After driving nearly 3 hours through traffic, we arrived only to be told the part was NOT available. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability or concern. No apology, no attempt to help find a solution, nothing. They didn't even bother to call us back when they supposedly realized it wasn't in stock. We were completely misled and wasted an entire day for nothing. If you're thinking about making a trip out there, I'd strongly recommend confirming multiple times or considering another place altogether.

This is just one of the maybe 4 issues in the last year. The last time was me asking them to charge two batteries. one was charged (the bad 1) and one was a good battery that was never charged as I asked them to do and they said they would do. THEY ARE DISHONEST EVERY CHANCE THEY GET.
