Bought a 2019 Ford F150 from here. Shawn was my salesman. Great guys here that are transparent about everything, whole process took maybe 2 hours and was back in time to pick up my son from daycare in my new vehicle. Great deal on top of everything else! Very pleasant experience. Thanks again Shawn! read more

Korey, the owner is OK. His sales people know they will lie to you left and right to buy vehicle. Their salesman are liars after they told me my car only had a little bump from where the guy has some way back into his car. I'll check out the car I traded in my 2021 Dodge ram 25 4 x 4 for 21 Dash charger scat pack, which I thought I had a good deal later come to find out this son of a bitch had five accidents when they only said I had no accidents later when I get home and I start realizing and fixes things things didn't line up so I had a friend run a Carfax on it shows five accidents then I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get a front alignment when they said their buddies at Delta world tire in Kenner on Veterans Day. It was a lie. I asked for the print out is a receipt showing that they paid for. Delta tire and pick Mississippi said there's no way to do it. You got a bit subframe got a hold of Owner . Korey didn't have nothing to do with it so you had to get a hold of DARREN. Overseas all the Mechanic work he or a subframe cradle and I had it put on, but Alex's body shop in Slidell Louisiana awesome guys when I called him back to tell him there's a couple other items that were still messed up from their accident no response no attempt to call don't waste your money here they will fuck you anyway they can. I have an attorney and I'm selling for the price of the truck car no response diesel one piece of shit dealership that sells cars on by the airport, they wanna call they had their chance to call to fix the items they didn't do it. No response no call back. See him in court. read more

Edited review: Long story short they sold me a truck that wouldn't start within the first 24 hours of buying it. Took 9 months to get fixed and it was a nightmare. Really messed up my life for a while; constantly having to get rides to work, towing the truck to a shop several times, etc. Owner kept trying to feed me a load of BS claiming there's no way to know it was a pre-existing condition but anyone with half a brain can figure out what happened. He pretends that they tried to help fix it but they didn't do shit. Maybe you'll have better luck then me but I would avoid this place like the plague. Edit 2: I would give 0 stars if I could because the owner won't even own up to what he did and deluded himself into thinking he "helped" me when the fact of the matter is he sold me a truck with a glaring electrical problem that was an absolute nightmare to resolve. Backwards. Can't tell if he's lying to me or himself. Probably both. Don't give this dishonest scumbag your money. read more

I bought a 2011 Camaro SS from here Sept 2022, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. As a younger man (22 years old) I usually don't get treated with as much respect and courtesy as older gentlemen do. Off the bat they were respectful, open minded, and overall a pleasure to do business with. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. After being lowballed for my 2020 Honda Civic trade-in or cash offer, I had 2 offers at a fair price and almost sold my car before visiting Danny here at Wholesale Auto. He beat the best cash offer I had for my car and got me in my beautiful red Chevrolet Camaro. Her name is Sally! read more

We brought a car from this car lot. 7000 cash for the car. We heard a humming noise took it to t their shop the man promised us It was a hub so I went got a hub changed it out. The next day the transmission goes you. Went back to the car lot they agreed to pay for half. We agreed to pay the other half. Five months go by we finally get a call the car is ready. I go to the car after they told me they drove the car to make sure it was good to go. Once I got in the car it wouldn't go over 20miles a hour pooped the hood one motor mount was missing the other one half way on. The motor was bouncing 6 inches or more. So they agreed to have it fixed right. Another 6 months gose by. Got a call it was ready. The car won't go thier guy didn't put half the car back together. Who ever they have work on cars works for prestige auto sales off exit 50. I would not trust anything they say will lie to your face about everything. These people was scamming people. Not only did our transmission go out but I heard two and talked to others had the same issue. Only reason they had to fix our car was we was promised it wasn't the transmission when in fact it was. They kept our car 10 months still didn't fix anything. Still have the same problem as before. This car lot should not be able to sale cars. read more

I was excited to see a specific car they had on the lot and was told by their sales team it was "immaculate". When I arrived the car wasn't even there, someone had taken it to have maintenance done and a squeaky belt fixed. When it arrived 20 minutes later, we immediately saw that the car had rocks chips all over the front of the car. The interior headliner was completely collapsed and the dash was half-ass reassembled(the emergency light button was jammed behind the stereo and the window controls werent mounted) This car was a 2009! The man who had taken it to have service had cigarette ashes all over the back seat. If this is your version of "immaculate " then this is the place for you! Please note: my husband says my review was "overly nice"! read more

There are plenty of other used car dealerships in the area that are reputable. This one is not. They sold me junk that hasn't worked right since I bought it. read more

I purchased a MINI Cooper from Wholesale Auto Group about 17 months ago. I should've known immediately that they sold me a lemon. The night I took the car home, the check engine light came on--and then wouldn't start. I had it towed back to their service department the very next day. They never were able to tell me what was wrong with it, but they kept it for over a week and fixed it...or so I thought. Here I am, 16 months later and the car just stops running while I'm driving. Nothing will turn it over. I had it towed to a MINI authorized repair shop. After he looks at it, he informs me the repairs will cost me over $6,000 because whoever worked on it last messed it up so badly--by doing things that were not MINI standard. They had parts missing, things in the wrong places--it was a complete hack job. So I paid $7,000 for a car that I now need to put $6,000 into to get it working again, just because of these people. Don't ever go. read more

Great experience buying a car here. Honest and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend.

