The people who work here are always so friendly and the food is good just miss green burrito :(

They ignore instructions on drinks. The food always arrives cold and I live 8 minutes from them. Their packaging of burgers is hurried and sloppy. read more

they get a five star review from us. We love Carl's Jr. is great clean. It's a great place to go. We love it.

I have been anticipating this breakfast stop since I started planning our trip to Colorado. We decided to hit them up on our way back to Texas, not a bad experience! The cashier was friendly, our order was correct and they even cooked us fresh hashrounds. So why the deduction of a star? One, my biscuit wasn't warm which I can get over. But two, there was a long black (head) hair inside my biscuit! I was grossed out but seeing as how we're on the road, there's no going back to bring it to their attention. Not bad, but I prefer my biscuit warm and sans hair. The cashier had a great attitude and made sure we had jelly/sauces, so they do get most of the stars for effort. And yes, I ate the biscuit after pulling out the hair. Sounds gross, but I didn't have much of a choice unless I wanted to go hungry lol. read more

Carls Jr is pretty decent for a fast food chain. The food is a solid 4 stars for effort. Cleanliness gets a 3 Stars. The staff is doing a fine job with cleaning and prepping food. I'm sure they will be better at all aspects of working here. Definitely would recommend giving this chain a try! read more

Last night we went through the drive through and had an amazing experience with Todd! He was very polite, enthusiastic and friendly. He took the time to read back our order to us to make sure everything was correct before paying for our food which it was we paid and then he had our food out in less than a minute. He saw we had a car load of kiddos and threw in a few cookies. The type of employee Todd is, is exactly what you want for all your restaurants! Mike is the best manager ever!!!! Best experience at a fast food restaurant ever. We had the craziest order ever which I felt bad, but he was happy to make it happen. Thank you mike+crew. In a time when most stores have really bad service you and your crew make me rethink on eating out. read more

Carl's Jr beyond meat burger options are FIRE! You're not limited to the flavors you can choose. Their fries, when fresh are way better than McDonald's any day. And that says a lot considering I used to only ever go to McDonald's for French fries. Never again you clowns! Carl's got the good stuff! It might be a little more pricey than the other fast food joints, but the quality is mostly worth the extra few dollars. read more

Well, it was a great time while it lasted, but I'm moving on. I get the same thing every day. I have a horrible stomach problem, so I need something soft, warm, and good all day. It was the breakfast burger until they quit selling it all day, then I moved to the $6 double burger deal. I get them with no onions, no cheese, and with bacon added. Sadly, for the last six months, things have been getting even worse. I end up with bacon about 50% of the time. I won't eat the burgers without bacon. They seem incomplete. I need bacon I can depend on being there when I order it. You have failed me too many times now. read more

This is a pretty decent Carl's Jr. It is fairly new, so it's not dingy or dirty. Service was friendly. Order was hot and correct. Not much more you can ask for. I ordered my standard Western Bacon, zucchini and a coke. read more

I have no choice but to offer only 1 star...I ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich and crisscut fries, drove home to be surprised by a western cheeesburger and onion rings. Chalked it up as an easy mistake and drove 10 minutes back. Manager was nice and rushed an order through for me. Got home and the chicken sandwich had so much ketchup on it it was unbelievable. Almost like it was done on purpose... read more

This place shut down when we needed them the most. Here it is September 4th 2021 and they closed their lobby. They'll only feed the rich people with cars. On top of the garbage food that they used to serve. My wife and I have lived in the neighborhood for 3 years now and will never support this restaurant again. read more

Carl's Jr - $12 for a chicken sandwich and they gave me 1 tender. These employees have no respect for customers. - Burgers Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

I was just at the location on fountain mesa road by the Safeway. I walked into the lobby and was not greeted by the counter staff. There were no other customers in line. The staff seemed to be in the middle of a large order on drive thru so I was patient. Until another customer walked in behind me, was immediately acknowledged and had his order taken before me. The employee behind the counter took his order and went back to what he was doing without acknowledging me once again. My son and I left and went somewhere else to eat. I was very disappointed. read more

