Pizzetta Pepperoni & Mushroom (forgot the mushrooms?) ~$20
    Trina G.

we got the crispy korean chicken wings exactly at 3pm so it was fresh. the texture & flavor were perfect (a bit of crunch with juicy chicken and a hint of spice but mostly sweet). the pepperoni & mushroom pizzetta was good. the flavor was average, nothing crazy to stand out from other pizzas elsewhere. the only downside was that it was quite pricey for the portion size. 5 wings for about $12 (about $2.50 per piece) & about $20 for a personal size pizza regardless, i would come again for the wings though!

This was our second drink for the Trinity and it was the STRONGEST one out of all. Good but I'm not even sure what was in it, just straight up liquor!!!

I did not expect to find such a cute little Tiki Bar in a Best Western. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and quick. We ordered dinner (Bar Fries, Angus Burger, and the Habanero Burger) and drinks. I ordered my usual which is a tequila, soda water, and orange slice but sadly they did not have orange slices but offered some orange juice instead. The new payment system they have requires a chip in a credit/debit card. Doesn't seem like a big deal unless you are like me and have a debit card without a chip. Street parking was easy to find and they had additional parking in their garage. There was also near by EV charging.

I was looking for a place on Davis to grab a quick bite and saw that they had a happy hour with bar bites for 50% off so I had to try it! I walked in and was greeted by the bartender. I ordered the seasonal pizza which was a four cheese pizza and the black bean nachos with no meat. They were able to accommodate my special request which was nice! The food was goo and definitely filling due to the larger portion sizes and I ended up taking a box home. The best part about this experience is that the food is 50% off which is a really good deal for the amount you get! I didn't get to try the drinks but will the next time I stop by.

Came here for happy hour on a Thursday evening. The drinks were a solid 3.5, and the food varies. The Wiki Whacky Woo was strong but sweet, and I wish they lit the 151 on fire. The Korean chicken wings were 3 (a little more flavor needed), the angus beef sliders were 4 (medium rare, but they never asked), and the bar fries a sad 2 (the cheese was terrible). The music wasn't great, and definitely didn't vibe with a too bar setting. The service was fine though, and seems to be from the best western next door. Overall, the Wiki Bar still deserves 4 stars as places like this are rare in Davis. Cheers!

Great, friendly service! The bartender was super sweet and very attentive, the drinks were good, I the hibiscus infusion and it was good. The atmosphere is very cute, definitely an Islander feel.

By far my Number #1 go-to-eat place in Davis! It just is! The bar is located in the Best Western Hotel near the Farmers Market. Cafe Bernardo is located on one side of the hotel lobby and Wiki Bar on the other. They are just steps from each other. Wiki Bar also has its own private entrance as does Cafe Bernardo. You do not have to enter the hotel to reach either one. Food served in the Wiki Bar is prepared in the Cafe Bernardo kitchen. The menu is the same in both. You may enjoy sit down dining service in the Wiki Bar. It is an intimate small area with high top tables and a nice wood bar if you wish to watch either of the two TVs, chat with the bartender or just throw some down :-). Cafe Bernardo is order at the front and then sit down and wait for your food (fun, lively restaurant.). Both are owned by restaurateur, Randy Paragary, who has other great restaurants in the Sacramento area ( See my review for Cafe Bernardo at The Pavilions.). I love the laid-back atmosphere of the Wiki Bar. All the bartenders are first class, knowledgeable about everything cocktails and make you feel welcome whether you are alone or with friends. Posted on this site are three of their photos! I always feel comfortable coming alone for food and a glass of wine. That is a huge plus. This is definitely a Davis hangout at all different times of the day or night. All ages...all persuasions :-). Just as it should be for a local watering hole! The 7 day a week HH is sweet too! The food is quality, the menu is varied and the wine selection is excellent! That is my primary criteria! California cuisine all the way! Thank you to all the staff for providing outstanding customer service ALWAYS! And the Tiki feel is not tacky....it is fun :-).