Got a 2016 G Wagon. Ultra clean. Mike went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. Extra keys and books were Fed Exed following the transaction. Would do business with them again. Great deal. Great service. If your looking for a good deal on a high line check these guys out! read more

I worked with Joshua and he was very helpful. I was selling a very old car (18 years), and did not expect them to even give me an offer. Well, they gave me an offer and it was much more than I expected, it was fair price, which as most people know does not always happen. The experience was also quick and pleasant. I expected to be there all day and the whole process took about an hour! Overall it is a great place to sell a used car. read more

Beware! I went here with my eyes set on a 2012 Mercedes. I thought everything was going well as I had continual conversations with TWO of the dealers. I told them both on a Wednesday that I would be there that Friday to purchase the car. Mind you, this particular car had been online for over two months with no buyer. So that Friday, after I had spoke with the two dealers, I went to my bank and got everything done with cash in hand. One of the dealers called me as I was in route to the dealership to tell me that his managers sold the car! I was furious!! Long story short, God doesn't like ugly. I went to Bohns Brothers in Harvey instead and found a MUCH better looking Mercedes in which they even dropped the cost for me without batting an eye!!! I'm so happy I didn't do business with Wholesale Auto Group but still got the car of my dreams!!! read more

We just purchased out second vehicle from Danny and we live out of state. Service and quality of his vehicles is worth the drive.

The service we got at Wholesale Auto Group was fantastic. These guy are not the cliche used car salesman. They were incredibly friendly and transparent. They explained how they got there cars, and had no problem letting us taking it to a mechanic for inspection. We felt like we got a great deal and it really wasn't a hassle at all. The only problem was the car we borrowed and drove to them had key fab and security problems. Josh from Wholesale worked with us for over an hour to get it fixed so my wife could leave early while he and I finalized the paperwork and payment. We will be back to them for our next car. read more

OUTSTANDING! My family has purchased three cars here and I would not hesitate to make it four. We compared prices and service after the sale with competitors on both sides of the lake. Frankly, there was no comparison. There is no high pressure sales tactics from this family-owned dealership. The staff is friendly and courteous. I used to dread the drudgery of going from one lot to the other and being subjected to never-ending BS from salesmen more interested in making a commission that cultivating a satisfied and repeat customer. I will not hesitate to continue to recommend Wholesale Auto Group to my family, friends and associates. read more

Been looking for a previously enjoyed, excellent condition newish Toyota Prius hybrid car for months. They are notoriously hard to find in the pre-owned market. Told Robert Tamplain, the salesman at WholeSale Auto Group to keep his eyes open. Robert Tamplain went out of his way to find and acquire the particular inventory and quality of Toyota Prius hybrid car we were after. He called me immediately as soon as a Prius came into the lot. I knew that I could trust the quality and condition of this car because they put the vehicle through their NAPA AutoCare Center inspection and maintenance. I traded in my Toyota Tacoma in less than an hour. The entire transaction was very smooth, professional, transparent and convenient. This is due in large part to Robert Tamplain. I forgot I left an EZ tag in the truck after I left the lot in my Prius. I called Robert Tamplain (who answered immediately), and he removed the EZ tag and Robert, himself, hand-delivered the tag to me at my workplace. I won't go anywhere else again for a vehicle again nor to any other salesperson. Highly recommended. read more

My 21 year old son went out on his own to buy a car and bought a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer from this place. He should have known better since the shift cable broke on the test drive. The salesman talked him into believing that was all that was wrong with it and the youngster got taken in by their lies. The salesman told my wife , "I would buy this car for my own kids." What a crock. Literally two hours after he drove it off the lot, it broke down - the dealership towed it back. Something seized on the engine and the drive pulley broke clean off the front of the engine. They managed to make some minor repairs without fixing what was really wrong with it. He drove it off the lot again and it actually made it until the next day before it broke down again. They towed it back to the dealership (again) and they have had it for several days and were dodging our calls until we got the bank that financed the vehicle involved. That got their attention, but they are still stonewalling us on what is wrong with the vehicle. They have had it for 10 days now and have finally got around to looking at it. TEN DAYS! During this time, the dealership refused to pay for a rental car so we have paid out of pocket for one, so my son doesn't lose his job. They called today and said the engine needs to be replaced and it will cost $4,800 but they will only pay half. This place preys on people who don't know better and suckers them in to paying way too much for poor quality vehicles. Their dishonest tactic of only replacing a belt when they knew the engine had major problems is despicable. We have consulted a lawyer and are going to report them to the Better Business Bureau since we believe we are not the only family that has suffered from this business's dishonest tactics. I'm on Active Duty with the Navy stationed out of state and it makes me sick to my stomach that this business has taken advantage of my son and we're not there to help him deal with these shysters. I strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company - they are not honest and they do not do right by their customers when caught in their lies. read more