All you can eat Bisquits and gravy on Saturday and Sunday mornings for 1.99. We normally come for B&G on the weekend. The bisquits are great and the gravy just depends on who is making it and what your preference is. Normally it is pretty clean and your typical fast food establishment. read more

Won't be going back. Spent over $14 on meal. Got the monster burger. The bottom bun was so hard I had to take it off. Barely put any condiments on there. It was just gross, threw half of it away. Been here a few times, not the first time I had rock hard buns. read more

Worst spot EVER. Costumer service is the worst I've ever experienced with the window worker having a smart mouth and slinging sass to her costumers. She had absolutely no clue what was on the menu or how the burgers were supposed to be made. Rude and disrespectful to say the least. Also, whoever is cooking don't know how to add spices anymore. This happened 07/03/22 at 2pm. Just in case the manager would like to make changes. read more

I used to like this place, but how do you look at a customer dumb founded when they walk in? How about greeting the customers and asking what they'd like. Also watched a cook walk straight into the grill area after coming from outside without washing his hands. Idc if you're wearing gloves wash your hands. read more

Great service! Destiney was very friendly and provided me service with a smile. Thank you!

I love Carls Jr food, but Fountain staff are so rude! At noon today, I ordered 2 steak burritos and the boy who brought my food says the manager heard me say quesadilla, so i would have to order another 2 burritos! Thats rude and hateful. I always get a monster biscuit in the morning in Pueblo; thats my Carls. I hope this manager in fountain gets the boot! 7/14/2020 @ 1200 read more

Carl's Jr - Breakfast. Egg and cheese biscuit, coffee, and hash rounds. - Burgers Near Me - Fountain, Colorado

I love Carl's but I am very disappointed this time. My bacon on my burger was slimy and looked like it wasn't cooked all the way.

They got our order wrong. When it was brought to their attention the team lead was argumentative and disrespectful. Wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. Called corporate. They apologized and said the manager would be contacting us. Never did. They had a chance to make it right several times. They chose not to. My family used to eat at this location a couple times a month. We will not be going back there again. Would rather drive out of our way first. read more

Not really impressed they pre-cook the burgers and let 'em dry out in a drawer. The meat ends up the coldest part of the sandwich so they can cut corners and speed up delivery at my opinion a painful cost. read more

The first thing we saw when we walked in was a group of 4 employees standing behind the counter just talking. There was nobody in line waiting. When they saw us, each of them has a look on their face like "which one is going to wait on these people." The first words out of the cashier's mouth were "what do you guys want." That's it, no friendly greeting or anything. We didn't feel like we were welcomed. After my husband grabbed his food order, he kindly said to the lady "thank you ma'am, you have a great day" and before he could finish his words, she already turned her back and continued talking to the rest of the employees! Rude staff and horrible customer service! read more

I eat here all the time. The employees are always nice. It's good food not great food. But check this out. The other day we go to the drive thru for breakfast and order a crap load of food. As we are leaving my wife takes a quick look in the bag. There's way to many items to check everything so we drive on. As we pull out we here some one whistle and yell at us. Not sure of the situation I tell her to turn around. A women holding a breakfast burrito is chasing us down. They forgot our complete order and apparently they understood how pissed I get when places mess up my order. I couldn't believe it any other place would not give a crap. Ok food. Awesome employees. This Carl's Jr. is really understanding and makes things right to the highest extent! Last night I came through and ordered two of the beyond burgers which is around $15 for two, they weren't made good at all but their customer service is amazing. I called them last night and talked to the manager and she was very understanding and happy to make things right. I just came to them the next day and told them about my experience with the burgers and they were way too kind and understanding. They not only remade the sandwiches for me but they also gave me a full refund which was really amazing and surprising! I really was not expecting even getting new sandwiches so they really went over the top with their customer service. All of the workers are extremely kind and I really appreciate them for being so easy and understanding with this situation. The manager as well is also very kind and happy to make things right. I will most definitely be coming back to this location because of their great customer service and customer loyalty and kindness. Thank you again for being so generous and understanding. read more
