Wendy's since when have you became so expensive? Just got one of your new chicken wrap meal, paid 12$. I was shocked. Then my regular coke was not even available. Wow. Had to take another drink I won't even enjoy. And this must be the thinnest wrap I have ever seen! So tiny! Come on now! For 12$. Very disappointing. Staff was however nice and manager lady (I assume) was very efficient and on top of staff and orders. So I'd give five stars to staff for today but one star for meal and pricing. read more

When we first walked in, there was a fly swatter on the mobile order shelf, gross. There was a group in front of us waiting in line and then me and my husband. Only one group of people eating at the tables. When the first 5 minutes passed without any of the (at least 5 employees) even acknowledging anyone in line we started our stop watch. 15 minutes of waiting in line with zero acknowledgement from the employees who were getting food ready for people in the drive through. That was enough, we left and went to KFC and we were in and out in 4 minutes. read more

Never, Never, ever eat here unless you like gross flies. I counted 21 flies on three different tables. I mentioned this to one of the young employees and he told me it was because of the farm near by. I was like huh??? I asked Tessa who was taking orders behind the counter if I could speak to the manager and she said she would let him know. Thirty minutes later he came over whispering to her (behind the counter) and I heard Tessa say "he's been waiting a long time". The manager then disappeared. I wish he would have taken the flies with him! If the dining room is this filthy, I wonder what the kitchen is like? The manager did come over as I was leaving and said they come in thru the back door during deliveries in the morning. I told him I get it, but it's not a good excuse for a restaurant. He was very apologetic, however he seems pretty new. Wendy's (the company) maybe needs to help this store out. read more

Zero for a review. I have been staying away from this Wendy's since Covid because everytime I go it's horrible and takes forever. Finally decided to try again today. Took forever with only 3 cars in line. Got my drink with no ice and was flat as can be. I asked about the ice and all they can say is that they don't have any not to mention the soda was warm, flat and seemed as if it had been sitting on counter for who knows how long. Got home to eat my meal and hamburger and it was hard as a rock like it had been sitting out for a couple days and the meat part was in pieces. Charge you almost $15, which I had to throw the entire order out. So disappointed in what this Wendy's has turned into. I will never go to this Wendy's again and will tell every one I know not to go again. Absolutely disgusting read more

Dirty store and dirty workers. Literally walked in on a worker in the restroom that left the door wide open and that's not the worst part. Took almost 15 minutes to get hood in a completely empty store with no vehicles in the drive thru. The floor in the dining area had tons of random wet spots including coming from the trash. They let it sit for over a hour and still had not cleaned. read more

Great for a fast meal. I ordered off Grubhub and got my order super fast. The food hit the spot but I always feel heavy and regret afterwards haha. But will I do it again? Yup. I do really enjoy their chicken nuggets. I'm giving a three star rating not so much for this time but as a whole. The restaurant has been dirty a lot in the past, lots of missing food items in the past. Things do seem to be getting better and we love a good comeback story! read more

Terrible service!!! I'm going to keep it nice and not name employees but I am always super nice to drive thru staff because I know how hard it is to hear and keep the lines moving. But this lady handed me my drinks a mess the soda was just dripping from the outside of my cups. I had to ask for napkins!!!!! And then drive back because they had forgotten one of my burgers ! Specifically scheduled an uber stop here just to be told they "closed early." Posted hours were open til 1am, and we were there by 1215, but were told there was no more food because they closed early. Very disappointing and a waste of money paying for our uber to stop there. read more

Ordered an apple pecan salad. The lettuce was brown, it was missing the bleu cheese and they put Ranch dressing instead of the dressing for the salad. My husband ordered a double combo and got a single without fries. There were no straws or napkins in the bag. Biggest waste of $22. read more

