We've had really good experiences with mobile order pickup the last several times we've been to this location and the food has turned out great. It usually comes out promptly after we check-in. I really like their new $7 big meal promotion and some of the value menu and other app deals as well. read more

Worst sonic I've ever been to and that is saying something considering how poor most Sonic's services are. Didn't ring our order in waited for 30 minutes and we even pressed button again trying to pay right after ordering. Lady was mean and screamed that she'll bring something out for us to pay with. After a 30 minute wait and having to call for a third time - they finally rung in our order and got it out to us. Majority of the employers are rude and trash service. You know it's bad if I spent the time to write this. Do better, Sonic. It's pretty embarrassing. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I went to the sonic last night and I witnessed something absolutely unbelievable. a worker who was running around I waited for a very long time multiple cars were there I think about 8 people where there 4 people ordered and left without getting there food. It was 10:27 when I arrived by the time I had to pick up my order I left at 11:15 I find that absolutely ridiculous. once I got my chance to get my order I spoke to the lady last night and found out she was working alone with 2 new people that late at night with no help! That made me so upset not cause I was waiting for my order yeah it was frustrated but what I was mostly frustrated about was how this lady got no help and I saw on the door you guys stay open until 2 am that's down right ridiculous! This whole situation was unprofessional not the worker but your systems for night routine. read more

This has got to be the worst sonic In the country. We've given it a couple tries to see if it was just one bad experience. But no every time took literally 45 minutes to get our food. Which doesn't make sense because there's literally no one ever there because it sucksss! then when we actually get the food the foods either wrong or we were missing something. And its disgusting tasted like dirty grease.. I was scared I was going to get food poisoning. Took one bite and threw it in the trash where it belonged. If I could do zero stars I would.. read more

The total taste like dirty oil. You can literally see how dirty the oil was from the color of the tots. we ordered 2 coffees and I swear to God the coffee was literally rotten. I am not even over exaggerating the milk in it was expired or something. it had a slime consistency read more

No staff on Sundays in June? Yikes our group stopped in as grand finale of week long tour today and were told they had no staff. But drive thru was being serviced fine. We waited 40 minutes for food!!! Food was sonic good and we could tell they tried but it was HOT and it didn't matter if ordered in app or car or out front it was 40 min wait. Bummer today. Half of our group went elsewhere and couple left without their orders! Disappointing!!!!!!!!!! Try closing drive thru for an hour! read more

Don't. Just...don't. I kept pressing the call button to order and no one answered. I thought maybe the call button was broken? So I tried another stall with same results. 8/17/24 Why y'all so slow? 30 minute wait for a cherry limeade...disappointing. read more

I'm usually not picky about food, and I wanna preface that service is fine. But I ordered a SuperSonic Double, and it was the very first time I could not eat a burger. It was so, so overcooked, I felt like I was genuinely eating rubber. I was shocked. I love burgers, even when they are made shittily. This burger was made SO bad, I can't believe we paid $10 for it. Absolutely unacceptable food preparation. Fire that cook, jesus. Not even McDonald's hit that level of shitty for me. read more

Fries were crumbs burger was soggy and tasted like temu beef. Corn dogs small and burnt. Instead of eating here go to the store and get dog food and eat that. It'll be better. If zero stars was an option it'd get that. This sonic is permanently off my food list. I threw my meal in the trash. After a bite of each. read more

We ordered ahead in the app and have been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting on four milkshakes. Since we ordered ahead, and already paid, we're stuck just waiting! This is ridiculous! UPDATE: after 45 minutes, we left and called the 800-OKSONIC number to try to just get a refund. Gave them all our information, and never got an email for the refund, so we're probably just out the money. read more

I know fast food gets a bad rap and often it's warranted and other times it isn't but here at Sonic, I remembered why I don't come here. ‍So I did order on the app, to make my experience faster and it was but then I had to wait. I checked my bag and found no onion rings which I had ordered so I press the call button and I let them know it was missing and they said yeah we don't have any so I was like ok well that's crappy that you just not say anything so she asks if I'd like a replacement and I was like yes but they are up charge so the girl who was very nice said she'd be back and I ask for tots and she brought them along with a refund but oh my gosh those tots looked like they had been refried, the fries looked the same and old and the burgers were cold. ‍ so two very crappy meals for $26 at that. Only reason for the 2 stars is because the young lady was very nice. read more

Hope you have a lot of time on your hands.... You'll be waiting at least 20 minutes for your food.

