The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.

I had my phone fixed Tuesday night because my screen was shattered. After 24 hours of barely touching my phone or bringing it around my daughter because I was terrified of it cracking again, I pick my phone up and the screen has a cracked and some of my letters on my keyboard aren't working. Now I know it's hard to "trust people" when they say they did not drop there phone, but this guy didn't give a damn about what I had to say to him. Plenty of which she liked. The store I guess advertises they fix and repair Cell Phones and even unlocking them. I've never used any of those services. The store is clean. Only thing I hate about the store is that it's overpriced. You can go online and get these cases for next to nothing. They're just cheap plastic cases, nothing high quality.
