These are honest folk and easy to do business with. 9/2/2016 I am adding to this review because I have continued to do business with Valley Custom Carts. I have ordered a number of extras to my cart. Jason ordered the items, and as soon as they arrive, they were installed quickly. To my surprise, Jason added a sweet skull switch for the light package, and a rear-view mirror--all without me asking. It's a pleasure doing business with Jason, Lisa, and their crew. I know I'm not special, but they sure make me FEEL special.

It was a pleasure to deal with JJ on the phone and he sounded very knowledgeable with the question I had. After discussing some specifics, JJ offered to pick up my cart and had a driver at my house about 30 minutes after our conversation. Delivery and drop off were free of charge within a certain amount of miles from his shop. The cart was picked up on a Wednesday afternoon and battery swap was completed that same week on Friday at 11am. My cart was dropped off within an hour of the phone call. JJ dropped off my cart, explained the new gauges and how to charge the battery. JJ's had the most reasonable rate, great customer service and they were professional. They made the process very painless and I will continue to use them for any future golf cart needs.

Huge shoutout to Louie for keeping me updated with videos, being professional, and taking great care of my lady while she brought the truck in since I was at work. AWARENESS: After purchasing my 5th Wheel earlier this year,…read moreI noticed, when attached to my truck, the nose of the 5th Wheel was approximately 7 inches too high from my trucks bed. I had several solutions to correct the issue; the first was to have the 5th Wheels king pin box raised up and the second, have have my trucks hitch rails lowered (flush mounted) to the bed of the truck. These two fixes would lower my trailers cap approximately 6 inches overall. When asking friends of a good place to have my trucks hitch done, Manteca Truck Accessories came up from each friend. NARRATIVE: Before my visit, I called ahead and explained my issue to Louis. He scheduled my appointment and a few days later, I took my truck in. After looking at my trucks hitch mounting, Louis told me they had several ways to drop the hitch. One was mounting an after market rail system which the manufacture offered. The other was to change out the hitch entirely which to me, wasn't an option. While still with Louis, he made numerous phone calls to the manufacture without luck. He also made calls to some of his other business partners who also count help. In fact, those people kept directing Louis back to my hitches manufacture for the answers. After about an hour with no luck on the phone calls, Louis told me he would email the company in hopes of getting a response and sent me home on his promise to find the solution. As I got on the freeway headed back home, I received a call from Louis telling me the manufacture called him back. He Asked about the parts needed. Was advised the company did have the parts but, they had to be ordered. Louis then set me up for a future appointment date but told me, he would call before the date with the cost of the parts and his labor. A fews days before my next appointment, Louis kept his promise and called me back. He gave me the price of the parts with the labor cost and asked if I wanted him to continue the work. I agreed and later dropped my truck off for service. SCENE: Manteca Truck Accessories is located in the city of Manteca on N. Main Street. The major cross streets are; W. Edison Street and W. Louise Ave. EVIDENCE: As you can see by the before and after pictures of my trucks 5th wheel hitch, the work performed was solid, well thought out and clean. From what Louis told me, one of the securing bolts was too hard to reach so, they actually had to drop the frame in order to secure the rails. RECOMMENDATION(S): I had no issues with the work Louis or his guys at Manteca Truck Accessories performed. In fact, I really appreciate the "above and beyond" Louis did finding the answers and keeping me informed about the solution. Well done!

