The only reason this location gets two stars is because the food was good. Customer service was horrid, they didn't have a cover on their fresh tea(health hazard!!), the dining area was neglected and gross. Also, they "stopped serving ham/cheese sliders since February" along with a bunch of other menu items that have since been taken off. I understand that, but the way the employee (I'm assuming it was a manager) explained this fact to me was rude and cold. Of all people the manager should have better table manners. read more

I happen to enjoy arbys every once and awhile. This location has always delivered in a good meal. The service fast, my order has always been right, the food always hot and doesn't taste of being left under a heat lamp, and the service has never lacked, so I have no complaints on my end. read more

Don't bother with the crinkle fries. Hated the curly fries because of the seasoning, these are supposed to only have kosher salt. Clearly they are cooked in the same oil, so you get the same seasoning either way. read more

Food is good, but I am really impressed with the service today. James was working the drive and the young man was on it. Made me feel like i wasn't asking for the world when I asked for some condiments and the food was hot. Just of the grill like I like it. So hard to get even warm food nowadays read more

Paid over $6 for the half pound roast beef that was mostly gristle and fat. Very disgusting. Quality is a thing of the past at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Arby's. Will not be back. read more

Food has always been good with no issues. Staff is another story. You walk in and they are either playing around with other employees or they just stare at you like you are bothering them. If you ask for a modification to your order they don't know what to do and just stare for a few seconds also. read more

Poor customer service.no sauce no napkins no straw. Rude teen working there. We asked for sauce but still didn't get it no sauce for gyro either. read more

Stopped at Arby's today. Wednesday about 2pm, went inside to order roast beef sandwiches. I was informed they were out of roast beef? Arby's out of roast beef. I thought to myself what kind of moron manages this place? And left. read more

They added an item to my order that I didn't order when it was brought to the manager's attention her body language and mannerisms made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience for her to fix it I also informed them that the mellow yellow was out they said they would fix it but I am almost done with my meal and it has yet to be fixed. I wish I could say I wouldn't be back but my wife loves the food so we will be forced to accept crappy customer service. read more

Poor service inside as two workers left going on break during a rush. We left and went through their drive thru. The drive thru server was friendly and helpful. The fish sandwiches were tasteless and mushy. Don't waste your money. read more

My husband just left there, came home with the 2 for $6 Buffalo sandwich and turkey wrap. Even though the weather is bad outside and there was no line.. they decided to serve the wrap in the hardest tortilla on the planet and the Buffalo sandwich was THROWN together. Everyone that's working inside right now is .. SUPER SORRY DUMB A**es! read more

ALL the food came to me out of the window cold, thats the sandwiches AND the fries both for all meals. Paid nearly $30 bucks for roast beef that looked like it had been sitting for days and tasted the same. The curly fries were rubbery besides being cold. The food was gross enough I literally wasted my money and just threw it away. I will never eat here again. I'd advise you to likewise skip this location. read more

Received part of my order thru delivery. When I called the store, I was told (quite rudely) that I would have to come in to get the Au jus! Seriously? If I could of gone there, I wouldn't of paid for delivery to begin with! Rude staff! Guess my weekly Arby's lunch just came to a screeching halt cause I won't be back after being treated so badly! read more

You guys had one job. I would like to point out that you weren't busy at all and then the lady at the drive thru window blurted "here's everything" so fast, we barely heard what she said. She then turned around and walked away. Did we have everything? No. Did we check? Rapidly because my kids were griping about being hungry. Did they care when we called? No. "Well, you can come back and we'll gladly give it to you." "Ok, so I should inconvenience my family by driving back another 10 miles? No thank you. I just won't be going back to your establishment considering this isn't the first mess up. I can understand making some mistakes because we're all human, but every time I go, my order is never correct." If you go to Arby's, DO NOT go to this location. So, I pull up to the drive-thru and they offer me the new whatever. I decline and wait for the usual "ok, order when you are ready" and nothing. I talk to the box, HELLO? CAN I ORDER? Still nothing. I like Arby's just not this one, there service has been bad like this for a while. read more

On a Friday a rain storm I went to Arby's to purchase two bacon cheddar sandwiches and one Rueben without sour kraut and large potatoes cake. When I was paying for meal I requested a military discount they claim they gave me. Before I get ready to leaved I had only one bacon cheddar sandwich instead of two. Then told cashier that it was only one bacon cheddar sandwich. He gave me another sandwich without military discounts . Then I ask him what happened to military discount, then I told him why I did not receive the military discount but the cashier said he could not give me the discount. Then went inside spoke to Supervisor Anita about not receiving the military discount on the second bacon cheddar sandwich. She claimed they gave the discount on the first order but will give me the discount on the second order. When I got home neither order has the military discounts. I discussed this Supervisor Anita the 16 of June the answers I got was unsatisfactory! read more
