She had a lot of patience with us as we ordered, as it was our first experience here. It was so hard to choose a sandwich because so many of them looked delicious! Both sandwiches were excellent! The brisket sandwich was perfect! All the right ratios between the brisket, the BBQ, the cheese...check's kiss! The jalapeño popper Melty was also delicious! Get the jalapeño jelly to dip it into! That sweet and savory flavor was fantastic . I also really liked the fact that they used fresh jalapeños in the sandwich rather than pickled. Fries were perfectly seasoned with a crunchy outside and soft center. Add in all the toppings to their loaded fries and it was poppin'! We will definitely be back to try out more sandwiches!!

I had to open my banking information to show him I paid for the food. The lady that took my order could have spoken up, we were the only ones in the place that ordered, everyone else was eating, so no new orders were placed after me. I even told the manager to review the video tape. He refused. The only thing going for this place are the shoestring fries. They are not worth going back for though. This was the Freddys on Ironwood in Queen Creek. I believe my order # was 299, but, really not sure. Happened between 5:30-6pm. Freddy's will never see me or my money again.
