Service is a standout here, from the moment you walk thru the door all the way thru to the end, everyone is very pleasant and accommodating and serves with cheer! The apps came out very fast and my favorite was the onion rings with the bubbas sauce....I could put that on just about anything! Yum! The Monte Cristo was deeply fried though the inside was quite flavorful and the raspberry jam compliments well. I don't think I would order again, but it was well worth the try and a great value with the massive portion size which served me for another full meal. The club is always a hit among the family and as you can see comes packed with all the goods! The fries and tots are both delish and especially dipped in that bubbas sauce! The place is loud and crazy and full of people having a blast. My only complaint is that it is toasty in there each time I have gone. So Bubba's was a big disappointment Sunday. It was a kitchen failure and more so when I escalated to a manager. Note I did not mention our server. She was actually pretty good. Attentive and understanding of our issues. So let the story begin.... I peddled down to the area of Bubba's and my daughter suggested we ear there (wife, daughter and I). Sounded good. We went, we were sat our server took our drink order promptly, brought them and we ordered food. Our daughter ordered the kids, macaroni and cheese, wife ordered cheese pizza. I ordered the Reuben. When they came out, my Reuben sandwich was piping hot. That was the only thing that was acceptable. Our daughter's mac & cheese was lukewarm at best along with the fries that came with it. My wife's cheese pizza was the same. It almost seemed like the other orders were made, and sitting under a "warming bin" for a while till my Reuben came out. Once the Reuben was done, everything was delivered. Oh, and my fries were also unacceptable. I caught somebody asked for our server or a manager ... manager came by. I explained the story she said I'll get that taken care of. I was maybe halfway through my Reuben and the new pizza and new mac & cheese and french fries came out. It was all hot and fine. Then came the bill. The bill had two orders of pizza and two orders of mac & cheese, which I guess if they had to do it that way makes sense because there was a second pizza ordered in a second mac & cheese ordered. And then there was a credit for the second pizza and mac & cheese. Nothing more. I kind of expected some kind of ok the kitchen messed up let me charge half price on the new pizza and mac & cheese or something like that, but nothing. Our server came by I said let me talk to the manager. Manager came I explained my thoughts.. first thing she said was well you get to take the pizza home. And in a sense she was right the cold pizza that first came we boxed stuff cause I can always throw it in the oven at home. But I did not order pizzas to go. I ordered a pizza to be eaten at the restaurant. That struck a really poor cord with me. A manager should not be making excuses and not saying well yeah we gave it to you cold but you could take it home and heat it up. She did finally say what do you want me to do I said well take the pizza off. I'll pay for the mac & cheese and I'll call it even, turns out she redid our bill so that it had the original just one Reuben one pizza one mac & cheese, and gave me a credit for the pizza and the mac & cheese so that was better. BUT, I should never have to argue with a manager on something that was a kitchen fail. So the kitchen fail would've been the one star had the manager made things right at the beginning, I would've bumped it to three stars being that I had to argue with manager two stars. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich at Bubba's 33 and this thing absolutely delivered. The chicken was huge, crispy, juicy, and coated in a sauce that actually had flavor and heat instead of just being spicy for no reason. The toasted bun held everything together perfectly, the fries were seasoned well, and the ranch on the side balanced the heat really nicely. You can tell when a sandwich is made fresh because every bite still has that crunch. Definitely one of the better spicy chicken sandwiches I've had at a restaurant. I really like bubba's 33. Every time I come here the food in service are consistently good. The last time I went there it was for a meet up with my cousin that was in town. I recommended bubba's 33 because I know that they have a wide enough selection to fit most pallets from salads meat lovers. And they also have a pretty good selection of cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages. The server was attentive enough that our drinks were never empty but also didn't hover so as not to be annoying. This gave us plenty of time to eat and enjoy each other's company. We had several of the entrees and all of the food was good. I have had fish and chips, the Caesar salad, and hamburgers and fries. Fries. On every occasion I've left satisfied. I've been here once prior when I first moved to the springs a few years ago... and it wasn't the best so I've taken a moment to come back in & try it again. Second time was definitely a better experience. We were seated in a really cool bar-type (but not the bar) area with booths & lots of tvs and cool stuff all over the place. The music was literal perfection & the vibe was great. We had a few drinks , some chips & a really delicious green chili queso and then our dinner we both had the Chicken Tenders & Shrimp. 