It's hard to articulate how someone can convey genuine warmth and kindness through a drive thru speaker but she did. Our food didn't take too much time, maybe 25 minutes or so. Our server was Alejandro who seemed like he may have been new or just overwhelmed. He was attentive with refills after he came back from his break or something (he disappeared for a chunk of time and no one else filled in his absence) albeit he was given a lot of tables to wait. He didn't ask about bottomless fry or veggies refills though, which the servers usually do. Not a big deal. Our food was delicious and cooked fresh. We received our dips we requested and thoroughly enjoyed family time.

It was 100% my mistake, and they still gave me more fries without charging me. It was extremely classy, and made me an even more loyal customer to this location! Thank you! Also, I have never had a Chick-fil-A employee treat me or my service dog with disrespect; they've always been welcoming, and careful not to distract him from his duties. He's (of course) well-trained and quiet, so when he pops out from under the table when we're done it has surprised a few of the employees, and they've been so very kind. Knowing that we can come here for tasty food and without an issue means the world!

We both wanted the $11.99 Chicago dog combos. The clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade to the medium combo, so we agreed thinking it was only a dollar more. Turns out the meal came to almost $37! As we sat down to wait for our food, my son asked me if there was a mistake with the total. In astonishment, I looked at the receipt. It should have been around $26 total. When I confronted the clerk he said it was because we upgraded to the medium combo! So you're telling me the upgrade was almost $11 more. I was so disgusted that I just walked away. Won't go there again and I'll tell everyone what happened. Very disappointed.

Needless to say we had been running around all day getting things ready and had not eaten dinner yet. We quickly stopped in the drive thru to pick up meals. Once at the hospital we got settled in and they were about to get started with the drugs to get the birthing process started. So we decided we should eat our dinners before things progressed. Wife was super happy, but I was a bit sad. They had forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. I called Jimmy Johns to get my money refunded and explain why I couldn't just come back to get my sandwich. The manger was very nice and apologized for the mistake. He had one of his delivery guys go across town to deliver my sandwich to me in the hospital. He also included a couple of free sandwich coupons and wrote congratulations on them. It was a very nice thought even though. It is very rare to find this kind of customer service anymore.
