Second time here and second time not happy. Had reservation yesterday (Friday) at 4:00pm. Ordered the #2 listed beer on the menu. After waiting about 15 minutes (remember...Friday..opened at 4:00pm). Asked server about beer and was told she was waiting on it from bar. (Ok...understood). Minutes later she returned and informed me they were out of my requested beer. I understand the environment we are in now. Maybe supply issues. But this is a company owned establishment. I would think they would get preference. Who knows. Next up....bus boy standing in plain view. Won't go into details, but did something not at all sanitary in an eating establishment. Lastly....server never came back to check on us after food was brought to table. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. So, for the reasons listed above, we will not be returning to eat. HOWEVER..... I DO recommend the "Walk up" bar on the outside of the restaurant. The bar tender here was friendly and efficient. BOTTOM LINE: Love Wicked Weed beer!! Restaurant operations need some major "fine tuning"!! read more

I was excited to see Harrah's added a craft beer restaurant to their property. The place is located on the second level of the casino. The main dining area was huge with plenty of seating and wifey and I were seated quickly. We went on a Sunday for lunch, soon after our arrival. We decided to share a couple of appetizers since we didn't want to eat anything too heavy. We ordered the Korean BBQ Wings and Pub Hash + Bacon. We nailed it with our food choices! It was perfect for the amount of food we wanted, and it was delicious. They had an extensive beer selection and I decided to order a flight. One negative point regarding the flight was that I could not mix and match from the full selection of beers. The flight is set and cannot be changed. This was a little confusing, but I still ordered it and enjoyed "most" of the choices. Another great benefit of this place is that you can order a beer in a plastic cup so you can take it back on the casino floor. Our server was very very nice, helpful and let me taste a few options for my travel cup. This is great if you don't want the generic stuff offered at the gambling tables. Wicked Weed also has a serving window, if you don't want to sit in the main dining area, where you order a beer from the full menu and be on your way. This place was ok. I really didn't think the food was that great. I had a side salad and gazpacho soup which tasted like salsa. Is that what gazpacho tastes like? I don't know, it was my first time trying it. My boyfriend had the steak and he asked for it to be cooked rare, they knew exactly what rare was. Unfortunately it was mooing too much for my boyfriend and he returned it and asked for it to be cooked to medium. He did apologized profusely. It wasn't the chef's fault. The waitress was great. Won't return. We ordered the poutine and Brussels to start- really enjoyed the poutine. The Brussels were slimy, and had an awful color like they had been sitting around for weeks. We asked to send them back and the waitress just took them from me and didn't say anything or apologize. The pimento burger was ok, but kind of had a weird dirty grill taste. We got a side of "grilled" broccolini, and just like the Brussels- a super weird, rotten color. NOT grilled. Didn't eat them. It definitely seems like their vegetables are questionable, which naturally made me wonder if the other things we were eating were questionable. Did enjoy the Mac and cheese. Sunday April 23, 2023. Seated at 7:05 pm in a restaurant maybe 1/3 full. Delicious Korean chicken wing appetizer and beer flight. Then after 1 hour 5 minutes, still no entree. Waiter: "can I get you anything else?" "Um, how about our dinner?" "Oh, I'll check in that for you." We informed the manager and walked out. The food may be good here (we really don't know), but the service is abysmal. If this is the best you can do on a Sunday night, just go ahead and shut the restaurant down. read more

Pros: the staff was very nice Cons: Food was marginal and some of it was inedible. The $45 steak was fatty and chewy. The brussel sprouts tasted like they came out of a can and were so soggy and sweet. The pimento cheese was good but the consistency would be comparable to queso. Needs much improvement. read more

We were planning to eat at Wicked Weed but was told it was a 50 minute wait to sit at the bar with only 3 people at the bar. This was after 8 pm in the evening. Asked for a table but was also told it was a 50 minute wait. The girl that was the hostess was very young and extremely rude. I could understand if they were crowded but there was hardly anyone at the bar or in the restaurant. We had eaten there the day before and had absolutely no wait at lunchtime. The chicken wings were the smallest that I have ever seen in my life. Do not waste your time or money visiting this place since apparently they do not want the business. I realize restaurants at casino hotels might be a bit pricier. However, the burger was extremely small and paltry amount of fries. Certainly not an offering a restaurant should be proud of. I ordered the wedge salad and basket of fries, my son got the pimento burger with flash fried asparagus, and my wife ordered the Tennessee chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. All the food came out different temperatures. The chicken sandwich was pitiful and the sweet potato fries were cold. The asparagus was small and stringy. The margarita tasted like it was made from a cheap mix. We ordered candied Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. They were swimming in a sauce that was mildly sweet. They weren't very good. We had to send that back to the kitchen and just decided to order Mac and cheese for our side and the hash. Mac and cheese tasted "ok", but like kind of soggy? The hash potatoes were totally undercooked. Our family dined at Wicked Weed in Cherokee five days ago, and we were all very disappointed. The waitress was pleasant; however, it took OVER AN HOUR for us to get our food. The food was passable, but I would not say it was good. In addition, the portions were very small. The restaurant was by no means full. There were four more tables with people seated at them. We were very disappointed, and we will NOT be eating there again. I realize help is scarce; however, if the restaurant can't do better than this one did at our visit, it doesn't need to take reservations. read more

This was our 2nd time to eat at the WW. Both times did not disappoint. My wife had the Bratwurst (I had it on our 1st visit). It was delicious both times. This time I had the Pimento Stuff Burger. It was the best Pimento cheese I have had so far. Cooked a perfect medium rare. If you decide to eat there ask for Lauren, like the food, she was awesome.
