They never called me to let me know my pup was done. their excuse was that the girl I talked to at first went off shift and they had bad communication skills. At first we were pointed to the rules of having to bring a sample of the water. We didn't know this had to be done. Then we were told we needed a receipt although everyone in the store recognized us. I was able to pull up my American express purchase on my app as proof of purchase. However, that wasn't good enough! Both of the "Managers" watched a little boy be sad about not getting ONE crab and REFUSED to replace it. This is so beyond the replacement cost of $6 but for me speaks to the lack of customer service. The irony is we were happy to find this pet store and planned on buying a parrot that is not cheap! When the leeches dropped off after around a week, leaving huge holes, my poor catfish died. I did not notice them before using the copper sulfate. Just caution in buying fish from Petco. What I am seeing is not Petco, rather the suppliers are mass producing fish, like the guppies, that are no longer strong specimens. We had so many guppies growing up, and these are SO Different, they now always seem to be weak from any Pet Store! Had 4 of the weakling guppies die, while I have 6 Neons that are fine.
