Banana Matcha Latte

First time customer to this lovely place and it didn't disappoint! My banana Matcha Latte was amazing. The service was great! Must have kinda place!!

The coffee is amazing, the food is phenomenal. My girlfriend got the avocado toast, which was far from basic. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the cafe is super warm and bright in the morning, making it a great spot to wake up.

You ever get a 19 sleep number on your bed...?!?! It took a real special sort of night. The type where you get home from work and fall into bed at 130a then get the worse food poisoning imaginable for several hours and your alarm goes off in the 5a hour to get up and hit LAX on the "busiest travel day of the year". That my friend is how you achieve a 19! That being said, by the time I flew to Denver, rented a car and drove to Colorado Springs I was in desperate need of a latte. I made it to Switchback by 230p before they closed on Sunday. I was only in town for 20 hours to celebrate my sons birthday and spend some time with him and if not for this pumpkin spice latte that brought me back to life I wouldn't have been able to get into celebration mode. I really do believe Switchback is the best coffee in town. Consistently outstanding at different locations. I'm so thankful they were open. Fantastic service. I sat there for a moment to enjoy my latte before driving to my son's place. If I lived nearby this would be my everyday coffee spot. Highly recommend.

The Kenya pourover was life changing. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back next time we are in CO Springs.

Absolutely loved this little coffee shop! I got the honey matcha--it wasn't too sweet, just the right balance, and so yummy. I'm visiting from California and it came highly recommended--and now I see why! The shop has a super homey feel, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, nothing fancy inside, but it gives cozy, comforting vibes. Plenty of seating, too. Definitely a cute spot I'd come back to!

Pretty good coffee and the pastries looked good too. Service was very friendly and the baristas fostered a great community give. Parking a bit rough and there was a weird waterstain or something on the ceiling right above the espresso machine area tho

Avocado Toast

This place surprised me. So many seating options at tables, the bar, outside, etc. Many different spaces for reading or talking or studying. Their avocado toast was amazing! Love that they had food options.

Went to this cute little coffee spot today! The ordered the avocado toast and it delicious! The best part was the spicy green sauce it came with! I also ordered the matcha oat milk latte and it was great! Overall a cute spot and it's a good spot to work from to!

Great coffee. Good vibe. It's nested in a neighborhood. This place is always packed. They have vegan/gluten free baked goods

Pumpkin Pie Latte

The ambiance is fantastic, cozy vibe with fun baristas. Their pumpkin pie latte and flavored flash brews are fantastic and great for studying/reading. As a student, favorite coffee shop due to the amazing service, vibe, and coffee.

What a cute place for coffee in CO Springs! The design of the cafe was super cute and the barista was friendly and patient with us! Their menu is a little limited but the coffee and avocado toast and croissant were delicious! Def check them out!

Drip coffee was fantastic! They have an awesome mission to make a cup of coffee accessible to everyone. When you pay for your coffee, you have the options to pay what you can, the price of the coffee, or the price of the coffee plus a few cents more to pay forward. This kind of mission makes me want to come back. Sandwich was great! The English muffin was a little dense which is not my personal preference but it was tasty. Employees were super nice. Lots of seating and big windows. We had not been here in years and came to work today and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful coffee shop close to downtown and the hospital, with some of the best ambiance I've ever seen! Big, gorgeous, green, leafy plants decorate the interior with natural light and comfy seating. It was quite busy when I stopped in, understandably so. This would be a great place to work, read or visit. Heck, even a date! They have a variety of food options and the coffee is wonderful. I had a dirty chai latte with oat and it was hot, slightly spicy and delicious. If you prefer the sweeter chai, maybe opt for something else!

We were very happy to find this place on our recent visit to Colorado Springs. They had about 8…read moreroasts available from light, medium and dark. We loved that they had beans of each roast available for viewing in jars so we could see them! We tried two different roasts, pour overs, and came home with a bag of medium roast beans from Mexico - a Chapias. They had some muffins available go with the coffee. We chatted for a while with the owner and really enjoyed the coffee talk. The restrooms were clean and there was plenty of seating inside. We'll be back.

We've gone to two different coffee shops during our stay in Colorado before coming here. Let's just say we wouldn't have minded coming to Corter Coffee Roasters every day instead of the other coffee shops we went to. The manager, LIANA, is the most pleasant person we've met on this trip. First of all, all our drinks (caramel latte's and chai latte) were BOMB. I had to tell myself to not chug my latte because it was so good. She shared places that we should visit considering we are not from here. This helped so much because a lot of our plans fell through. The bathrooms are for paying guests and they are clean and convenient. Liana, thank you for the true Southern hospitality radiating through. My cousins and I truly appreciate your kindness, conversation, and realness!

Love the service and ambiance here. My favorite thing to get here is the spiced chai!read more

Nice coffee shop in one of the rooms of a "reclaimed" elementary school, with each of the old…read moreclassrooms being a different business and the hallway housing overflow tables for dining at. FOOD: We got a couple of chai lattes which were okay, if a bit on the sweet side. My wife got an interesting ham-apple-berry-brie bagle sandwich (messy but tasty); I got a breakfast burrito (more of a breakfast panini) (huge, overly-cheesy, but tasty). SERVICE: In the face of a lot of business (it was 11 am, there was a line at the counter the entire time we were there, plus all the tables in the shop were full, as were several more in the hallway), the service was very friendly and fairly efficient. Drinks were ready in a reasonable time. There was a bobble with the sandwich order (drinks are picked up at the counter by name; foodstuff you get a table number marker and is delivered to you), but they recovered very graciously. Since the food was scratch-made, it looks, it was in a reasonable time frame. ATMOSPHERE: Very crowded, pretty noisy, rather spare and worn environment -- arguably all signs of how successful they've been. Saw lots of open laptops at tables -- I suspect a lot of folk enjoy the free wi-fi and good eats and drinks. The parking lot was ... very full, except for the several Tesla chargers, only one of which was in use (we still had a good charge so we didn't make use of them). NET-NET: It was a great place for coffee and a bite on our way north out of the downtown where we didn't have to worry (as much) about parking. In a similar situation, I'd be happy to return.