Where to begin? I know! Let's start with the inability to create an edible burger at a burger joint? Not really sure what we received. It resembles something between a used bike inner tube and something I've seen in an old Sigourney Weaver film ;circa 1979. ( Never fear. I have pictures.) The sheer ridiculousness of the " quality" of this burger is laughable. It's a burger people, not rocket science. Being new to the area, to Colorado, we thought we'd give it a go. Mistake #1- Ours. I accept that . Mistake #2 is Sonic's fault. See if they would have known I was going to review their " work" they might have actually cracked a book without pictures to see what the word "ROUND" means. Obviously that term must be a kin to the term " New Math" . A mystery to us all. So, in closing, stay away from this Sonic and pray to God that no one there is putting themselves through medical school with their wages. read more

Not only was the food awful and over cooked the manager took no accountability for serving food that was so over fried it was impossible to eat. read more

This is just about the service. I can't say anything about the food because I couldn't get anyone to take my order. I thought it might be the call button so I moved to another stall only to find that no one answered that one either but I could see the people sitting on the counter inside. No one was ordering at the drive thru and no one was answering the call buttons so I guess they were just too busy. After a year you would think this place would close or get better. They should close, sale the place and get a manager older then 16. This Sonic use to be so busy, what happened? I know they can't be making much money. Maybe another business is laundering money maybe. It's all I can think off. read more

Haven't had Sonic's in years... and now I know why. If I could rate my food negative stars, I would. I ordered chicken strips but got chicken strings instead. My tots were so hard and dry, it was a cruel reminder of school cafeteria tots. My cherry lemonade was good so that's great! read more

Been to this sonic twice. First time I waited 25 mins past my mobile order pick up time and my food was cold like it had been sitting there also the ice in the drink was almost completely melted. Gave it a second chance for ice cream and same thing. Waited 20 mins for 2 mini blasts and a drink. Had to have them remake the ice cream bc it was all melted when they brought it out. Third chance definitely not happening. You can tell that the employees just don't care. It's apparent that a significant change in management is needed. read more

Food was not very good. The hamburger had a weird taste. Onion rings weren't very good either.

By far the slowest Sonic Drive-In I have ever been to, anywhere. And the food is messed up every single time. It never fails. Even the most basic order, like a hot pretzel, is generally overcooked and saltless. I should add that I don't ASK for it to be overcooked. I don't ASK for it saltless. That literally happened to me three times. Then there's the time I ordered online, checked in at the stall...the brought my food, MINUS a sandwich. I buzzed in to let them know ot was missing. They replied that it'd be right out. After waiting 15 mins, I go inside to find this sandwich and they're like "what sandwich?" I wouldn't be leaving a poor review if this kind of thing happened as a fluke. I have worked in the food industry...but this is every single time at this place. read more

Idk Who The Manager To This Sonic Is But You Need To Be On Your Emoloyee's Asses More, Today We Stopped By & The Kid That Took Our Order Through Drive-Through Did Not Listen At All, After My Husband Repeated Himself TWICE. WE DID NOT ADD A SPRITE TO OUR ORDER WE ADDED FRIES! But The Girl At The Window Was Trying To Charge Us For The Damn Fries So We Told Her To Just Forget It.. Smiling The Whole Time Like It Was A Joke To Her. MIND YOU WE WAITED A WHOLE HOUR AS WELL!! I just waited for 25 minutes for two vehicles in front of me to get their food. Once I pulled up to the window, the worker confirmed my order with me with a bag in her hand and gave me my food. Our order was repeated 4 times and they still got it wrong all we got was 3 drink then took about 10 minutes for us to get the drinks and then we had to repeat it 3 times to the person who brought us our drinks. There for i gave them 1-star, they deserve it read more

