But for today I chose their prosciutto & chicken panini. The sandwich was perfectly pressed and generously filled with carved chicken and all sorts of yummy goodness. This particular dish also had honey roasted almonds sprinkled inside, giving it a very surprisingly nice added crunch. With a room full of people expecting lunch and little time to find a solution, I called the restaurant hoping they could help. Jordan immediately went into problem-solving mode. She checked whether they could accommodate a last-minute catering order and even consulted her manager. Although they didn't have the necessary catering supplies, Jordan worked with me to find another option: individual sandwich and salad orders. The team rushed to prepare everything so I could pick it up and make it back to the retreat in time. They absolutely saved the day. The food was phenomenal, as always, but the service truly earned this review. Jordan and the team didn't cause the problem, yet they went above and beyond to help solve it. Everyone enjoyed lunch, and what could have been a major issue became a success. I'll continue coming back for my own meals, and Mendocino Farms Brea will be at the top of my list for future events.
