Bad food, so bad a nine year old who only eats chicken tenders and fries would not eat it. Saying the chicken was sour and the fries were bad. When we walked in there were chairs on the tables and tons of people standing around, I asked how long the wait would be for food and they said no more then 15 minutes so we we decided to order but it actually took 30 minutes. They had a leak in the roof so they said takeout only but eventually changed their mind and let everyone eat there. They had opened 12 minutes before we came and they were limited on what we could order and said that the KO sauce would not be available all day, big bummer. It honestly felt like they rushed to open and nothing was ready or made. We ordered the 6 piece wings because they wouldn't let us order just 4 even though it's on the menu, ordered the 2 piece kids tender meal, 4 piece tenders and sweet potato fries. The menu was confusing and we did not realize they were all meals so they came with fries and a fountain drink, we thought we were just ordering the entrees. The drinks tasted bad, like not enough syrup in the machine. The fries had no salt and tasted like an undercooked potato. The sweet potato fries were good but still no salt. Chicken tenders were so bland, no flavor at all and not very crispy. The wings are not wings, they are fried drumsticks with is okay but they are not advertised that way. Also they were undercooked, still pink in the middle. We didn't finish any of our food and threw it all away. We spent $50 for the three of us. We left still hungry and disappointed. I know it's a new place but I'd rather be KO'd than come back.

Context: This is a new business, and I tried it for the second time. With a new business there are teething pains so I wanted to try it again, a bit later to get a more accurate representation of what the food can be. Pros: - If you're a tender man or woman (or anything in between), this place is for you. Tenders are very meaty, juicy, and have a very nice crisp. Perfect ratio of meat and crispy skin. I can't remember ever having tenders that were this good, seriously. - Pickled radish is a nice side, the tang and freshness cuts through the salty fry for some fun mouth tastes. - Soy garlic wings have that Korean type of crust you'd come to expect from a Korean chicken place, and we like that CRUNCH. - Friendly service. Cons: - Wings, although quite good were a little bit on the salty side. - Item prices are a little on the higher side. Recommended, especially for team tenders.

Very good food and especially because a lot of the menu is gluten free. I got the Korean korndog with cheese and hot dogs and their fried dumplings. I have seen a lot of comments on the service and please think of this place as a sit down restaurant. The service was immaculate and it was really good food. The dumplings were cooked perfectly and the korndog was exactly what you need.

About $50 for 1 adult and 2 kids. Corn dog was large, chicken was okay... Cristy on the outside and somewhat lukewarm on the inside. Super nice staff. $16 for a 4 piece chicken strip and fries felt kinda pricey. Sauce was very watered down and didn't add much flavor unfortunately. I would like it to make a few adjustments and hopefully do well in the future.

Two wings and fries to take home!

Chicken wings are tempura fried-crispy and hot. KO sauce was very tasty. Soy garlic was way too sweet for me but had a good flavor. Ordered the 8 wings for me and hubby to share. More than enough. Wings were fist sized -way larger than expected.. Fried dumplings were ok-probably frozen but not bad. Love the crinkle fries and picked radish. Restrooms very clean and staff very friendly and helpful with ordering. Only had 2 wings left for the picture.

If you want to visit flavor town don't come here. Chicken is super greasy and flavorless. $50 not well spent

If you want to go to flavor town this isn't the place. Unfortunately the chicken was super greasy and no flavor. The sauces didn't help it either. Also the prices are very expensive for what you get.

    Giant, crispy wings!

The sauce wasn't overpowering and was put on very sparingly on the pizza which is a positive. The cheese was very lackluster not really cooked enough to get some nice crisp or pull on the cheese. The worst part was by far the crust. The crust was floppy, doughy, and just undercooked. The crust edge as well was dense doughiness and had no flavor, more salt would be appreciated. You can tell from the picture by how white the crust is that it is undercooked. Crust was way too soft for a NY style pizza. Not a terrible pizza but don't feel a need to go back.

I actually ended up finishing it off in my own oven to give the dough some proper color and brushed it with garlic butter to add the flavor it was missing. At that point, it finally tasted decent--but it felt like I had to do the work myself, which isn't what you hope for when dining out. I grew up in a family-owned pizza shop, so I know the kind of care and consistency that makes local places stand out. This experience missed the mark, and I hope it was just an off day, because I really want to see local businesses succeed.

She has always been adamant about not eating in the car. But with no restaurants open for dine-in, she said let's give it a try. We probably should have passed. The average score is 1.5 stars and I get it. I'm giving 2 stars because the servers and person who took our order were fast and friendly. We ordered basic items, cheeseburger combos (one plain and one no pickles). The order came out correctly. I mention this because all to often customized orders (from fast food places) come out wrong. Our order came out quickly and the server reviewed our order as she passed it to us. That's where the goodness ends. The food came out fast, I mean really fast. Clearly much of the food was already prepared. Our fries were luke warm at best (a pet peeve of mine. I expect the fries to be hot). We hit "order" button, let them know and two replacement orders were quickly delivered. Unfortunately, they were no different. I think they had a batch of fries just sitting on/in the (not so warm) warmer bin. The cheeseburgers were similar, the patty was at best just warm. It didn't taste bad, but clearly they had a bunch of patties pre-cooked, so all they had to do was assemble the burger to order. So if you want truly fast food, I guess Sonic may the place to go. But if you are looking for hot freshly cooked food, my experience says go somewhere else.

And most importantly they charged me $13 for food I never ordered. If I could give negative stars I would as this place is what Hell wishes it was.
