After reading everyone's review, it still has not gotten better and its 2026. However, theres at least 2-3 people workers that understood what customer service means. Other than that, I'm still having to park to wait for my food EVEN THOUGH, I ordered over the app 20 minutes prior to picking it up. They need to stop putting people to "just" park, I also have kids who cant sit for long while we wait for the food. The longest Ive ever waited was 30 minutes. read more

The lines are always long which isn't a big deal but even when doing the mobile ordering and picking up at the drive thru, I get told to go park in a stall. This location is slow and customer service is poor at best. I ordered ahead through the app, waited 10 minutes before leaving my house to give them time to have things ready, waited in the long drive through where I was the only one who had ordered ahead, and still got parked the wait for my food. The car BEHIND me, who was in the lane next to me and I saw they ordered a lot of food at the speaker, got parked as well and their food still came to them before mine. When I got the order, the drink was wrong, and my food was dry and mayyybe lukewarm. I can't imagine getting parked for food I ordered 25-30 before I got it, that must have been made a while before I got it based on the quality. I was able to bypass the first window and waited a full 5 minutes at the second window before even being acknowledged and subsequently parked to wait. When the girl brought my food to my car (finally) she nearly threw it in my window and stormed away before I could even say thank you. This location needs to prioritize orders made ahead of time. Not doing so holds up the line, and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. read more

Was trying to use a deal from the app, apparently the system was down at this location. The cashier said his manager specifically stated they could not accept any deals from the app. I spoke with the manager (Miss D?) and she gave pretty lame excuse that she could not override or honor deal. If I knew I could not use the deal, I wouldn't of come. Was honestly only coming to McDonald's to save some money for a quick dinner, couldn't even do that. Pretty lame. After receiving meal, took bite into burger and realized that while ordering and paying fir a double cheeseburger, received a single patty. When trying to go inside lobby, found doors were locked. And not only for me, their workers couldn't get back inside the building. I told one of the employees outside the mistake, she was eventually let back in the building and was able to fix the order. Every single item, but our chicken nuggets amd crispy chicken was incorrect. To make matters worse the lettuce on our McChicken was brown and old. It's a twenty four hour location hold up a few minutes before 5 AM.s sat there in the drive through no one came to take my order. I drove away to look for some place else. No luck. Called them to see if they where open and a girl answered. I explained what happen ,she replied I just put the headset on and we where in the back preparing. Mind you they are open 24 hrs. She should have had the headset on already.Got my order went to my sitting job and it's just minutes minutes.away and nothing is warm. Had to microwave it when I got to my job. Service is terrible. Ordered food in the drive through told to wait in spot 4. Waited 1 hour before having to go inside to ask where my food was. Handed my receipt to the worker who then asked where I was parked. I informed them I parked in the spot I was told. They would then have to ask me for my order again with my receipt still in their hand. Wait for food some more. Get food drive home to find I still had missing items from my order. I used my reward for an iced coffee and left empty handed because they gave me sweet tea instead twice in a row, acted like I was in the wrong just to realize that I was right. Always super packed which makes sense. There's only one drive thru lady I really like she is always super sweet & efficient. Eating in the lobby: it's all run by teenagers who get paid if you get your food or not. They could care less. Orders are almost always wrong. I went in with my kids to have a quick meal. I ordered off the kiosk inside. I wasn't aware there wasn't a soda machine available to use for guests(what McDonald's doesn't have a soda machine???!) , so I ordered a drink as though I could fill it myself. We waited 25 minutes for food to come out. I went and stood in front of the cashier area where they have one person running the counter and the drive thru orders. I stood there 5 minutes to get my drink changed and gave up because my food was getting cold. Then my son is eating his Big Mac and to his surprise a piece of lint was in it. None of the sauce we asked for was in the order either. If we wanted to ask it'd probably be another 5-10 minutes of waiting while our food got colder. Also I don't want to pay nicer restaurant prices on this garbage. If you're considering going to this McDonald's, starving is a better option. Horrible cashiers/customer service in the Morning. This is the 3rd time my husband and I get breakfast and we get attitudes by the person taking our order in the drive thru, or person being rude, like frustrated at us as if we did something to them. McDonald's I have not had any issues with your evening crew at all, but morning crew seems to be moody all the time and rude. So unacceptable. Last thing I want is starting my morning with rude people. All I was doing is getting breakfast and all of a sudden I get attitudes and mean looks for no reason. When you come by and use the drive-thru be prepared to be parked before you get your order. Both McDonalds in the Fountain park customers before you get your order. plan to park anywhere from 5-15 minutes. McDonalds no longer manages its restaurants for fast food drive-thru. read more
