The meats, when brought out, especially the beef slices, tend to be on the darker hue, to me that signals less fresh. And the booth seats aren't the most comfortable. I think they make shift to turn the booth tables into hot pot compatible where the outlets are in the way of your knees (if you're tall and have long legs) or if short like me, the seats feel sunken.