I just bought a boat with California Boat Company and couldn't be more thrilled for my experience…read more I was working with Joe Graham, and I couldn't imagine getting this kind of experience with anyone else. I originally starting talking to Joe over a year ago about getting a boat. Throughout the whole process, he wasn't pushy one bit. When I told him last year I wanted to wait until this year to buy a boat, he completely understood and was very patient. When we felt it was time to revisit this conversation with Joe this year, he worked with us on every detail of the boat to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, while staying within budget. He gave us his honest opinion on certain features we may not need based on the kind of boating we were doing. When we finally got everything finalized, the timeframe he gave us was very reasonable on when we should expect the boat, but it came in a lot sooner which was super exciting. When we went to go see it, Joe had the boat pulled up waiting for us. We went inside and met Tim who was great, and signed all paperwork. Now the delivery of the boat was where he really stood out. Joe drove 2.5 hours to our lake to make sure everything was perfect for us on the boat. To get to our dock, it is super narrow and shallow along with covered with hanging tree branches. Joe was climbing the trees cutting down branches while wearing nice clothes to make it possible for us to get our boat through. While we had accepted a long time ago it wasn't going to be possible getting our boat to our dock due to the narrowness and shallow water, Joe made it possible and showed me exactly how to maneuver the boat in and out. Aside from this, he showed me every single thing about the boat itself, along with going over every single thing we will be doing with it such as launching it, docking, and loading onto the trailer. Truly a 5-star service all around. We are looking forward for a great summer with this boat. If you are looking for a boat, I can assure you that your experience here will be top notch.

EBMC is the only shop in SF area I would recommend for pro-touring and muscle car needs…read more I recently took in my 1970 Camaro to EBMC for an LS1 swap and some other suspension/ break upgrades and had a terrific experience with them. Before starting to work on your car, they do a thorough car inspection so you don't spend money where you car doesn't need it. From what I've seen, they seem to have an very clean aesthetic to their work. This isn't your typical 'pimp my ride' shop... They spend great effort in making everything look like it belongs with the design of the car.

Not trying to drag down EBMC's 5 star rating, I just don't have enough experience with them yet to…read moredo a full 5 stars! I contacted Steve a few months ago to solve some nagging issues with brakes and steering on the '70 Mustang convertible I've had since high school that is gradually evolving into a badass ride. I usually work with a shop closer to home that is convenient, has experience with Mustangs literally from 1965-, does great work, but is a little less custom oriented. I chose EBMC after seeing their work at a Good Guys show and it helps that the owner has the same year Mustang and the same steering rack that I do! Pro tip: take your car to a shop where the owner drives the same ride you do. I got a shop tour where I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the shop - there were a few details I was impressed with, like a spoiler integrated with the trunk lid on a customer's car done in real metal that was way better than a lot of the fiberglass jobs I've seen. These guys can do great metalwork on your ride if you need it. After dropping it off and getting a thorough inspection, they noticed a few odds and ends that weren't buttoned down right and a few bigger issues. They fought with the steering rack manufacturer for a solution on my behalf, and we couldn't get anything from them since the rack was older and my steering radius issue came from the steering stops, not the rack itself. I know it's a good product since, well, the owner runs the same rack. Brakes were dealt with with an eye to safety - they made a better brake pushrod and diagnosed a master cylinder that was too large. The brakes are a lot safer than before and have a nice gradual modulation to them. New brake lines were made because the old ones were deteriorating and pushing junk into the front right brake piston. Some carb tuning was done, and after it warmed up on a cold morning after sitting for a week it ran like a dream. Bottom line - Steve and Jeff and their team smoothed out some of the rough edges on my ride and I know I'll be back for more as I get closer to finishing the project. I can't think of a better bunch of guys in the area to help it along.

I would give Travln Toys ten stars if it were an option!…read more They saved our Father's Day weekend trip on our way to Lake Tahoe this morning. We pulled over in Livermore after my husband noticed a difference in our trailer brake system while towing our 24 ft Searay boat. We noticed the hydrolic brake line was detached and leaking! Scary! We spent the next hour calling over a dozen trailer specialists and mechanics in Livermore , no one giving us the time of day to even look at it today, or not knowledgeable regarding trailer repair (although they advertise it) . My husband remembered seeing the sign for Travln Toys off the freeway about 30 minutes from where we were and we decided to give them a call. Within one second on the phone, the technician knew what was going on and told us to come in. We inched in, driving slowly and cautiously over the Altamont. It was exactly what the technician suspected and we were able to secure the part (It's called a reverse lockout solenoid valve), which they located back in Livermore , repair the trailer and get us back on the road quickly and painlessly. We have an autistic son, and it would have put a major wrench in our weekend plans had we not been able to tow the boat to the lake weekend. Travln Toys saved our as* today!
