8 Kickin' Bourbon Wings with tater tots and ranch dipping sauce.
    Abel T.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Wicked wings has a sports bar feel, the dinning room was clean and the TVs had every sports station on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was very attentive to our table and over all nice. The food was a little disappointing. The appetizer sampler was fresh and hot, it could have been a meal and was the best part of the meal. The Kickin' Bourbon wings were bland and not so kickin" (spicy) but it was fresh. While Philly Cheesesteak was hot and fresh it tasted more like a mushroom cheesesteak. The steak portion was light which cause the mushroom to outshine the steak while you couldn't taste fried green peppers or onions.

First off Steven greeted me immediately and Mark were very helpful in getting my order of wings. I was fighting depression and anxiety and it's so important to have friendly people who really care about making sure you eat. I just met these guys and they already were happy to help. I ordered Sweet Red Chili boneless wings/Hot Honey. These are real cuts of breast meat, fried crispy. Side of ranch cools down the heat. They even made me Jameson and sprite since they currently don't have ginger ale. All I'm all; respectful crowd and great food n drink. THANKYOU For a good experience. Thank you for making me welcome. As an African American this is so important to me. God bless and I will come back.

I was driving by land checked on yelp for food around and this place came out and the pics looked promising so I gave it a try cause why not! I think the wings were great I recommend getting the spicy lemon pepper those were the bomb.com ! I just wish they would'be put more fries cause they were good too but they only put like 5 and they were $3 dollars extra but other than that it was great and the workers were very friendly!

After ordering, we were told they were out of ribeye, so we pivoted to burgers. We also ordered an appetizer sampler. The mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were decent, but the wings were a different story. The honey BBQ sauce tasted more like honey ketchup, and the wings themselves weren't crispy; the skin looked pale and boiled. When our burgers arrived, things really went downhill. We each took a bite and immediately lost our appetite. The bacon wasn't crispy and had an off, almost rancid taste. The onion rings were just okay, but you could clearly taste the oil they were fried in. The fries were the one bright spot and they were actually pretty good. On the positive side, our waitress handled everything well. She was understanding, attentive, and professional throughout, which we appreciated. Only reason why this isn't a one star. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. The next day, both of us had stomach issues. Safe to say, this is not a place I'll be returning to.

I pointed out the fact that the wing prices was twice as much as the establishments. This is accurate you can google yourself. The female bartender took offense to my comment, stating their wins was better. And I rebuttaled, stating that twin peaks and buffalo wild wings was just as good, if not better, which is a true statement. The bartender came out and told me I was being rude to their bartender and smacked the drink out of my hands and told me I was no longer welcome at their establishment. I do know who the owner is.And I am sure this is not something he condones. However, if he is looking to grow his business, these employees are not going to help.

Technically, I'd give this a 4.5/5 for the elevated airport prices, but you're sort of a captive audience and I have to give credit to AUS for at least including local brands, even when they some are tweaked a little bit to be included. (I'm looking at you, 24 Diner's less-anchovy-y airport caesars.) There's not really anything to change about beer, thank goodness. This stand has Austin Beerworks' beer, which is some damn good beer. I wish ABW had a distribution deal in the northeast so I could continue drinking it at my new house. Service at the Beerdrop is usually friendly and just the right amount of attentive--friendly if you're bored, hands-off if you've got a laptop out. One bartender on a slow day even checked on my order at the other food hall counter for me, which was rad. There's a full bar with non-beer options, too, although I've only ever been there for the beer. It can get a little loud and crowded if the wider food hall's busy, but unless you're hitting at peak food o'clock, it's pretty laid-back in there.

I've been here twice in the past week so I guess you could say I like it here. For drinks, Mexican martinis and margaritas are perfect, not too strong and not too sweet. For food, I wasn't crazy for the birria tacos and wouldn't get them again, but everyone else in my group had delicious plates which is why I gave it another chance. Second time around I got the al pastor mini tacos. These by far are the best al pastor tacos I've had! So juicy and flavorful. Can't wait to come back and try something new.

Well my aunt (who is almost 70) didn't see on the menu it said charro beans was an up charge, refried beans came free. So when she got her bill she was surprised to see she was charged extra for the beans. Mind you the refried beans DID come with her tacos. Why did the waitress not ask "do you want the refried that comes with it or charro for an up charge?" Instead, the waitress automatically gave her charro beans. You don't automatically give someone the upgraded version to their meal and especially not without asking which kind of beans does she want. I'm writing this update bc in my last review the waitress did the same thing by up charging my husband's meal when he didn't ask to. BEWARE here! The food is pretty decent, nothing crazy but it hits the spot if you need some decent Mexican food. However, go over your bill and clarify everything-twice! Just in case because they will try to make extra money off upgrading you without asking you.

We had a party of 5 and while they did get 2 sauces wrong, they brought out one a new batch of 1 and for the other, we just asked for the additional ingredient for to convert from garlic parm to spicy garlic parm. Service was surprisingly fast for how busy it was and although they forgot 1 beer, they quickly brought it. Nonetheless, had a good time, even as busy as it was.
