Finally, my order was ready 20 minutes after the original pickup time. The whole thing was very confusing, unprofessional, and handled really inappropriately. And to top it off, the food is subpar at best. I'm so glad I tipped them I would (obviously) not recommend this sandwich shop for so many reasons. To top it off, I was the ONLY customer. I ordered the double steak burger without mustard or pickles, I love how juicy the middle of the burger is and how crispy the ends get! Their fries are some of my favorite! They are so crisp and pair so well with the frie sauce. When I order the meal I always ask to replace the drink with ice cream. I love their concretes, I like to get vanilla mixed with warm caramel. The service was amazing, they made no mistakes. We ordered in drive-through, and we did not wait long at all. The ice cream took the longest to prepare, which wasn't long at all. Great burger and decent price.

We went through the drive-thru on Sunday, August 23, at around 1:00…read morep.m., and the young woman taking our order was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for placing an order. I started by ordering a single California Burger meal, then ordered a double California Burger by itself. Immediately after I said the second burger, instead of asking, "Anything else?" she just gave me the total--as though I had finished ordering, which I gave no indication of whatsoever. I was still planning to explain how my wife wanted her burger, order a couple of things for our kids, and order fries for myself. Being abruptly given the total completely threw me off, and the only additional thing I could think to say in the moment was an order of fries. As we pulled forward, my wife reminded me that I had forgotten to ask for grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on her burger. When we got to the window, I started to politely ask, "Just curious, is it too late to...?" Before I could even finish the question, she dropped her head as if to show she was visibly irritated. At that point I just said, "Nevermind, that's okay" and then just asked for some fry sauce. To make matters worse, when we got home, the order wasn't even correct. We were supposed to have a single California Burger and a double California Burger. Instead, we received one double California Burger and one plain single burger with onions and mustard, which my wife doesn't like. And the fries were old. And we weren't given a receipt, so when we called about the incorrect order, we couldn't even get a refund because we didn't have the receipt that the employee never gave us. So after being rushed through the order, made to feel like an inconvenience when I tried to ask a question at the window, receiving the wrong food, getting old fries, and not even being given a receipt, we're done with this location. Absolutely terrible customer service. We won't be going back.
