She was too busy so pointed me in the direction of where "picked" orders were and I found mine. So sad that a 40 pack friskies with gravy and 36 cans of kitten food by wervo plus (2) 4 count delectable kitten squeeze treats was $117! Pet food has gotten as high as people food right along with vet bills equaling Dr bills! So many homeless animals turned out bc ppl couldn't afford to feed them. Sad just sad. Anyhow, having it picked out for me kept me from spending more money so that's a plus!

We even spent time picking out the length, #5. I even gave her a picture. When I got back my puppy was shaved except for the ears, face, and tail. Unrecognizable. I honestly think they started off with the wrong blade and had to shave him because of it. Honesty would be nice next time. This was at 6 pm, maybe the later shift is rushed or tired. But it was unacceptable. No more grooms at this location. Pics attached: Halloween pic is a prior groom at his regular groomer, valentine pic is how I brought him in. The one thing I really hate about this store is they WATCH your every move as if you're there to steal. Not a pleasant shopping experience. The tech came out and greeted us and asked what time I could return to pick him up. Pick him up? I thought this was a shot. She explained that there were a couple of sick animals ahead of us. She told me to come back in "a couple hours or we will give you a call." The more I think about it, the more it really just doesn't make sense from an efficiency standpoint, not to mention my poor pup being put through additional unnecessary stress for what should take 5-10 minutes. Let's hope all those other sick animals don't get him sick while he's waiting back there with his 14-year-old self. Find somewhere else to go. These guys really just don't have it together.

Do not bring your dog here to get groomed…read more When I first walked in, 2 out of 3 employees didn't even greet me or say hello. All at the counter. Their demeanor immediately felt negative. I know that had nothing to do with me personally because it was my first time there, but it still wasn't a great first impression. If you aren't happy get another job.Yuck! My Yorkie who gets a salon treatment every two weeks. I normally take him to a Brazilian groomer. They're more expensive, but I've never had an issue. He always comes out smelling so, so, so good, and they brush his teeth and do everything for $69. I was trying to save a little money and figured PetSmart would be convenient since it's closer. I paid $59 for the upgraded service. Unfortunately, my dog came out with wet ears and still smelling bad. When I asked about his ears, the groomer gave me an explanation for why they were still wet, but it didn't make me feel any better about the situation. And there's one other thing that really bothered me. When I brought him into the salon, he was trying to run back out the door. He has never done that at the Brazilian groomer not even at the vet, where he gets shots. I'm not saying I know exactly what happened, but I do believe dogs pick up on energy and vibes. My dog clearly did not want to be there, and that alone was enough for me to pay attention. For me, the extra $10 wasn't worth it. Sorry didn't snap a picture with his ugly wet ears.

When the leeches dropped off after around a week, leaving huge holes, my poor catfish died. I did not notice them before using the copper sulfate. Just caution in buying fish from Petco. What I am seeing is not Petco, rather the suppliers are mass producing fish, like the guppies, that are no longer strong specimens. We had so many guppies growing up, and these are SO Different, they now always seem to be weak from any Pet Store! Had 4 of the weakling guppies die, while I have 6 Neons that are fine.

If you're going in to admire the pets, or interact with the pets, I would avoid this location. My…read moregirlfriend and I went in to look at the puppies and to select a room to have time with some puppies. We went in and there were multiple staff members standing behind the desk talking amongst themselves, but not helping customers who were looking to book a room. Multiple customers were waiting for help with rooms including us, but there were a select few employees doing everything while there were another 5 or so employees standing behind the desk talking. I went up to the desk to ask for help finding a room, but the employee at the desk told me to ask for help from someone on the floor. Again, there were only two employees helping more customers on floor, while there were about 5 employees behind the desk, talking with each other. So, we waited patiently because we saw that the two employees working on the floor were clearly busy. We kept waiting, but the part that made me write this review, was that the same employee who told my girlfriend and I to ask somebody else for help, was the same employee who went up to new customers walking in to greet them not even 5 minutes later. I understand if every employee was super busy, that we would need to wait a while for service because everyone was busy. But why did we wait 25 minutes, just for new customers to walk in after us and get help from the employees behind the desk who told us to ask someone else for help? After about 35 minutes of waiting, the store was basically empty now, and an employee asked if we needed help then. Really strange experience. If the place is really busy, I wouldn't visit, you probably won't get much help.
