If I could give this location absolutely -5 stars I would the staff is absolutely rude they get your order completely wrong and then say that it's your fault when you go through the drive-through the screen only works half the time they rush you through your order and then won't repeat it back or let you read the screen before you confirm your order is correct and then they won't even tell you your total until you get to the window it's absolutely the most insane restaurant I've ever given my business to and it's it's done I'm done read more

Terrible. Decides to close 40 minutes early both times I've swung by after work. Food is sub par to the service from the night crew. They spit in my sandwich. I showed up a few minutes before they opened. So I parked and waited for them to open. There was an employee outside smoking right at 10:30 when they opened. I pulled up to order and nobody said anything. I heard the employee slam the door. I wanted for a minute and started to drive away before the employee came over the speaker. Normal when I come here they almost always make me wait for the asiago ranch chicken sandwich because they don't have the chicken ready. I asked the employee if they had the chicken available for that sandwich. The employees response was interesting, he said "uhh yeah we just opened...." With a disrespectful attitude. I was a little surprised by the attitude. I know he was smoking but they're open so maybe he should be doing his job. I feel like I was an inconvenience to him. After getting home I opened my chicken sandwich and it looks to me like they spot in my sandwich. I didn't notice it until half way through. I posted the pictures. It's a ranch chicken sandwich, where is there a yellow/green looking stuff inside? It's sure looks to me like he spit a lugi on my sandwich. I will be calling management later today. The service is dreadfully slow and when you finally get your food it's wrong. It's like 45 degrees in the restaurant and there is no good reason for there to be that many flies in a kitchen. Just go somewhere else. read more

I have never been so disgusted and offended in all my life at a fast food restaurant! I did a special order for an double stack with NO CHEESE because I have a allergy. After receiving my order , I checked my sandwich to verify and I noticed that the cook opened up my sandwich and SCRAPED THE CHEESE OFF WITH THERE FINGERS OR HAND! Absolutely disgusting! After immediate shock I went to speak to the manager to ask for an explanation and received attitude from the manager explaining of the justification of the cheese being removed! She didn't understand how nasty and gross it is for someone to physically remove something from your food with there hands and plus the health factors associated with that. If I would've ate the food I could've been extremely ill due to my allergy if not die possibly! If a child would have ate the food then the child could have been hurt worse then me! This is unacceptable and wrong in every way , I then asked for my money back which I was then told that I couldn't get a refund and they would make me another order! I didn't want another order due to be OVERLY DISGUSTED, and had to argue to finally get my money back. I was treated very poorly by the manager there and was given no empathy or remorse about there actions and was treated like I was the one in the wrong! I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE AND DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING LIKE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN! This Wendy's has always had some trouble with service but it has really gone downhill in the last six months. Last night was the breaking point for me and the family. We stood in line for 30 minutes... Not because it was a long line. The order in front of us was like a $40 order. But then it took them at least 20 mins before they took our order and then another 10 mins just to make it. The chili was not good at all and after we had ordered a sour cream and chive potato they told while waiting for the order that they needed to bake new potatoes so we needed to order something else. People behind us in line started to leave and honestly I wish we would have left too. I like the food at Wendy's but this location is not one to go to. read more

This place is just horrible I was at the drive-through and the associate told me that I had to come inside the building and I am disabled. This is what I thought the convenience of a drive-through was so that if I couldn't get out my vehicle I did not have to go inside. I don't know what kind of customer service this is but I do know that you are able to ring up customers from the front line register and when the customer gets to the window they can swipe the card at that register. At this location the manager refused for his associates to walk 4 feet away from the window to take peoples orders. when I know they use headsets at the drive through. The customer service level here is very low when you go inside and it smells really bad. I think that asking customers to come inside should never be offered unless they want to be blown away. The district manager at this location must not be aware or not very good at their job because this has multiple bad reviews time and time again and there has not been any fixing. The company as a whole should be ashamed of having locations like this. A remodel all of the Wendy's throughout the nation outside so it looks inviting and then you get inside and it's the same old raggedy place. I would recommend that you shop somewhere else until they can get this place under control. read more

I might slap the next person who mentions a 15 dollar minimum wage. When they ask why, they will be directed to this Wendy's. I am not an expert at life, but the last time I checked and crispy chicken sandwich looks nothing like a burger. Our order was completely wrong, asked for plain double hamburger, by the time we got home realized we had double cheeseburgers with bacon and condiments. When I called to speak with a manager, he asked what the amount was on my receipt. When I advised it was in my vehicle he asked if I could call back as he had another problem outside. This location is awful! It was good, about 5+ years ago. Nothing is fresh anymore. When you ask for fresh fries, they give you an attitude. Burgers are either undercooked or burnt. I will NEVER go to this location again for fear of getting sick. read more

This is our go to Wendy 's since close to home. My son loves the baconators and I like the spicy chicken go wraps. Haven't had any issues and they always get the order correct which works for me! read more

As a former Wendy's crew member I can recall pretty well what was taught to me in the customer service section. The drive through window clerk was very monotone and rude. I was forced to say have a good day and try to lighten the mood because she seemed bored. I work retail now and use good social skills with customers similar to those taught at Wendy's. They don't know what salt is and certainly don't use it. Nothing worse than hot fries with not an ounce of flavor. The girl at the window today had the personality of a turtle. They don't honor coupons at this participating store, nor do they honor a Military discount and they make you feel like crap for even asking.
