Croissant, ojo, vanilla concha

Heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. It's was a no confusing when we got there cause there was a sign that said like to order starts here but no one really helped us until after about 10 minutes or so. Once we got to order, we got pastries, coffee, and a loaf of bread. The pastries looked fabulous and were good. The loaf of sourdough was delicious.

Concha, Dubai Croissant

If happiness had a smell, it would be walking into La Concha at 7am. I swear the Dubai chocolate croissant has altered my brain chemistry in ways scientists should probably study. Flaky, rich, chocolatey perfection--I would do unspeakable (but fully legal, Yelp-friendly) things just to secure another one. And don't even get me started on their conchas. Soft, fluffy clouds of joy with just the right amount of sweetness. Honestly, if the Mayans had access to these, history books would read very differently. The staff? Warm and welcoming. The vibe? Bright and comforting. The pastries? Weapons of mass deliciousness. La Concha isn't just a bakery--it's a spiritual experience. If you see me camped out by the pastry case, no you didn't.

Spinach and feta croissant, chocolate la concha, iced large latte, chocolate coconut water

Perfect walk from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort if you are staying there looking for a nearby cafe. They have a huge variety of pastries, including savory and sweet. I got the spinach feta croissant, which was absolutely huge and delicious and warm. I also got the chocolate la concha which was equally as delicious but be prepared to be wearing it if you're not careful as it can be messy! I also got a large iced latte with almond and hazelnut. The coffee is very strong and will keep me awake today for sure. The service was very friendly and quick. There's plenty of places to sit inside in a couple outside if you wanted. They also have a wide variety of bottled/canned drinks, I got the chocolate coconut water as that seemed like it would be interesting! Awesome place, highly recommend!

When you first walk in the smell of fresh pastries consumes you.... It's a small location with wonderful customer service and the ambience is that of modest mid-century decor. The concha's are extremely soft and delicious made fresh every day. You can also get coffee and different types of cakes as well. If you've never been, you should definitely try this place out !!

We love this place. One of our favorite bakeries. The only place I know in the Springs that has Affagato (I probably spelt that wrong). Whenever I visit, I always get a pastry, and ice cream with espresso for breakfast. We will keep coming back! My kids absolutely love this place as well. I love watching their joy as they see all the goodies through the glass.

Came here too late on the weekend and most of the stuff was sold out - Definitely a good sign for a bakery. The pastries I did see looked amazing and delicious. There's not a big sitting area there and the table are pretty close together. Got an apple turnover, and a bread pudding both were delicious. The matcha was okay. Will need to return back to try other menu items in the future.

I love bakeries, and if I see one while traveling I will make a point to stop and try it out. This place has a lot of potential. It was clean and bright and you can watch them make bread behind the counter. But something felt a bit off on my visit. When I arrived, there were easily 10 people waiting for thier espresso drinks. I ordered an Americano and an oreja (palmier) pastry. While I waited my 15 minutes to get my drink, I overheard the pastry chef scolding the other pastry chefs for not having enough concha's out. Probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't speak Spanish. When I finally got my coffee, I broke into my pastry. It tasted a day old. It was not flaky and really, really chewy. I'll probably give it another chance, but won't go out of my way to visit.

Absolutely amazing! Owner and staff are very friendly. They have only been open for about a week at this location and everything looked delicious! So much to choose from and the prices weren't that bad and worth it. The Bailey's Tres Leches is to die for! Definitely will be back for more! Their breads smelled amazing and fresh!

Absolutely the best bakery in Colorado Springs, if not the best bakery I've been to since moving to Colorado (I'm visiting from Boulder). First of all, I'm a ham and cheese croissant connoisseur, and I'll go as far to say this is one of the best ones I've ever had. We also got chicken BLT - it may be one of the tastiest sandwiches ever. Everything is SO fresh and incredible, the pastry chefs are literally behind the counter making bread and everything gorgeous and delicious. For sweet treats we got a Master Croissant and, of course, a concha. Both so perfectly sweet and delicious, as well as pretty. I also grabbed a sourdough bread loaf, and I think you already know what I'd say about it. In addition to all this, the staff is so friendly and lovely. It was busy but still quick, there was plenty of seating. They had gorgeous flowers out front too! We had a chat with Sebastian, and he was so nice and helpful. My parents frequent this bakery and insisted they take me here when I came to town and it's clear why! Sebastian remembered my mom and made sure to come say hi. I wish there was a location in Boulder so I could go every weekend!

Quiet setting to catch up with a friend. The Italian sandwich had a great pesto sauce and crunchy sourdough. Quick service too.

The reason I know this was because while I was in the hospital, the county Health Department told me that another person was poisoned at this same restaurant. I was contacted by Customer Relations on December 5th 2025 due to my posting. They seemed concerned about what happened. After our talk, she said she would send me some coupons to try the food again. I waited and waited. No coupons. On January 28th, I sent an email asking what happened to my coupons. Never head back from them again. Seems like the customer service rep just wants to ignore people who were put in the hospital to suffer and lied about helping with coupons to give them another try. I guess they really don't care about the public. I didn't sue them in 2023 after suffering in the hospital for 3 days, but maybe I should have. Just another company who doesn't care about the customer.

We both ordered the French Dip Sandwich with Swiss and Provolone which came out hot and fresh. The bread had a light crisp on the outside and was soft inside. The beef was tender and flavorful. The au jus was rich, savory, and warm. I even grabbed a spoon and slurped in between bites. Dipping the sandwich into that broth made every bite even better. The portion was a bit on the smaller side, but it was still filling enough for a light dinner. We shared a Zapp's Voodoo chips which we both liked. Got a chocolate chip cookie which I didn't finish because it tasted a little too processed for my liking. If you like a bit of heat, definitely try the green hot sauce by the drink station. Overall, Snarf's served up a solid French Dip-- hot, flavorful, and way better than the ones I've had at other sandwich spots. We'll definitely be back to try the other sandwiches.
