommend

Cascade Mountain Restaurant - Indian Cuisine and Bar

A great food find in the mountains! After a long day hiking in the National Park, my husband and I were hungry for a solid home-cooked style meal. Indian cuisine was a nice treat to see when we searched Yelp for dinner options in the area - other restaurant options are more or less the same. They have incredible food, thus they are busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside near the patio and it's a nice view of the mountains and trees. The staff are friendly, but because it was during a busy holiday weekend dinner rush, it took a bit for our food. It's definitely worth the wait! We ordered vegetable pakoras for an appetizer that comes with two yummy dipping sauces. I had the saag lamb, and the server does ask for your spice level preference. The mango lassi pairs perfectly with rich and spicy food, it's a creamy, lightly sweet yogurt-style drink. It's a lot of food for a great price, especially considering it's a touristy area near the park. It's a great place to eat and refill up from a long day of hiking or exploring.

Best Indian food in the greater area. Comparable to my favorite places in Bellevue! We've gone a few times and have now tried most of their menu. Nothing has disappointed in any way. The staff is very nice and attentive. They even shared some desserts with us because they could tell we were so into the food. It's an open room with multiple tables and there's an outside patio I look forward to using when the weather is warmer! I'd start with the chicken 65 and go wherever your heart desires! You can't make a bad choice!

Mixed Vegetables, rice, with appetizer, Pakura, and a refreshing mint drink [not on menu]. This meal is: Vegan. Gluten-free.

EXCELLENT SERViCE and FOOD. THiS iS A DESTiNATiON SPOT! Hands down, best Indian food i have ever had. And i have had Indian food from many restaurants and temples all over the USA and even Hawai'i. This food at Cascade is made with such good intention, you can taste it! Delightful! Pranayumyum for your tumtum! [i just made that up, copyright!] Truly tho. The food made by Chef Bobbi is like prasadam, only better! He makes everything from scratch. He caters to any dietary restriction or request. Most of my friends are meat and dairy eaters, and those items here are fabulous, too. However: i am a strict vegetarian [vegan], gluten and dairy free. Chef Bobbi is attentive to specialty requirements and wishes. He can basically make anything on the menu into a vegetarian dish, et cetera. FAVES: Korma [cashew cream dish], and The Pakura [vegetable fritter, breaded with garbanzo bean flour]. Chef Bobbi will surprise us sometimes with special samples of items. For instance, while i was breaking my fast from Lent, he served me a delightful vegan dal [not even on the menu]. They have brought out wonderful, colorful desserts that my husband can eat [dairy]. This Indian restaurant is a destination. It is absolutely beautiful, at the gateway to the Upper Cascades. There is an exquisite back patio. They have a rad bar section that opens for Summertime. Bartender Rodju will return!? Seriously, everybody has to try this place, and yall will come back! Postscript: if you have dietary restrictions, be sure to ASk! Also, if you are unsure about communication, use your translator in Hindi. Chef Bobbi also knows poquito Español.

I had the Chuck Wagon omelet which came smothered in delicious Country Gravy, shredded hash browns and chunks of chicken fried steak, green onions and cheese all wrapped in egg. We ordered burgers and I asked for my fries 5x crispy. The cook adhered to my request and honestly exceeded my expectations. The burgers were stellar. Well assembled, not overly greasy, patties slightly charred at the edges and they didn't fall apart. Reasonably priced as well. Exactly what we were looking for, exceeding expectations for a small town, local restaurant. Service and food were so good we returned on 5/09. This time we ordered a pizza, burger and onion rings. The pizza dough was pretty undercooked on the bottom. The crust was done well however. I will give the benefit of the doubt and attribute it to a fluke as the service remained amazing and the rest of the food was outstanding. The burger maintained its rating from the previous days meal. The onion rings were fantastic. Perfectly fried and crispy/crunchy. I was able to break them in half/bite off a piece and the breading remained stuck to the onion. Also, if you're a Bigfoot enthusiast, this is your kind of place (I'm a Bigfoot enthusiast). Overall a fantastic experience. Shoutout to Bre for being a wonderful server. To the cook, keep doing what you're doing because that was food was delightful. 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely love the outdoor seating area as it is nestled among the pine trees and there are lots of seating options and some games you can play while waiting for your food. Beautiful surroundings. What most people come here for are the yummy large burgers and fries and shakes, etc. Although in their menu the offer sandwiches, wraps and salads too. Everyone I saw while there had burgers on their trays. The appetizers are also very yummy. We shared the garlic cheese curds to start and they were very tasty and served hot. Among our group of 5 people we tried a variety of the burger options including Jalapeno Burger, Grilled Onion Burger. I substituted the sweet tempura brussels sprouts for fries and another did onion rings. The rest of us had the delicious fries. The burgers were very big and difficult to finish for several of us so we took a lot of it home. While here we also ordered the special "Doggy Burger" for our dog. This is a basic cooked hamburger which we chopped up for the dog. And I also ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry dessert that the worker said was fresh out of the oven. That had to come home for a later day as we were stuffed. Great tasting food here! I'll be back.