The Cloudbreaker immediately met my taste buds with bitterness and then left my tongue completely numb for several minutes. Perhaps those sensations would have paid off if they were followed by a calming or THC-like effect, but I didn't experience any change in mental state. The comfortable atmosphere saves this establishment from 1 star. Dim lights, leather couches, chill music, and colorful tiki wall art make for a decent study spot or date night. However, if you're hanging out at a business, you gotta support it, and to support it, you gotta buy something -- I can't see myself buying anything kava-related with any ounce of enjoyment. Surely there must be some variation of a kava drink that tastes delightful. I don't want to spend any more money finding out though.

Seemed like a nice variety of draft beers to choose from but the drafts werent working so I settled for a bottle of Lucky Buddha. The bartenders serve you with a smile and there's always a lively group of patrons mingling. Pool tables sit near the restroom if you can manage to secure one. Don't get your hopes up though; it seems like a finders-keepers type of situation once people occupy the tables. I didn't feel like anything particularly stood out about this place. Some reasons are inherent to its location in the heart of a college town; there's always competition with other neighboring bars. Also, most undergrads don't bat an eye at the ambiance as long as alcohol and music are involved. But some of the reasons are self-inflicted... the dance floor needs more space and the DJ sounded like he had a generic club playlist on shuffle. Forgot to close my tab so I met the bartender the next morning with a lovely 20% surcharge. I know that's the standard for many bars (even though I see it as a mere cash grab), but 20% feels like such an insult for the subpar experience here. If you're a student at UC Davis, you should still give this place a visit. I'm sure it's a blast for the average 21 year old. It's also a ritual in your undergrad years: experiencing the crappy club scene in order to learn how overrated it is.

If you know, it is already incredibly hard taking an autistic child to a restaurant. The manager thought it was ok to tell my 13 year old to put on my autistic son's shoes..... As my son is screaming and heaving a full meltdown over shoes now, the manager continues to apologize because there were possibly glass shards on the ground in his restaurant. If that is the case, maybe someone else should be notified as that is a serious safety hazard and my son would get cut anyway as he has sandals that expose his feet, as did my daughter. I will never eat here and will make sure to let all my friends with and without kids with disabilities to never eat here. What an unacceptable excuse this place made me and my family feel. There are usually "Theme" nights that are always fun! They also do Banda nights occasionally on Friday's that most times have full Live Banda Bands. Thursday and Saturday is 18+ nights, so it's nice for younger college students to still be able to get out and have fun with friends. The bar area is blocked off and you can only get in if you have a wrist band so while you drink you aren't getting harassed by underage patrons while enjoying a drink. DJs are all pretty solid and play club hits. They do have a cover charge but it's worth it and pretty much every other club/bar outside of Sacramento. There are free tickets on Poppin or their text chain that sends you 2 texts a week, usually with a free cover if you show it to the cashier. They do have a dress code. Which is super understandable. Instead, our experience was ruined by the owner, Gordon Langstaff, and his completely inappropriate behavior around a small child. My son, who is three and on the autism spectrum, briefly picked up a loose electrical cord that was lying on the ground under the patio stairs (I have a photo of how exposed it was). Instead of calmly addressing the situation, Gordon walked over in a rude, irritated tone and said, "Can you do something?" I told him I was already handling it and redirecting my son, but as he walked away he started cursing under his breath, using foul language that was clearly audible right next to my child. There is no excuse for swearing like that in front of a three‑year‑old, especially when the unsafe cord was left out in the open by the restaurant in the first place. Whether or not my son is autistic, families should never be subjected to hostility and foul language from the owner of a restaurant. If you offer outdoor seating and leave cords and other hazards accessible, you should expect children to be curious and respond with basic courtesy, not anger. The food itself was mediocre, and after that interaction it honestly didn't matter. This was supposed to be a special birthday outing, and his attitude and language completely ruined it.
