BURRITO BULGOGI (BEEF RIBEYE) SANDWICH BACON & CHEESE x2 SANDWICH_BULGOG (RIBEYE)

Egg Lush -- 10/10everything was sooo good The Bulgogi Ribeye was easily the best though!! So flavorful & SO fire definitely my #1 pick. The bacon, egg & cheese was good too, but if you go, GET THE BULGOGI.

First time here and ready for breakfast, this restaurant reminds me of Egg Slut in California, I feel this restaurant has a bigger variety of menu items. I enjoyed and loved the avocado toast and the fact that they offered tater tots! Hubby tried the Bulgogi sandwich and enjoyed it. Great customer service, you place order at kiosk and food is delivered to you. Definitely looking forward to coming back next time we're in Colorado.

We're visiting from Wisconsin and needed a quick bite before our hike, and saw this place on TikTok. It looked cute and it was near by so we decided to give it a try. Holy crap, when I tell you this is delicious The food, the service and the staff is exceptional. The owners are so friendly and they even gave our group 2 free drinks as they were taking pictures for their menu. We're literally already taking about coming back after our hike for lunch. Our whole group of 6 would recommend this place a 10/10.

I finally made it in to check it out as I had been wanting to for a while now. The location is in kind of a weird area but don't let that deter you! The food and drinks are SO GOOD! I got a ham/bacon/egg sandwich and a strawberry matcha drink. My friend got the bulgogi sandwich and we swapped half and half so we could each try both. They were both super good in their own ways, depends on what you're in the mood for but I would definitely go back! We want to go back to try some of the other sandwiches and drinks another time. I would recommend trying this place if you haven't yet and are looking for a good breakfast or brunch spot!

Update: I wanted to clarify my original review. My intention was never to hurt the business, the owner, or the employees. The food was great, the space was beautiful, and after speaking with the owner, I can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, her business, and her employees. My review was mainly about the customer service experience that day, and I posted it hoping the employees could take it as feedback and understand how much hospitality matters. A simple greeting, kindness, and good energy can make such a big difference in how customers feel. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to train and build a strong team. I also understand that employees are still learning and growing too. After talking with the owner, I respect her even more because she handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and care. I truly wish them nothing but success, and I'm looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

Cute and clean little Korean-fusion restaurant* in the Mill Street Neighborhood, southwest of downtown and Weidner Field. Although the food was very fresh, the flavors were a B+ at best. We decided if/when we come back, we'll all get the loaded Lush Tots, tots with fluffy scrambled eggs on top! *formerly Urban Steam, we think...

We were visiting from California and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We're so glad to have found this gem! My boyfriend and I each got a breakfast burrito (ham; add bacon and the bulgogi) since we are trying to limit our carb intake and both burritos were absolutely delicious! Each burritos was packed with flavor and well portioned from egg to tots to protein. The quality was solid and very well priced! Being from CA, this was a steal for us. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. They are definitely running a lean crew, but they're very efficient which we appreciated.

I definitely came here with high hopes. The coffee and egg sandwich was good, but I'm not sure i would add this to my top food spots. Still worth a try though!

Such a cute place! The owner was so sweet. We were allowed to have our dog on the outside patio. The egg sandwiches were absolutely gorgeous. The banana matcha was AMAZING, with real bananas in it! Can't get any better than that. Thanks for having us :)

Egg Lush is serving up serious brunch vibes. My sandwich was stacked with flavor--bacon cooked just right--and the presentation was so pretty it deserved its own photoshoot. The burritos didn't disappoint either, and the spicy mayo tied everything together like a secret weapon. Washed it all down with a strawberry matcha that was as refreshing as it was Instagram-worthy. Bonus: the owners and staff are genuinely kind, which makes the whole experience even better. The only downside. The bill. Three meals with drinks ran about $80, and while the food justifies a splurge, the pour-your-own coffee felt a little steep for what it was. Also just a heads up, the eggs Benedict which I actually came for is only available Monday-Wed right now. Still, if you're looking for bold flavors, a stylish spread, and a friendly crew, Egg Lush is worth the stop--just be ready for boutique café pricing.

Egg Lush is a great hidden spot if you're looking for an affordable, fun breakfast that's quick but still satisfying. It feels like breakfast fast food done right, perfect when you want something tasty without a long wait. It's ideal for groups of four or less. If you're coming with a larger group, you may need to move a few tables together. Service was fast, and our food came out quickly. My husband ordered the bacon and cheese sandwich, and I had the avocado sandwich (basically avocado toast with egg). We both really enjoyed our meals: fresh, flavorful, and filling. Definitely a solid go-to for a quick breakfast or casual morning meet-up!

The trick at this wonderful restaurant is to arrive when they are not busy! We got there just after 8 AM and the parking lot already looked full. Be aware, lots of people use that parking lot so park on the street if you must. When we went inside, we were the only customers present. We were greeted and use the kiosk to place our order. My husband chose the classic burrito while I decided to have the beef Bulgogi burrito (with the eggs on the side - which I know is weird) and we each had a bowl of creamy broccoli corn soup. We also ordered a bottle of water each, and later realized that there is a free water station, but which we did not see it first. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Our burritos came out and the soup - everything looked and smelled delicious. The big bowl of fluffy scrambled eggs, which accompanied my burrito looks so tasty. I almost ate some, but my arthritis would not have forgiven me so I gave them to my husband. Despite my burrito not containing eggs, it was still very full with beef Bulgogi, tater tots, tomatoes, cheese, and sauce and was so very good! (If you look at my photos, you will see that the size of my husband's classic burrito and the size of my Bulgogi burrito without the eggs is about the same, plus, there is a cup full of scrambled eggs beside my burrito) My husband enjoyed his classic burrito, saying the eggs were very light and fluffy and tasted so good. We both enjoyed the broccoli soup which contained a lot of corn as well as fresh broccoli. The owner came out to check on how we were enjoying our breakfast and we assured her that everything was delicious. She asked if I would like to try their coffee and I agreed. The coffee was quite tasty, strong and flavorful, but not bitter. One slightly different thing about this restaurant is that they seem to be going for a fast food vibe with the self ordering kiosks, but they also bring out your food if they are not busy. The decor and cleanliness of the place stand out as well.

The ordering system is a bit different here. You order at the screen and then you choose your table. I liked that actually. They were busy, but not so much we couldn't easily find a table. The food is pricey but at least the portions are big? Honestly I'd be willing to pay less for smaller portions. I'm sure that's a hot take? The food was solid, there was plenty of seating, and the service was efficient.

We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through. The bathrooms are for paying guests and they are clean and convenient. Liana, thank you for the true Southern hospitality radiating through. Based on barista Lily's recommendation, I had a small Poker, half caffeinated. I don't normally go for fruitiness in my coffee, but it was very tasty and not overbearing. There were a few tables & couches available, and they have WiFi, so would recommend if you're looking for a place to work. It was quiet, even with a few other business customers stopping in. It looks like they may have been moving stuff around/organizing, as there was a little bit of clutter throughout. I'll end with this - give yourself a few extra minutes to find it.
