I'm just gonna write about the service. We did a huge huge order, for 40 people, it was for our workforce lunch. They forgot to add one of the meals. So we had to drive back to go get the meal. This is time out of a workday, which is money. They don't offer any refunds or anything like that. Just say sorry it will be a 5 to 6 minute wait. It's a half hour out of my workday that my company is wasting paying me because I'm not being productive having to come back up here. Damn they could cover my gas at least. For the most part I like this Panda Express but tonight they messed up my husband's order and just gave him rice. After working 13 hrs I was not happy to have to drive back to get it fixed. I got there and they had locked there doors 8 mins early. My husband had to bang on the window to get them to come to the door. They fixed the order and She did apologize nicely . Food is usually fine if your order is correct. However, if you have to have a conversation with the management, supervisors, you will be argued with, told you're wrong and pretty much talked down to. There is no sense of customer service beyond them defending that they are correct and doing the bare minimum. Stupid me for continuing to go back... Lets start off with how is it 8 and you are out of rice 1.5 hrs before closing? Then we will fast forward to probably the rudest drive through attendant I could imagine. She was obviously irritated when we ordered by her snappiness and when we pulled up and I asked to verify my order she huffed and walked away. I asked simply because my family of 6 usually spend around 100 dollars and this trip was 60 something. The young lady came beck to the window and fired off the order as if it was inconvenient for her to do so. This place is steadily going down hill. I don't recommend it at all. My husband ordered food for me via the drive-thru. The 3 thingie meal. I asked for chicken, shrimp, and beef plus the steamed veggies. Opened it up at home, and found rice instead of veggies, booo. Since my husband needed to go out again anyway, he offered to get the veggies for me. I ate about half of what was in the big box. Since I had the beef and chicken, I figured it was the shrimp and just didn't open it til the next day for lunch...and found more chicken. No shrimp to be found. Since shrimp is a premium option, we paid extra for something we didn't get, really disappointing. My husband also informed me that the people he talked to were pretty rude. He said they were short with him when he explained the missing veggies, like they didn't believe him and he was an inconvenience. Then after eating a couple we noticed the inside of the package and discovered mold. Nope but when it comes to chain restaurants you can't expect it to be the best, at least not in my opinion but I do enjoy some Panda Express when I just want to quickly pick up and go. The staff here is always friendly and I've never had any issues with not getting enough food. Ordered the plate meal where you get one side and 2 entrees. I got the steamed rice for the side and my two entrees I picked the cream cheese Rangoon and chicken egg rolls. Total came to $8 something with tax. I was assuming since the egg rolls and rangoons were listed as entrees and not sides, that you would get a decent portion. I only got one egg roll and was disappointed, because if I would've known that I would have got some type of chicken as an entree instead, for the same price... making a better bang for my buck. The rice was not good, it was overcooked and very dry. Took a lot of soy sauce to make it taste okay enough to eat. I've heard that the other Panda Express on the other side of town is a lot better. I swear I just read a Panda Express review last night. When I came back today it's gone! Do bad reviews get taken out? We pulled in to Panda Express drive-thru about 9:30 PM Friday night. I ordered orange chicken and the new spicy fire chicken. They offered us a sample of the new Surf 'N Turf and we accepted. We pulled up to the window and paid right away. Then the window was closed and we waited and waited. After several minutes the cashier let us know it'd be about 5 minutes. We waited. A bit later the cashier returned and said it'd be longer and she gave us free small drinks and asked us to pull around to the front. The drinks were undrinkable. The Coke was all carbonated water with no syrup. The Dr Pepper was all syrup and no carbonated water. After a total of about 25 minutes we got our food and got out of there. It only got worse when we got home. There was almost no sauce on the orange chicken and there was no Surf 'N Turf anywhere. Thanks for the invisible free sample Panda Express. read more

I'd rarely come eat at Panda Express but started to visit more to give it a chance, that was until I decided a few weeks ago to order food before work as I was in a hurry & I ordered a 3 entree meal. After arriving at home hungry not eating all day, I started to dig in and in the "fried rice" was a long brown hair buried in the food. I am bald man and definitely have no hair, plus it looked long like a girls hair. This was enough to gross me out & never want to come visit here again! As much as I enjoyed the food before, the thought of that nasty hair on my lip makes me always turn the other direction now, it's really sad because I enjoyed Panda Express growing up but never had a situation like this. NASTY!! As to why I didn't call back before is because I was in a hurry to get to work and didn't have time to call let alone eat. Plus I don't think I'll be eating Panda Express anymore, that hair just pops in my mind every time I think about eating there again. Good luck! read more

I normally love panda express. However, this establishment was absolutely horrendous. The manager that served me was not paying attention at all and barely even acknowledged me. The new dish of fried rice he brought over was blande, burnt and had a slight musty taste to it. The black pepper and kung pao chicken were both saltier than the black sea. Seriously it was like they came directly from the salt flats of utah. Nothing about this meal wasn good. In fact immediately after eating I started to feel sick to my stomach and could not continue my shopping night as planned. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. The manager called the other store to let them know about the mix up and they quickly made my order at their location. I love Panda Express! The food is delicious and the portions are reasonable most of the time. Of course this is all dependent on whether or not the teenagers working that shift are in a good mood. As of lately the aforementioned Teen Titans of this particular Panda Express have been especially snippy and the food quality has been hit and miss. It's unfortunate that a local business owner's establishment is relegated to the status of mediocre due to the inconsiderate work ethic of its customer service representatives.
