Wienerschnitzel on Airway, I Love HotDogs and I love the ease to order all the different variety of delicious hot dogs Wienerschnitzel offers at such an affordable price. Today I ordered a chilli HotDog, Kraut Dog and a Kraut Mustard Bratwurst. So, the hot dogs always taste so much better than anything else in their menu and so it is the case with their Bratwurst. Their Bratwurst are not bad but gush their hot dogs are so much better. Their soft buns, delicious little steamed winnies delicious variety of toppings. Yum :p. read more

After my last trip to the location off trans mtn, I decided to give this one a shot. It was Thursday and it was the $2.99 for the Oreo shake or whatever the equivalent is. I think I can say I've given up on Wienerschnitzel, it was horrible. Oreo is my absolute favorite too and I've had some pretty bad mixtures but I couldn't manage to drink this. I think I got a medium and only had half an inch of the entire thing. Makes me sad, but at least I gave it a fair shot. The service here is very slow, even when you are the only customer waiting inline at the drive-thru. The employees taking the orders have not been trained correctly and make multiple mistakes by the time you get to the drive-thru window to pick up your order. They are not aware as to how to calculate the price of their specials. I have gone to this location at different times of the day and night and have received this slow type of service. Customer service is pathetic. Went there yesterday, ordered 3 chili dogs, enjoyed them! Then saw the sign with them on sale. Addressed with the manager that I paid more for the 3 than the sale price for 5 & he wouldn't do what was right. He said I got exactly what I ordered & if I wanted 2 more, he would sell me those. Ok, I might be a little biased in that I didn't grow up 'rount heah, and all we didn't have Wienerschnitzel, but we did have Dairy Queen. This was my first visit here. I used the drive through for lunch. The poster on the outside wall advertised they were now serving soft serve ice cream and showed a cone dipped in chocolate. If it hadnt been a ripply shape and a swirly shape instead, I would have guessed they used the same picture as Dairy Queen. In fact, if I closed my eyes and guessed while eating the chili dog, I would have guessed I was eating at Dairy Queen. I will describe it as "Dairy Queen but more hot dog/chili dog varieties, fewer ice cream varieties and a few other menu changes" - like they have a rootbeer float that was nice for this hot weather. I like Dairy Queen, so I like this place - which I go to will be purely a result of which is closer when I get the ice cream or chili dog craving. I really couldn't tell their fries apart either. I wouldn't be suprised if somewhere up the line they are owned by the same people, or at least get their food supplies from the same company.