Usually I don't have a lot of issues but today I've been sitting in the stall for 25 minutes waiting for 2 teas and a small cheese fry. Not a complicated order and the line was so long I thought I was making a better choice than the drive thru. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do better Sonic. The excuse was "I'm so sorry, we are short staffed right now." Then why are other people who came after me getting their order first?! oh and my order just came and The fries aren't even right. So angry!!! read more

Well let's start with the app, I ordered and it said to check in when I got there. Ok so I went and check in and waited for 20 minutes. While I was waiting, there was a chick walking around smoking a cigarette. On her shirt it said crew lead.. wow. Nothing came out so I left pissed. Got home and looked at my app and my order disappeared. (Sent this to support on the app). My husband decided he was just going to get our order since we got charged. He gets there and they said they don't open till 10am... online and on their hours it says 6am. Would have been nice to know from the cigarette chick. read more

It was horrible. I called them to see what drinks they have and she said over a million would you like me to name them all. I said yes and she exhaled and starting naming them and then said we can put anything in it and I said ok thank you bye and she hung up. How rude. read more

I have continued to give this place chances to redeem themselves but each time I go there they seem to get worse. Today was the last attempt. Service was slow and they seemed to struggle with making simple route 44 limeades that were simply awful. Had to get a refund. Not sure if it's poor management or the quality of those they hire. The sonics in other areas seem to have figured out how to make things work. They won't let me post zero stars. read more

If there's more than 4 cars in the drive thru or parked, just drive away. You will be waiting for 45 minutes. They are clearly short staffed but mannnnn. So frustrating. And seems like they don't go in order. We saw several cars parked after us get their food, big orders too! We had two drinks and a burger and waited 45 mins. Could have been seated at a real restaurant read more

I had the worst experience with Sonic today, unfortunately. I tried keeping an open mind because I know they're short staffed, but today was just totally unacceptable. At first I pulled into one of the stalls & pressed the red button to order, after 10+min of waiting I decided to go through the drive-through. That took about 35 min to get through. Then I discovered they forgot two full meals of ours, so I pulled back through and waited another 35+ minutes, and was still charged for one of the meals. I received 1 apology from a 2nd drive through clerk through the intercom, and the lady that took my payment both times, was obviously having a day. And I mean I get it, I work in customer service, too. But having empathy for the long wait times & owning up to your mistakes makes a HUGE difference for the entire team. The food was also subpar & most of it was cold by the time I got home of course after being there for over an hour. We won't be going back to that Sonic ever again. read more

This location does a heck of a business as whenever we drive by, or come for food, there's always a bunch of cars here and a long wait time. If you know what you want to order, or are just ordering ice cream, I recommend going through the drive thru, otherwise you're waiting forever at the drive-in spots for ice cream. This is the better of the Sonics in terms of service and quality in this area though, so we take the wait for better food. read more

So the sign out front says "we actually have ice cream" yet the ice cream machine doesn't work. That's called false advertisement. What do you expect from sonic though? It's pretty much a 2 star rating anyways. It also took them 15 minutes to make a slushy...there are a total of 3 cars in the parking lot! It amazes me that establishments like this want to be paid more. We ended up leaving due to the long wait for a slushy. Good job Sonic, keep up the shit service. read more

Terrible service , messed up my food order twice. Employees are rude and take way too long.

What is the cashiers problem??? Man she's rude!! We sat there for about 30 minutes, car after car left because it was taking so long. She slams the drink on the counter. Never comes back to the window. Whatever her problem is she needs to learn how to control it instead of taking it out on all of your customers. We will never be back to this one. Zero stars!! read more

I stopped going to this sonic because of the wait time. Thought I'd try it again as I have the app and had a gift card. Waited 40 minutes to get three drinks ordered on the app. Pressed the button 3 times and retold them the order. Then walked up to the window. They still had not made the drinks. I never got my drinks. I'd like to say that is a rare occurrence but I've had to call corporate several times to refund me because the order never came. I don't think the management is effective. I definitely agree with another review. DO NOT order ice cream in a stall or it will be liquid soup when you get it. The car hops are usually friendly. read more

You're probably looking at these reviews because you've been waiting to order or for your food; for so long you can't believe it. Or maybe I caught you after they got your order wrong. I can't believe how consistently bad the service is here. I've lived here for the last three years and it's always been like this. read more
