I never got my drinks. I'd like to say that is a rare occurrence but I've had to call corporate several times to refund me because the order never came. I don't think the management is effective. Where to begin? I know! Let's start with the inability to create an edible burger at a burger joint? Not really sure what we received. I checked my bag and found no onion rings which I had ordered so I press the call button and I let them know it was missing and they said yeah we don't have any so I was like ok well that's crappy that you just not say anything so she asks if I'd like a replacement and I was like yes but they are up charge so the girl who was very nice said she'd be back and I ask for tots and she brought them along with a refund but oh my gosh those tots looked like they had been refried, the fries looked the same and old and the burgers were cold. ‍ so two very crappy meals for $26 at that. Been to this sonic twice. First time I waited 25 mins past my mobile order pick up time and my food was cold like it had been sitting there also the ice in the drink was almost completely melted. Gave it a second chance for ice cream and same thing. Waited 20 mins for 2 mini blasts and a drink. Had to have them remake the ice cream bc it was all melted when they brought it out. I thought it might be the call button so I moved to another stall only to find that no one answered that one either but I could see the people sitting on the counter inside. No one was ordering at the drive thru and no one was answering the call buttons so I guess they were just too busy. After a year you would think this place would close or get better. By far the slowest Sonic Drive-In I have ever been to, anywhere. And the food is messed up every single time. It never fails. I had the worst experience with Sonic today, unfortunately. I tried keeping an open mind because I know they're short staffed, but today was just totally unacceptable. At first I pulled into one of the stalls & pressed the red button to order, after 10+min of waiting I decided to go through the drive-through. That took about 35 min to get through. Then I discovered they forgot two full meals of ours, so I pulled back through and waited another 35+ minutes, and was still charged for one of the meals. I received 1 apology from a 2nd drive through clerk through the intercom, and the lady that took my payment both times, was obviously having a day. And I mean I get it, I work in customer service, too. But having empathy for the long wait times & owning up to your mistakes makes a HUGE difference for the entire team. The food was also subpar & most of it was cold by the time I got home of course after being there for over an hour. We won't be going back to that Sonic ever again. read more

This location does a heck of a business as whenever we drive by, or come for food, there's always a bunch of cars here and a long wait time. If you know what you want to order, or are just ordering ice cream, I recommend going through the drive thru, otherwise you're waiting forever at the drive-in spots for ice cream. I went to go order food at this place with my son. And I'm very disappointed with the service. We ordered something very simple. Just a couple of meals for us to have a lunch. And turns out later we find out that our food was spat in by a couple of teenagers that work there. They are named Kialiah and Shaylee, harassing my children because they have bad blood.
