The deluxe burger with no lettuce in it was just the start. Then the bread hard and dry. To much suase. Onions chop not sliced. They had a deluxe burger before but have no clue to make one. I know it's fast food but I just love their chili cheese fries it's so satisfying. I also ordered their chili dog and I asked if they can add sauerkraut. There was no extra charge for that. Truth be told.... I love Wienerschnitzel! I stopped here for a quick bite and was very impressed with the drive through service. The 2 young men at the window were very helpful. I'm not sure if I misspoke my order or if they misunderstood what I asked for. Either way, without hesitation they promptly offered to correct my order. No questions asked. Within a minute or 2 I had my order. Not for even a brief moment were they short or rude! I loved the customer service there! I've been to other locations and they are never this friendly or helpful. Initial impression: Hidden small place behind another establishment. I don't come here often, but when I do the food has been great. The wait time is pretty typical of any fast food shop. You can see your food being made to order and the quality of the food reflects that. Their corn dogs are always crispy and fresh. Chilli cheese fries are always steaming hot and loaded with cheese. Lately I have been cutting back on eating fast food, but every once in awhile I treat myself. It's very affordable. You can't ask for more. Overall this place is awesome! WOW. Wienerschnitzel in Gilroy is GREAT to say the least! There are things on the menu down there you don't see up here in San Jose like TAMALES ( tamales???!!! ) and other things like super-size offerings of their favorites that I had never seen up here before. I bought a super-size heaping of their world-famous Chili Cheese Fries that was a meal in itself because the serving must have been at least 2 lbs.! It was AMAZING to say the least and boy oh boy was it ever tasty! I went to get the mail today and seen a bunch of great coupons from weinerschnitzel. On it was the new ad for the chocolate and banana dipped ice cream cones! And the banana shakes!! The photo looked too good to pass up. Believe me when i say that you have to try both. They are soo worth $2 and some change. They had a coupon for a buy one chili cheese burrito get one free so I used that with no hassle. I ordered 3 chocolate and banana dipped cones and 2 banana shakes. The shakes came with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Yum. BEWARE : the ice cream melts fast so I suggest to eat it quickly but gently. If you bite it the dipped parts will crack and down with come the ice cream. I think your best bet is eating it inside weinerschnitzel. The banana shake has fresh banana in it. My last experience was that the chili was salty, but I have always loved a chili dog and thought I would give it another try. I order the chili fries and 2 chili dogs and a lemonade. He said that lady told him that I screamed at her and he heard from his own earphones too. I was in total shock and told him Why would I screaming at her ? Im just ordering food to go.