I believe i am fair with my reviews. I try to figure out why service is bad before giving a lousy review, but I honestly can't figure out why this Wendy's service is so bad.Not once but twice we went with just a few people ahead of us. Once in the drive thru once inside. Both times it took over 20 minutes to get our food. And both times our frosty's had melted substantially over the sides. The hot items were cold. I hope they can turn it around with more management around or better training and organization. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's one thing to be rude AND another thing to make a customer feel like they're crazy when they know you never physically handed them back their debit card and receipt. Especially after I check my whole car and pockets and take everything out of my purse AND have to come back into the restaurant to tell them that they never gave me back my card. I am currently sitting at a Wendy's in fountain Colorado. The manager/cashier his name tag says Vic. A man used the restroom and said there was something in the sink and the man walked out. Vic said "you should get a home so you can use your own bathroom." Then a young man from postmate came in and struggled with his English and tried to show Vic the order on his phone of what he needs to get. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They're constantly slow, I placed my mobile order from the drive-thru line 30 minutes ago, 35 actually, and when they brought me my food they told me it was going to be 5 more minutes for the frosties because somebody forgot to make them. But they're giving out frosty's to the people who ordered after me like that makes any sense. I have to wait longer even though I've been sitting here the longest already. First of all I get to the drive through to order and I'm greeted by someone saying "You need to come into the lobby to order" so whatever. I take me and my daughter inside, order with a girl named "Zoe" up front who was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. She was so incredibly rude to the lady ordering in front of me. Mocking her when she wasn't looking, rolling her eyes, etc. Makes me wonder what she said/ did behind my back after ordering. She asked "what do you want" with an attitude. I ordered... and never got my receipt because Zoe was complaining loudly enough for the whole lobby to hear how she didn't want to be there and blah blah blah. It was awful. I didn't receive a kids meal I ordered so then told the manager on duty and she said I didn't order one. I couldn't show her my receipt because I never received one. After she went back and looked I waited about 10 more minutes for them to get it. This place was a nightmare. Would rather go anywhere else than this particular Wendy's. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. First thing they did was the swiped our card for the wrong order and we ended up paying for two different orders. When we asked for our receipt the lady at the window says it's in the bag after we watched her throw it away. The quality of the food is disappointing, fries tasted old and with no salt. We have had great service here in the past, but lately, they are really lacking. The last 2 times we have ordered, we wanted Chocolate Frostys, they were out both times! Offered Strawberry Frosty...no thanks! Prices are ludicrous. The physical menu at this physical location says kid's meals are 1.99 after 4pm however, I was still charged full price of $3.89 for nuggets and $4.39 for the kid's meal chicken wrap... I went to the window to ask why I wasn't charged 1.99 for the kid's meals seeing as it's 7:15pm ( after 4pm) and is advertised on THIS location's menu. Entire staff is spending more time joking around than actually working. They got my son's order wrong and when he went up to ask them to fix it they just laughed about it. Then when I got my order it was just a Jr. cheeseburger. No bacon. Nice remodel. But the staff seems to have the general intelligence and customer service levels akin to a Rabid baboon. Does it make sense that during a lunchtime rush you have 1 person at a cash register? And that 1 person moves slower than frozen molasses on the Russian tundra in the dead of winter? So. After waiting about 20 minutes for her to get through 4 sets of customers. She walks off saying she will get to me as soon as she can. Yeah. No. They were backlogged god knows how many orders and the general sense of chaos and an overall staff iq score of 15 didnt help matters. If you love to wait and wait. Just to wait more you can join the Army. Or you can go to this Wendys. To think. These social rejects want 15/hr. read more

The food tasted like it was cooked a good 8 hours ago and just kept in the warmer. It was awful! The burgers looked and tasted old and the buns were stale. This location always gives food out like this and I'm amazed they even have people going back!! I also noticed workers bringing in buns from outside that were left by the drive thru to thaw. I'm not usually the one to get upset with fast food places cause I understand how hectic the day can get. Although this time I did get upset, the employee up front taking orders who had curly red hair (white male) repeatedly kept rubbing his nose and coughing in his hand then continued to handle food and orders. That was the first red flag, then when it came to my order being ready he totally took my name wrong and was yelling a different name for 10 minutes while I continued to sit there confused while other people came and went with their order. My name is Angel he was yelling out Miguel. I don't understand how those sound familiar what so ever. So eventually I went up and asked for my food and he looked at me said Miguel and I politely said no it's Angel then he handed me the food for Miguel. Just ordered a large berry burst salad with no cheese, a single cheeseburger with mustard only, and a small frosty at 4:15 pm. It wasn't busy. They charged me for a large salad and gave us a small one, and put only ketchup on the burger. My mom questioned the size of the salad and told she was wrong. She wasn't. Also argued with her about giving back her debit card, which the manager finally came over and found. For our trouble, I got a melted sundae! Didn't notice the food issues until we got home.