13 Mar 26 had lunch with a friend because I like the food at this restaurant but will not go back because the music was so loud that we could not carry on a conversa- tion. I asked the manager to turn down the music and he did but it still was too high. Had their grilled salad and my friend had a Cobb salad and both salads were huge and delicious. We order from here as a work group for dinner once in a while and I have to say, for the price, this place isn't great. The fries are typically horrible, the chicken fried steak is tiny and the burgers are typically pretty raw inside. That being said, the shrimp poboy is okay, the chicken tenders are alright and they are dependable. The burgers are pretty large, but for the price, they should be. Not a place I would visit myself, but it has a premier location and always seems to get business. This is one of our top five restaurants we go to! The salad is unbelievable. It's so good and that is why we go there for the salad and then everything else is on top. The chicken dinner is my favorite, favorite. It is so good. The honey mustard is so yummy! The servers are awesome. We love all of them they're fun and we just enjoy this restaurant so much! Stopped by Bubba's 33 for the first time for some dinner on a Wednesday night. When we pulled up, the parking lot was packed, but decided to go inside anyway. We were seated as soon as we checked in, which was great! They offer different seating areas (outside patio, regular dining room & bar area). They do have a full bar and a plethora of TV's in the bar area with ALL sports on, which is great! Our server was really good and took care of his area well. Now for the food. My buddy swears by the wings here, which he ordered and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. We also shared a sampler appetizer platter as well. The wings were really good, but the Philly was pretty average. Although it came out piping hot, the meat had very little flavor and just seemed to be missing something. I didn't want to raise a stink, and I was famished after waiting for the food, so I decided to eat it anyway. It was underwhelming, to say the least. The burger didn't have much flavor, but the bacon did taste very good. The avocado was bland and didn't add much to the experience. I was very happy that they offer the lettuce instead of buns. I also asked for tatter tots, not knowing they were almost $3 extra. I wish that would have been explained beforehand, but they were very good. The other night we got called out for our "drinking" because we were being too crazy for a playoff game. Got told "This is not a bar it's a restaurant have some respect. Bubba's continues to surprise and delight us. I'm not usually a fan of chains, but this place consistently has something for everyone. We've come with groups, we've come to watch final championship games, we've completed in Trivia Night, and we've arrived later than regular dinner hour because we were too tired to cook. Everything on the appetizer menu is terrific. The salads are surprisingly hearty and filling. The loaded tater tots, nachos, and fried pickles are yummy. We stopped by Bubba's 33 prior to my departure flight. There was a decent amount of people there, but not completely packed. Ambiance is typical of any bar, pizza, burger place. The server seemed very disinterested when speaking to us, she didn't make any eye contact while talking to us or while taking our orders. As a group we ordered the fried crispy pickles and onion rings, both were ok, nothing special and not bad at all. I noticed on the menu that orders of The Dickie V pizza leads to donations to the Dickie V Foundation so I wanted to give it a try. The pizza was tasty and had a nice spice with the peppers. Not too spicy, but the heat went well with the pizza. I normally don't care for pizza crust, but the crust was a nice compliment to the topping of the pizza. read more

This place has been so solid for so long for me and my friends. That was until last night. Four of us were in the bar area for 2.5 hours. In this time, I had 3 domestic beers, two friends had 4 domestic beers each, another friend had 2 domestic beers and two shots. All inside the bar, which is always loud with music and patrons talking. Throughout our drinks, we also ordered wings and fries for the table. We aren't small men, by any means, and this isn't our first time having drinks. So when our waitress ended her shift 2 hrs into our stay, we tabbed out so she could receive her tips. She was great by the way. Very punctual, friendly, and took great care of us, which is the main reason we closed out and were told that another server will be over soon. 30 minutes later, a worker (don't know if he is a bar tender, server or cook) approaches the table (Dyvon) and tells us that we have had too much and cannot no longer stay. Collectively, we thought that this guy was joking, but turned out that apparently what we had ordered to drink was too much for them to continue to serve us (13 domestic beers and two shots between 4 large men), even though we also ordered food. I proceed to give the guy shit, because it's apparent that after eating and not being served for 30 minutes, we had overstayed our welcome. He wasn't a fan of this or me calling him Dyvon, so we proceed to leave. I tell Dyvon that reviews will be left, which will not be flattering, to which he states "perfect, we love those. It shows that we care for our patrons and know when they had enough". He wasn't aware of his hypocritical statement, because earlier he said "you can drink somewhere else, but just not here". So how does that align with "taking care of our patrons"? On our way out, Dyvon tells us that we need to pay our tab, to which I proceed to show him my receipt of payment and let him know that it's not hard to do your due diligence and check your system if you don't think we paid our tab. Again, we've been coming here for years and have never had an experience like this. So needless to say, we won't be coming back, as there are so many options is this great city that we live in. There will come a day when servers with an authoritative mindset will be replaced by machines and with no other survivable skills will be living under a bridge. read more
